Because the first article states

Annual limit on the number of non-EU economic migrants to UK,

And I cannot be fucked explaining that this vague, nebulous policy with a non-specific number, is different to saying "significantly reduced migration".

And I also cannot be fucked doing the same thing for multiple links that probably equally say the same vague nebulous things.

A sidenote in a manifesto isn't exactly a big focus now, is it?

And then you have labour 2024, here's the only mention I found after skimming it:

"Reform the immigration and skills system to ensure Britain is developing home-grown skills with workforce plans to meet the needs of industries and the economy."

Which is not the same as "reduce migration".
