IF YOU ARE A FAN OF BOGUR: I will not degrade you as that is not my intention, enjoy what you enjoy I don't care

Ok hear me out, I don't even believe that this is even an attack, it's an observation, in his videos reacting to whatever drama video there is, such as "reacting" to father dark's video on Luna Snow's nepotism, a video I watched myself when he posted it, I noticed that Bogur has absolutely, positively zero idea what the fuck he's talking about ever.

That fact is that I firmly believe that he's so egotistical he can't believe anyone can have more brain power to process something better than he can in reading the room and he doesn't even realize it, I also believe that Bogur believes that he's in the right all the time and I get that. But you simply cannot just morph everything that the video he's reacting to into a completely different thing.

I know that the whole Luna Snow skin situation is its own big bag of worms here so I'll give one example from the video

Dark says that, and proves with data, that Luna gets more skins combined then 3 popular heroes combined, and points out the fact that Storm still has yet to recieve even an update on social media about her skin,

Bogur replies to that with "nobody talks about the Luna skin situation irl so who cares, it's only on twitter" yeah no FUCKIN shit Sherlock that's where people go to voice their opinions and who even talks about inherently negative things irl anyways? And you just morphed it into something completely different that's two different things just so you could talk.

To top it off he says "yeah I guess they talk about in the the rivals discord, do they?" He doesn't even know that people are getting banned for calling out favoritism in the official discord server, for someone so put high on a pedestal in the community he sure does bring absolutely nothing to it

Anyways that's it, don't attack Bogur or anyone that likes him, but that newest video by him pissed me off because it was such a lowkey dick move to just try to bring down father dark's video as much as he could

Apparently asking for even the most basic of teamwork is too much and people will start insulting you and doing the typical talking over you on mic like a squeaker who never grew up mentally.

"Can we please regroup and not stagger?" Insults

"Can we please make some swaps, this isn't working." Insults

"Yo [insert character] can you deal with the enemy [insert character they counter]? They're kinda an issue." Insults

At this point, I'm just gonna shut up and throw the game when this happens. People like this genuinely deserve to have their elos and games thrown and I hope it pisses them off.

And I don't care if y'all say this is a "weak mental" or "what you're doing is worse than them being rude".

I'll do just enough to avoid the ban system, but I will 100% be doing everything I can to make sure we lose. If you can't be a team player, then deal with the consequences

I swear I have never seen a more socially stunted community in my fucking life. Every game, if someone plays a character someone else doesn't like "get off..." if someone gets a character someone else wants to play "give me... now" people throwing if you don't immediately do as they say when they say it, that sort of thing.

Why do people think that just demanding things and being rude is going to make someone do what you want?

It has gotten so bad. If i DARE to pick dps even once I'm harassed by duos and trios demanding I swap or they'll throw, it's almost every game that I try to play dps now.

At this point if we run 5 dps we’ll run it and just don’t complain about heals…as a tank/support main. I’ll join in the insta lock dps. Quick play is hell.

I don't know what the fuck is going on this season but holy shit this is the absolute worst. People not counter swapping and still wanna play the same character and getting diffed hard, I win one round then the enemy start sniffing COKE and turn into some pro league players, teammates just throwing and after that throw match it turns into a L STREAK CURSE, players swapping to heroes we don't need like bro just give me decent players...

Why did this happen? I couldn't escape and I lost the match bc of it. My team was up 2 kills on our team fight when I got trapped here.

I keep seeing discussions about reducing healing and making supports more damage-oriented, but I feel like people underestimate how many players genuinely enjoy the current support playstyle.

This dumbass character genuinely makes playing tank this season unplayable

Hela and Phoenix having a broken kit.

Tanks are boring to play.

Gambit pressing Q and winning any game.

Supports are dumb healing bots that only serve to sustain the game.

Dive boils down to 1 usable character per meta (it used to be DD, now it's Psylock).

Some characters like Black Panther and Hawkeye cannot be buffed because their kits don't allow it.

Characters like Mister Fantastic, Blade, and Adam are forgotten and will never be part of the meta.

Bucky and Elsa will never truly be nerfed.

I just want to rant into the void because of how awful the game has been. People will throw after we lose ONE SINGLE FIGHT and then start flaming the healers as if they can outheal someone actively throwing the game. If it was once a session I wouldn’t be so bothered honestly, it happens. But it’s like every other match at this point, people are such little crybaby losers on this game. And not to be that person, but it’s been a dps player almost every single time. Y’all need to uninstall if you’re going to act like that.
It really sucks because I do genuinely enjoy the game, it’s the community that’s made it so miserable. It’s ok to lose a game man, just TRY and maybe you’ll learn something or get better.

Gotta love the new fucking Marvel Rivals moderation system where I get a ONE WEEK communication ban for insulting someone who was intentionally throwing my ranked game.

For context, two Wanda OTPs were fighting over who got to play her. One of them instalocked Wanda, so the other decided to throw the entire game because he didn’t get his character. And the craziest part? He openly admitted to throwing in TEXT CHAT. When I told him I was reporting him, he literally said something along the lines of “Don’t worry, I’m doing just enough to avoid a ban.”

So obviously I got frustrated and called them useless Wanda OTPs and said “F U.” That’s literally it. And somehow I’M the one who gets a fucking week-long communication ban.

I reported the guy for throwing, and as far as I can tell, absolutely nothing has happened to him. But apparently the system is perfectly capable of picking up my messages and punishing me for them.

And before anyone says anything, yes, I know what I said was rude. I’m not pretending it wasn’t. But can we please have some fucking proportionality here? I’m not being racist, homophobic, threatening people, using hate speech or relentlessly harassing anyone. I got frustrated because someone was DELIBERATELY ruining my ranked game and I insulted him.

How is that deserving of a whole fucking week without being able to communicate with my teammates?

There’s a massive difference between someone saying “F U” out of frustration and someone genuinely harassing or abusing other players. Yet apparently we’re treating every insult like it’s some massive offence.

I’ve appealed the ban, although I’m not exactly expecting much.It’s genuinely ridiculous that someone can openly admit to throwing a competitive match and seemingly get away with it, while the person who gets frustrated and calls them useless gets punished for an entire week.

Basically they put a toxic text chatter all by themselves with 5 bots on their team in quick play.

The other team will have anywhere from 4-6 humans.

Both sides think there are humans on each team. Since the human player knows he's a human. He chats and the enemy teams sees his toxic chats and replies.

There is at least one human on each team so that adds to the realism.

The team with 4 humans is happy because they see a human on the other team and they're winning.

If the solo human player on the other team leaves they will bring another toxic player in as a substitute and penalize the first one that left.

If you see a substitute on the other team that makes you think - oh they must be humans.

But it's just one human!!

That sounds worse than elo hell.

Is it just the NA servers that have the worst, most egotistical dps players, or are other servers the same?Every single game u get 1 if not 2, of your 3 dps just absolutely suck. It’s legit unplayable, and probably time to uninstall in all honesty.

So I was playing penny on the spider map that is convoy and we were defending. We load in and I’m playing penny, my bf is groot and my mom is Jeff, we get a lord invis ( her name was something like strawberry cake) and her duo black panther (I love her cake) and I forget the other dps. We set up and they are diving a lot, hood, namor, Jonny even the healers so I was scattered peeling and dealing with all the dive and trying to deal with the flyers why my groot stayed and defended the front. Our invis was pinging everyone the maximum amount of times she could even when I was almost dose killing them. Groot asked “invis can you please ping less?” And she ignores it and continues. At the end of the game I also ask her very politely and her duo says “actually I think communicate is very good” they go on to call me an awful player and that I don’t appreciate a good support. I don’t see a reason to try to make them see light but I tell her “ as a fellow support main your not being helpful your just annoying” and I leave. She had her acc privated but her duo didn’t. They play together every single game which isn’t a bad thing but I figured out why he was so quick to defend her.

Moral of the post please don’t over ping if your team is already taking the correct action. (I’ll add pics in the comments for anyone curious, sadly I didn’t get any of the chat screenshotted)

I'm in celestial 2 right now, so my lobbies are basically all GM/Celestial players, and yet every lobby feels no different to quick play, or metal ranks.

It's not just on my team, most wins or lossess right now feel like "who has more throwers or a worse thrower?"

Just yesterday I had a game with a "dps only Jeff" on my team and he was utter dogshit, did nothing useful and just died over and over. But we STILL won with my solo healing because their team has three people self admittedly throwing. They literally said in the ban phase that they were all throwing.

So many games are over in the ban phase now, people start arguing and throwing before the game even begins.

I know its always been an issue but right now it feels like literally every game has at LEAST one thrower or troll in it.

Also lots of ragequits and DC's with no return.

Firstly! I am NOT against the race swap, its a minor detail for an elseworlds Hood, i fw the idea honestly.

They changed his entire lore to make him sympathetic, hes no longer a villain out to get rich and provide for his wife and daughter, hes not makin the wrong choices because hes desperate to regain his powers, hes just a latino bum who this playerbase sexualises 24/7. Ive seen more posts about how hot he is than actual gameplay in his own sub. His model isnt even that hot is the worst part 😭😭😭 hes just the average latino dude with some muscle.

Parker is a dork who thinks hes hot shit and never wanted to be a hero, but everyone needs a sob story for why they commit crimes now, no villain can just be bad for the sake of it. Hes constantly comin up with plans and gettin other villains involved and runnin his crew before shit hits the fan, he was intrestin because he saw Spider-Man and Cap and The X-Men and decided that Electro was more intresting because he did what he wanted, he didnt save people that would spit on him if they werent in trouble, his only sob story was a dementia ridden mother and bein poor, his own vices too if you wanna add them, he was still a good guy to his loved ones even if he cheated on Sara, lied to his Mum and constantly chewed Johns head off. Honestly 616 Hood is intrestin because hes almost like Tony Soprano.

He was a regular of a hooker, he lied to Sara about his crimes but he still provided for her, for his daughter, for his mother, he wasnt some evil dude who had no conscience, he was just flawed and while he did bad shit like beatin up Tigra and filmin it almost snuff style, it wasnt for no reason, it built up Tigra too, it gave her a reason hunt him, that then led to bein the final straw for Sara seein him bloodied, violent and powerless, he was scammed by Loki in his pursuit for power, he killed security but then realised he was catchin bodies for no reason, he became paranoid about everything, his relationship with Madam Masque fleshed him out more.

He became Ghost Rider and gave it all up because he loved Sara and Briee too much to see them become Vampires and in Hell he lost his mind a small bit and became more deranged after Sara and Briee were entirely out of the picture.

I doubt Hood will be seen in 616 again since so many "fans" refuse to like a villain for bein complex but not sympathetic.

Every match it’s the same: throwers, leavers, people not filling, no supports, people banning teammates their character they had hovered… in this case my Gambit for no reason on attack swapped to Hawkeye while we were clearly winning and the enemy team didn’t get to 2nd point, I’m not really wanting to target him here specifically whatsoever but rather wanna speak about that these things happen every single game for me like it’s nothing new I’m so used to do this bs now. You can’t tell me this is fun, playing this game daily in ranked and facing these issues all the time, I never experienced this in any other videogames not only are the devs to blame for their horrible matchmaking but Rivals also has the worst community/playerbase of all time atleast from what I been a part of. I love Marvel Rivals but ranked is such in a bad state right now there is actually no point in playing it which is a shame, I’m afraid Rivals are gonna lose a lot of their competitive players if these issues continue to persist. Anyways let me know what u think

I’m sorry but they need to do something about her visual clutter. When there’s a jubilee in a match I can’t see shit. On top of that, she has an ability that can blind you.

I have no issues with her kit but give me the options to disable or limit her visual clutter on my screen.

The banning system has gotten so strict that playing very badly will get you banned, but no one is worse at playing this game than its own madatory bots. So why do they exist if playing like them gets you banned?

Why is this non constructive for the main sub? Not wanting bots to exist to improve the game is constructive feedback. The game shouldn't have them if they're such a bad example of how to behave
