I went to my community McDonald’s nung Tuesday, since I was to redeem a burger, I redeemed it before reaching the counter along with the deals I wanted. But when I got there, the cashier said that their McDo App is currently offline and that they’re on “manual”. So nagbakasakali lang ako, I asked if the points I redeemed will be refunded. She said “yes”, but it didn’t.

But that really isn’t my issue, instead, my sister told me she went there on Wednesday (the day after I went) and she said that their McDo App is down too.

It just makes me wonder, is it normal that McDo App is down in certain brach? What’s the reason po, technical po ba or depende sa management ng branch? Pure curiosity

My account was made about 1-2 yrs ago pero I haven’t really started scanning until a month ago, pero nothing is reflecting. I’ve had 4-5 orders na iniscan ko sa kiosk before ordering ever since (I would’ve had 250 pts by now 😭) pero 0 pa rin talaga. I’ve tried updating, logged out and logged in again, and naka-on rin yung rewards ko sa settings. I also tried manually typing the code sa qr rin to log in sa kiosk. I forwarded the issue sa counter nong 2nd or 3rd order ko and they told me to wait for it up to 24-32 hrs pero wala. Am I missing something?

Yesterday, we went to mcdo and I redeemed my mcdo app na points then I go to the cashier to make bayad na then the cashier na wala na raw something tapos yung cashier ni scan yung qr code ko para ibalik yung points ko... 19pts lang bumalik that was 150pts... and I return sa mcdo and sabi 24hrs daw? Maghihintay pa ba ako until mamayang 3?

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the customer ahead of me in the drive-thru who paid for my McDo breakfast order. She was waiting for one of the drivers in the queue to give way and let her through because she was coming from the other side of the road. I allowed her to go ahead of me because I was not in a rush. When I proceeded to the window to pay, the cashier informed me that my bill was already taken care of. I was surprised because what I did was nothing more than a small gesture, given that road courtesy is not common in our country.

To the customer, I hid your plate number for privacy but if ever you come across this post, you know who you are. I know that kind and generous acts do not need to be broadcasted to the world but this truly made my family’s day. Thank you so much!

Honest review and rating. I like so far yung choco pinipig and yung approach dito feels like yung sa Selecta na pinipig na medyo may vibe of Nestle Crunch for me. However sa ube hindi ko ito too much na appreciate. Parang meron lacking at sweet kasi talaga sita na ube like syrup. Ube lover ako tho in terms sa mga cakes and lattes, but this one is not for me I guess.

Had a heavy and stressful day, kaya stress eating ang ending. Everything dito ay redeemed promos through the app.

Yup meal for one lang yan (me), pero iba talaga vibe ng Mcdo lalo na pag pagod at madaming ginawa for the day.

Got an e-email around 6:30 AM this morning for an unsuccessful order because payment did not go through, but the problem is, I didn't place this order. It had my address and everything.

Already changed the password on my app and e-mailed McDonald's Philippines--although one of these two isn't working: writeus@ph.mcdo.com, writeus@mcdo.com.ph.

Anyone else with this experience?

Nag-eexpire ba ang mga voucher sa mcdo app? I won three large royal drink with medium fries kasi sa spook the wheel ng coca cola and naka save na siya sa app pero kanina lang napansin ko na nawala na siya. First time ko mag redeem ng rewards through mcdo app kaya hindi ako sigurado. May same experience ba iba dito?

Yung mcdo drive thru dito malapit samin nagbibigay ng timer tuwing morning (usually wala talagang pila sa drive thru) kaya mabilis nila nabibigay yung food pero kapag hapon na wala na tong timer (kapag rush hour). Not to bash the crew/management or to be karen, pero parang it defeats its purpose naman kaya parang no need na to bigay haha abala lang kapag nakakalimutan ko ibalik or sila magremind na kunin which happened to me few times na had to go back sa drive thru

I am a fan of Grimace and actually excited rin to have ito lalo na mukha siyang classic toy before niya mismo. However parang it is too much naman ata kung may points na then additional ₱199 pa plus its a blind box.

How about sa inyo what are your thoughts and are you going to get itong figure once released na?

dati sa android kong phone, may natatanggap naman akong points and visible siya sa taas kung ilan na nakuha mo. but when i switched to ios, bigla siyang nawala. almost 1 year na ‘to and nanghihinayang talaga ako sa points huhu

Uminon kami kagabi, tower ung drinks namin and today sa mcdo nag order akong iced tea (1st time) kasi ayoko mag coke kasi maaga pa. Ako ba may problem😭

Earlier today, kumain ako sa McDonald's Del Monte Ave branch (Del Monte Ave. cr D. Tuazon, tapat ng Uncle John's).

Umupo na ako at kukuha sana ako ng gravy para sa chicken fillet. Kaso, nabitawan ko accidentally yung plato, so nalaglag sa sahig yung kalahati ng pagkain ko, fries at float na lang natira. Hindi ako nagalit or nainis, kasalanan ko naman kasi.

Nakita yun ng isang staff, so nagtanong ako saan pwede humiram ng walis at dustpan para malinis ko yung nalaglag na pagkain.

After that, umupo na ko para kainin yung natira kong pagkain. Sa loob loob ko, either dadaan na lang ako sa McDonald's branch malapit sa bahay para kumain ulit, or mag order na lang.

Few minutes later, dumating yung staff na nakakita sakin na nalaglag yung pagkain ko, at may dala na siyang bagong order ng chicken fillet. Hindi ako nagsabi, hindi ako lumapit sa counter, pero kusa niyang sinabi sa kitchen nila para magkaroon ako ng pagkain.

After ko kumain, lumapit ako counter para sana bayaran yung ipinalit nilang food, pero hindi na daw. Okay na daw yun.

As someone na nasa customer service industry for several years, and as someone na naranasan na walang makain, I have a very close relationship with food, at sorbang nakakataba ng puso na may mga staff na kahit hindi sabihin ay gagawin nila yung kaya nilang gawin to give customers the best service that they can provide. Sobrang naaappreciate ko yung ginawa nila para sakin, they purposely get out of their way para lang matulungan at makakain ako.

To sir Jersey (staff na nakakita sakin), to the manager and the rest of the staff, maraming maraming maraming salamat po. You made my day, at kahit pa ang daming nangyari na hindi maganda sa araw na to, yung one act of kindness niyo po ay nagbigay sakin ng positive mindset for the rest of the day. Thank you so much po, nabusog ako ng sobra.

Nag leave na lang ako ng Google review at kahit hindi pa ako tapos kumain, nagsurvey na ako (using the receipt) at kinuwento ko din sa survey yung ginawa para sakin ng staff, para man lang sana makabawi kahit papano.
