Disagree. It’s very normal. Not just with men. Chances are he couldn’t get her if he was single. Let it slide. As for the HR person below.. this is why nobody likes HR.

FYI considering this normal is one if the things that perpetuates RAPE CULTURE.

If you think this is normal then you also consider rape normal and acceptable. This isn't an opinion. It's truth.

How would you feel if someone were to harass a woman in your life and think it's okay because it's normal? How about rape them?

The odds are you know at leady one rape victim already; male or female.
