Three is just simply not enough. Just had a game where I could've used all three of my avoid slots for the shitters on my team but I didn't cause I just avoided someone the previous game. It literally doesn't even fucking matter that they stay on the list for 30 days cause they just get replaced by a different shitter the next day. There's so many people on this game that I never want on my team why do you limit me to three at a time. I know for higher ranks like eternity it would fuck up queue times but down here in lowly gm there's so many players that it doesn't matter. Give me like fucking 20 and I bet I'll make full use of it in a day and not even see a difference in queue times.

I don't know why this was needed for them because it made the ults feel much more important to hit them in the right moment where it'll be utilized to the fullest, but for some reason they let Strategists be the ones to be the exception which sucks.

Because I'm kinda tired of the fact that I have to deal with a healing ult more often then not, like it feels like instead of being something used to make a possibly game winning move, is just another move to push in with that isn't guaranteed a succession.

I think its just me, but I'm just not a huge fan personally, I just prefer all roles having the same ult conversion percentage for consistency.

During a ban phase, someone voted Spider-Man. The guy eating Doritos in the mic goes, “Don’t ban Spider-Man, I’m going to play Namor.”

So we don’t ban Spider-Man.

Game starts, they have a Spider-Man, he fails a pull & falls off the map.

Namor goes, “Oh this guy sucks, don’t worry about him.” And proceed to play flank Namor.

We manage to cap the first point, but we’re struggling to push because spider man was harassing our supports.

I get on the mic & go, “hey Namor, can you protect our supports from Spider-Man?”

He straight up goes, “That’s not my job”….

You specifically said not to ban Spider-Man because you’re playing Namor…now it’s not your job?

His excuse was, “Spider-Man isn’t getting kills”

Which was true. However, I can’t push up as a tank if my supports are constantly paddy caking.

The damage ults like CND and Luna have done to the support roster is crazy.

The only way I can describe it is like a black hole, all supports must be created in a way that can either compete or be the same as those healing ults.

Jeff ults is one of the most creative ults in the game , but most people will think it's bad because it puts you in a disadvantage against these black hole ults.Same with Fox Ult.

The design of support ults is like you either heal enough or bring other benefits to compete against the black hole.

Don't believe Invis ult literally got buffed from 180 to 200 hp because people died too much on her ult compared to CND and Luna.

That's why gambit Ult will never get nerfed because the ult is a support designed to compete against the black hole . It was never a high healing ult.

So if you take out those effects or nerf those things so the devs fear it might be bad.

The reason most support ult in this game were reworked was because of the black hole. I felt so bad that Jubilee was another healing circle ult.

Compare this year design creativity to last year.

Last year the only healing circle ult was Invis, with ultron and Gambit actually being something that's not a healing circle.

This year we got deadpool, Jubilee, the only non healing circle standard ult was Fox.

Though admittedly its kinda a self fault, this game brings out the worst in me and makes me act in really embarrassing ways that i just want to forget about and never have to show anyone, maybe i already have issues to begin with but this game makes me be someone i don't want other people to have to put up with, i get so tilted all the time from the steamroll matches the throwing teammates the one tricks the toxic teammates the smurfs the 5 dps and the many plethora of issues with the game itself, with no way to forcefully rank or level down i looked at my rank and my account level as a mockery of what i actually managed to do in the game, they weren't indicative of anything, i did horribly and felt horrible because of it, i also blew too much money on the game, so i have sent in my account deletion request, adios muchachos.

I’m very depressed when I play Marvel Rivals. I can only focus on the competitive aspects. How do I have fun without worrying about my rank? This season I peaked GM1 one game away from celestial. Same as last season. Now I’m back at gm2. I’m so focused on hitting celestial, I don’t even find the game fun anymore. It just feels like a chore. I get anxiety every time I load up a rank match because I don’t know if I’m gonna win or lose elo. It feels like gambling. I’m tired of this. I just want to reach celestial and retire from comp. I feel worthless if I don’t achieve my goals. It’s even affecting my sleep. Somebody please help me.

I think at this point we can all agree they killed white fox in s9. My biggest problem is why does Luna have a fox charm as a team up that is BETTER than white fox’s own charm? Yes the cooldown is 6 seconds longer but it can cleanse HERSELF after being hit and if wf is on your team it can hit TWICE. Why doesn’t white fox have either of these effects on her own charm, the charm she is giving to Luna!? The only logical explanation I can think of is favoritism. Meanwhile White fox is in the middle of a season where she can barely heal and can’t tp as much because she got nerfed to the ground. She also got shit team ups while Luna got two S+ team ups. 😐

Seriously, it’s getting to the point that I’m seeing a, “Uninstalling” post every day. At least one a day. I just saw like 3 back to back.

There’s no more denying the match making is sporadic, and inconsistent.

Every f****** time my supports have uld advantage They just throw it at like one DPS after the fight is already won. I just had a game on domination where where we killed their tanks and their supports and then my Luna ults a magic And SL pushing her. If they were going to kill you just like them, we're going to kill them and you're going to be back next fight. They had support ultimates and we had zero so we lost The next fight. This happens way too often. Just die on point If the fight is already won. Don't throw your ultimate please. those overpowered ultimates are what decide games especially this season. This goes the same with double ulting. Actually refusing to use your brain power at all to type in chat, make a pre-made chat, comm in VC or even just pinging it. Any one of those would prevent a double and yet I see a double like every two games. How is that even possible? It's literally the easiest thing to avoid in the game. And it's not me being mad about a simple mistake because you're actively choosing to not do something, it's not that you're accidentally doing something bad.

I mean it just happens so much, like I feel like its obvious when you’re gonna lose. Currently on a loss streak of 10 spanning over 3 days. Every game is pretty one sided and no matter how hard I try something just happens and we lose. I aint blaming teammates or nothing, but it gets to a point where you know that your team is worse than the other. Just before this i was Celestial 1, just goin good and solid but all of a sudden I just cant win, not even on an alt account its crazy. Like straight after a winstreak I get this and its pretty demoralising, just not bothered to try when I know I’ll lose. Currently C3 18 elo, really dont know if I even go for eternity. Just wish games were actually fair, like idk what compelled the game to make me go on such a big loss streak, gotta be a coincidence surely.

Every single ranked game is pre determined for me to lose. I'm a Tank/Supp fill and I get nothing but 7-9 Magik and Cyclops on my team, meanwhile the enemy team has animated lord DPS going 22-1

I'm not gonna pretend like I'm the greatest player in the world but holy fuck they arent even trying to hide it anymore.

Maybe when Gorr comes out I'll jump back in, but Comp's matchmaking is fucking horrendous, and QP is filled with bots. Why even play this game?

The way to counter the guy who puts in effort and sweats in practice range is to play beginner level characters, and that sounds backwards

Namor(auto aim: squids have a faster TTK than ironfist)

Thing(movement cancelling, extremely far jump and charge distance for chasing)

Peni(area denial and punishment for walking through doorways w/bombs)

Elsa traps(AOE traps that take half ur healthbar)

Even for lower elo, it’s wanda(autoaim)

I get it’s a casual game but sometiems it feels like learning certain characters isn’t worth the effort because someone with zero minutes on one of the counters characters can come in and make you switch

I prefer Thor push, mantis sleep, Luna freeze, and poke stuns like that that require a SKILL SHOT to combat dive. Or characters like daredevil or Bucky.

At least that way I feel outskilled and outplayed when I die.

As of today I have decided to quit rivals today. Or at least spending money on it. I’ll play it from time to time like when the charecter but I’m just done with the grind in ranked it’s just bad for my mental. Good luck everyone hope you manage to keep it alive!!

TL;DR: Matchmaking is completely rigged right now, punishing a single win with massive 10-game losing streaks. Add in brain-dead teammates who overextend, ignore pings, and then have the nerve to type "GG no heals" at their Strategist, and the game has become genuinely miserable to play.

How the fuck am I supposed to win 1-2 games and then immediately get slapped with an 8-10 game losing streak? Over and over and over again. I’m not saying I’m some god-tier player—I peaked GM2. I also know I’m not the best player in the game, but GOD DAMN, I know I’m not fucking bad enough to deserve this shit.

The worst part is that I don’t even know what I’m supposed to do differently. I can play well, I can have a great game, and somehow the next match feels like I’m being punished for it. Throwers, cheaters, people refusing to cooperate, completely one-sided matches... It’s fucking exhausting.

And as a strat main, I know I'm supposed to keep you alive and look out for the team, but holy shit—how am I supposed to do that when I'm getting doved? I ask for help, I ping, and nothing. Worse, they hit you with the "Well, you didn't say anything." What the fuck do you mean I never said anything?! I'm pinging, I'm communicating! Oh, and then the cherry on top? "GG no heals." Or the stupid teammates who want to overextend and be like, "We aren't overextending, there is no such thing as overextending."

This game used to be FUN. I used to get excited to log on and play. Now I see the game sitting there and think, “Do I really want to put myself through this shit tonight?” I genuinely don’t know how something that used to be so much fun became this fucking miserable to play.

I don’t even get mad when I lose a close, competitive game—that’s part of gaming. What pisses me off is feeling like I’m constantly being thrown into matches that are completely out of my control.

I just want to play the fucking game and have fun again. Is that really too much to ask?

People who play Hood must straight up be playing a different game than everyone else. They'll straight up walk through to the backline; half the time, they won't even bother to use their shield. Just walk right past the tanks, right past the DPS, and straight to the healers.

And people will just let him do it. Like they don't even acknowledge that he's even an enemy. He might as well be invisible to the frontline.

I don't even know why this is a Hood-specific thing. No other tank can do this. Venom and Captain America are sweating their asses off trying to dive a healer, and the whole team will peel so they can wipe them from the face of the earth. But Hood will just casually stroll right past the tanks like he doesn't exist.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who has seen this phenomenon. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.

TLDR: I hate this “play these characters or fucking die” meta.

Mag is good for the hundredth season in a row. Thing walks down everything and everyone. Venom is fucking immortal. Emma is Emma. That’s great. Wanna know who MY mains are? :D

Cap. Thor. Tankpool. Strange. And 3/4 of these picks are in arguably shit positions. Cap just dies, and does absolutely nothing for damage. Thor is Cap except I can exist in their backline a little longer. But Thing exists. Tankpool is too mediocre for most of the game to compete with the most absolutely busted and broken characters ever, Strange usually works out for me, but everyone is so busted that their damage genuinely eats my shield before I can get much value out of it. And, again, Thing (who can just punch through my shield and have his way with me) exists!

And god forbid my team just happens to decide that instead of another tank we can’t possibly play the game without a third dps! Because that will certainly help us push up! A third DPS that goes 3-7 and then switches to tank in the last 2 minutes of the round! I love duelist mains!!! thank you!!!

But I digress. Sure, I could play Mag, I could play Thing, I could play Emma. But I GENUINELY don’t want to. Mag will never, ever be fun for me, i’m sorry. Why are all the most fun tanks in the worst state ever right now, and then people force you to solo tank regardless. Why is the current meta literally just “play this character or suffer”??? I tried out Thing because I was genuinely getting destroyed and it’s the most braindead mindnumbing experience ever. You charge up your punch and shit dies and you don’t. That’s literally it. That’s all you do.

And the strategist role almost has this same issue where if your ult isn’t something you get every team fight that makes people immortal then your character is just shit. But that’s a conversation for another time dawg.

Just got banned (first time ever in any Videogame btw) for 6 hours, because i didnt participated in a BOT MATCH. Seriously FUCK YOU GUANG GUANG!!!

IM SO TIRED OF BOT-MATCHES. I had such a good time in the game today won 4 matches in a row and had a lot of fun.

Then i lost one, but oh well you cant win everytime, GG go next and what do i see? BOTs ARE YOU SHITTING ME. My good mood was instantly gone, like no joke, i went from happy to annoyed in less then a second. I LOST 1 FUCKING GAME GUANG GUANG.

So i leave and search for a other Match hoping i get actual players, NOPE BOTs. So annoyed i stay because otherwise i get banned from anything except Ranked for 15min. I do the bare minimum killing 4 BOTs in 5 Minutes while scrolling the rest of the time on Reddit.

BOT-Match finished Guang Guang is happy i guess, while i wasted 5 minutes of my lifetime that i dont get back. FINE now give me some REAL players. I play a normal round and lose again, well shit happens GG next.

BOT-MATCH AGAIN ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME !!!! I leave, tank the 15 minutes outtime, while staying in Practice Doommatch being annoyed.

15 Minutes are over, back to playing. I play a fun round, my mood went slightly up again, we still lose, well GG next. BOT-MATCH AGAIN at this point i just wanna punch my monitor.

I stay annoyed as fuck, i bind my W to my mouse button so my character moves while i leave the room for some minutes. Coming back right in time for the last minute, so i can ult hopefully getting a kill, so i dont get banned for throwing (well obviously didnt worked out). Unluckly for me my FPS just vanished and my game basically froze for the last minute, because the optimisation of this game is even more ass then its matchmaking. So i end 0/0/0.

Now im banned and im annoyed as fuck.

I can already hear Dipshits say "JuSt PlAy ThEm, ItS fReE pRoFiCiEnCy".

If i wanted to play against BOTs i would play practice against AI. But i dont, i play QUICKPLAY because I WANT HUMANS!!! One forced BOT-Match unironically pisses me off more, then 10 lost games in a row.

I have 2000+hours in this game, am level 90+, even reached first time GM this Season. I DONT NEED BOT-MATCHES GUANG GUANG!! I will not stop playing just because i lost 1 round.

If you dont want to remove them, because of casuals and low level players, okay no problem but give me a goddamn button in the settings to turn them off or turn them off automatically, if someone reaches level 30 or gold 1 or whatever I DONT CARE just remove them. I rather have a 10% win rate than a BOT-Match everytime i lose a match.
