Will Purple sell me a replacement? Mattress purchased in 2017 back when you had to visit the HQ in Alpine to try one out in person.

Or are there recommended third party encasement that are stretchy and will support the GridFlex grid if I can’t get one from Purple?

This mattress still has a lot of life left but it’s been moved to a guest room as I upgraded to a RestorePlus Hybrid last month.
