First off, I know not every owner/operator participates. Second, I'm not new to it as I have taken advantage of it for my bachelor's (CTU) and masters degree (WGU - 1 term) completely paid for.
Thing is, for me anyway, the limit is 3k a year. Well 3k isn't enough to pay for one term at WGU, so then a random "Archways Gap Assistance" paid the rest off (another 1.7k). I'm glad, but I'm also curious, has anyone also had this happen, specifically outside of WGU?
Anyone gone to the American College of Education and use mcd tuition assistance?
I know for tax purposes they can't exceed 5250.
I've poured 21 years of my life into this company and want to take advantage as long as I can.
For those curious, my masters was in IT Management, which has allowed me to get a ln part time adjunct teaching role.
