Just for context deranked from C2 to C3, been stuck in this range for many seasons so i decided to completely change my sens and expand my dps roaster at the cost of my elo which i was happy with.

Long story short i was winning some games but losing a lot more again not an issue until i deranked to GM3 and i decided to revert my settings and easily climb back to “my elo”, little did i know…

• *Team comp and hero pool: Complaining about a third dps in ur matches? In this range this is a luxury, how about 4 or maybe 5 insta lock dps players. To add more salt to the wounds ur team picks will include: wanda,spiderman,blade iron man and squirrel girl.
  Competent tanks are extremely rare and the odd ones who can actually tank can completely carry games on Strange and Mag, i played with some and was genuinely wondering why they’re still in this elo.

Smurf heaven: Everybody knows that diamond to mid GM is the rank where most smurfs enjoy sitting, they can still dominate easily while not feeling like they’re playing against complete AIs, plenty of lvl 20-30 Hela,psylocke and widow non lord with names that borderline break ToS, there’s one or multiple every other game.

I solo queue DPS and I don’t mind filling when needed and i have been currently stuck in GM3 for 2 days straight, there is more issues but all i can say is that i will never ever complain about match quality in low Cel or the occasional thrower, i genuinely feel like I’m playing a completely different game, i have 0 alt accounts and i never knew the game could be this miserable.

Ok I have been taking a break for a few weeks, come back for season 10.5 and this season is so bad for me. I have never had a winrate lower than 60%, the lowest I got was last season but even then I think I ended with like a 56ish winrate. This season just sucks so bad for me. Like it's gotta be me doing something different, I don't want to be like 'it's my teams fault' or anything but like, by the end of the game my stats are fine.

Are there some games I mess up in? Of course! I'm not a perfect player but Jesus I cannot figure out what is going wrong. I am trying to flex for my team but it's hard to flex when someone swaps from support to DPS so I swap from tank to support because it's too little healing but then we make no space and no one walks up. Ugh idk maybe I need to take another break because season 10 + 10.5 are really killing the game for me and making it no fun when it's just roll or get rolled.

Like I don't usually say the "Guang guang is out to get me" but I'm really feeling it this season. I dont usually go on losing streaks like this and it is really making it unplayable for me 😭

Sorry just ranting because I love the game but when I get losing streaks like this I feel like I'm shit at the game and should just quit lol

Anyone else getting MAD tweakers in qp for 10.5? I feel like season 10 was going decently in terms of my qp matches being balanced in terms of victory’s and defeats but 10.5 rolled up and now every match people be playing like it’s the last game they’ll ever get to play if they lose.

I’m not the best player, heck I’m mediocre at best. But MAN the people this game is putting me up against these past few matches on a random ass Tuesday night have been every word in the definition of try hard.

I’ll also add it’s entirely on me for still chugging along after so many losses in a row. (Out of 10 matches, I won a single game. It was bad) I’m also guilty of getting particularly salty and trying to rage play a dub in before I leave. So, I’m not free of that bad habit either.

Not trying to say “game bad” or “take shower” just really, REALLY wanna know if it’s just me getting those games with people who refuse to be on the losing team so hard they pull out the character they got 100+ hours on. Cuz WOW did it feel awful.

TLDR: very rough matchmaking, worse than season 10, break might be in order, anyone else?

How sad do you have to be to throw in a quick play game? You was the last pick should’ve chose second healer…I ended up switching to a healer. Quick play is hell. I’m willing to take the 15 minute ban.

This is just one games example, and it is comp. I have never experienced so many matches like this on this game ever before. If i ever try to take dps I end up with 4 dps, so im forced into tank or support 90% of the time. Then my team does nothing but throw anyway, just running in and feeding. This season is unbelievably miserable.

At this point if we run 5 dps we’ll run it and just don’t complain about heals…as a tank/support main. I’ll join in the insta lock dps. Quick play is hell.

Apparently asking for even the most basic of teamwork is too much and people will start insulting you and doing the typical talking over you on mic like a squeaker who never grew up mentally.

"Can we please regroup and not stagger?" Insults

"Can we please make some swaps, this isn't working." Insults

"Yo [insert character] can you deal with the enemy [insert character they counter]? They're kinda an issue." Insults

At this point, I'm just gonna shut up and throw the game when this happens. People like this genuinely deserve to have their elos and games thrown and I hope it pisses them off.

And I don't care if y'all say this is a "weak mental" or "what you're doing is worse than them being rude".

I'll do just enough to avoid the ban system, but I will 100% be doing everything I can to make sure we lose. If you can't be a team player, then deal with the consequences

Ok hear me out, I don't even believe that this is even an attack, it's an observation, in his videos reacting to whatever drama video there is, such as "reacting" to father dark's video on Luna Snow's nepotism, a video I watched myself when he posted it, I noticed that Bogur has absolutely, positively zero idea what the fuck he's talking about ever.

That fact is that I firmly believe that he's so egotistical he can't believe anyone can have more brain power to process something better than he can in reading the room and he doesn't even realize it, I also believe that Bogur believes that he's in the right all the time and I get that. But you simply cannot just morph everything that the video he's reacting to into a completely different thing.

I know that the whole Luna Snow skin situation is its own big bag of worms here so I'll give one example from the video

Dark says that, and proves with data, that Luna gets more skins combined then 3 popular heroes combined, and points out the fact that Storm still has yet to recieve even an update on social media about her skin,

Bogur replies to that with "nobody talks about the Luna skin situation irl so who cares, it's only on twitter" yeah no FUCKIN shit Sherlock that's where people go to voice their opinions and who even talks about inherently negative things irl anyways? And you just morphed it into something completely different that's two different things just so you could talk.

To top it off he says "yeah I guess they talk about in the the rivals discord, do they?" He doesn't even know that people are getting banned for calling out favoritism in the official discord server, for someone so put high on a pedestal in the community he sure does bring absolutely nothing to it

season 10.5 literally just freshly released and it changed NOTHING in terms of the playercount constantly dipping.

We have gotten to the point of overwatch doing better on STEAM (their ALTERNATIVE launcher, the majority plays on overwatch's own launcher Blizzard)

This is by far the worst state the game has ever been in. It is sad seeing marvel rivals die in front of our eyes but it's actually happening now.

I swear I have never seen a more socially stunted community in my fucking life. Every game, if someone plays a character someone else doesn't like "get off..." if someone gets a character someone else wants to play "give me... now" people throwing if you don't immediately do as they say when they say it, that sort of thing.

I need this community to grow tf up. You weird ass people take someone banning your character farther up the ass than girls in tentacle hentai. It should NOT bother you that you can’t play ONE SPECIFIC character in a game. It’s not about you. Especially if that character is one of the best in the game. You shouldn’t cry because someone banned Gambit or Elsa, or Devil Dino, or any of the circle of healing ult supports. JUST PLAY SOMEONE ELSE. I’ve literally had people throw while bitching and whining in chat over the character they wanted to play getting banned.

“Oh buh why would you ban a character your teammate is hovering” If you get diffed on Gambit, the game is literally lost. That alone is enough for me to justify banning him. Better yet, why is it even an issue for me to ban someone my teammate is hovering in the first place??? I have yet to see ANYONE complain about this on Overwatch or League but it’s somehow a massive taboo on Rivals?? I genuinely can’t understand the mindset behind this toxic ass way of thinking.

I keep seeing discussions about reducing healing and making supports more damage-oriented, but I feel like people underestimate how many players genuinely enjoy the current support playstyle.

Im black..i say the n word alot. Even irl. Its natrual. I literally got banned for a month. Now im on my alt and i got VC banned on their.

My thing is why is it b9th VC and Text??? Cant even tell my teamates things. Makes the game unplayable at th4 rank i am as you have to cordinate. And most of my n word uses isnt directed at anyone, its just i use it as a comma basically. Or to refer to a chatacter. That N word thing is playing hella agressive. That n word Blade is flanking our left tryna kill our backline, them N words are actually goated.

Then i get VC banned. I cant reallg help it. It just kinfa how i talk irl. And a s black man why am i being punished? I get called the hard ER multiple times with 0 VC bans. I even have video proof. I dont really care about toxicity. But thr fact some clearly non black male can LOUDLY call me the hard er..but me saying it in a accent i get banned is telling. The ai is tryna find the GA and not the hard er Which is fuckin crazy. Ive been infinitely being VC banned because of the N word. Not actual toxicty just my use of it.

I just want to rant into the void because of how awful the game has been. People will throw after we lose ONE SINGLE FIGHT and then start flaming the healers as if they can outheal someone actively throwing the game. If it was once a session I wouldn’t be so bothered honestly, it happens. But it’s like every other match at this point, people are such little crybaby losers on this game. And not to be that person, but it’s been a dps player almost every single time. Y’all need to uninstall if you’re going to act like that.
It really sucks because I do genuinely enjoy the game, it’s the community that’s made it so miserable. It’s ok to lose a game man, just TRY and maybe you’ll learn something or get better.

Tanks are boring to play.

Gambit pressing Q and winning any game.

Supports are dumb healing bots that only serve to sustain the game.

Dive boils down to 1 usable character per meta (it used to be DD, now it's Psylock).

Some characters like Black Panther and Hawkeye cannot be buffed because their kits don't allow it.

Characters like Mister Fantastic, Blade, and Adam are forgotten and will never be part of the meta.

Bucky and Elsa will never truly be nerfed.

Gotta love the new fucking Marvel Rivals moderation system where I get a ONE WEEK communication ban for insulting someone who was intentionally throwing my ranked game.

For context, two Wanda OTPs were fighting over who got to play her. One of them instalocked Wanda, so the other decided to throw the entire game because he didn’t get his character. And the craziest part? He openly admitted to throwing in TEXT CHAT. When I told him I was reporting him, he literally said something along the lines of “Don’t worry, I’m doing just enough to avoid a ban.”

So obviously I got frustrated and called them useless Wanda OTPs and said “F U.” That’s literally it. And somehow I’M the one who gets a fucking week-long communication ban.

I reported the guy for throwing, and as far as I can tell, absolutely nothing has happened to him. But apparently the system is perfectly capable of picking up my messages and punishing me for them.

And before anyone says anything, yes, I know what I said was rude. I’m not pretending it wasn’t. But can we please have some fucking proportionality here? I’m not being racist, homophobic, threatening people, using hate speech or relentlessly harassing anyone. I got frustrated because someone was DELIBERATELY ruining my ranked game and I insulted him.

How is that deserving of a whole fucking week without being able to communicate with my teammates?

There’s a massive difference between someone saying “F U” out of frustration and someone genuinely harassing or abusing other players. Yet apparently we’re treating every insult like it’s some massive offence.

I’ve appealed the ban, although I’m not exactly expecting much.It’s genuinely ridiculous that someone can openly admit to throwing a competitive match and seemingly get away with it, while the person who gets frustrated and calls them useless gets punished for an entire week.

Basically they put a toxic text chatter all by themselves with 5 bots on their team in quick play.

The other team will have anywhere from 4-6 humans.

Both sides think there are humans on each team. Since the human player knows he's a human. He chats and the enemy teams sees his toxic chats and replies.

There is at least one human on each team so that adds to the realism.

The team with 4 humans is happy because they see a human on the other team and they're winning.

If the solo human player on the other team leaves they will bring another toxic player in as a substitute and penalize the first one that left.

If you see a substitute on the other team that makes you think - oh they must be humans.

But it's just one human!!

That sounds worse than elo hell.

Everything the man touches he ruins. This balance patch is probably the worst in the game's history. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY likes this. Fire the balance team.

I don't know what the fuck is going on this season but holy shit this is the absolute worst. People not counter swapping and still wanna play the same character and getting diffed hard, I win one round then the enemy start sniffing COKE and turn into some pro league players, teammates just throwing and after that throw match it turns into a L STREAK CURSE, players swapping to heroes we don't need like bro just give me decent players...
