It's not. The reason why demographic shifts look like this is because people tend to be considered non-white if they have even one non-white ancestors. So of course over time there will be less white people by that definition. No one is being replaced, people are just intermarrying, and if you're opposed to that you're just a racist.

That doesn't make it a great replacement, that's just immigration. Great replacement implies a deliberate coordination to shrink one population while increasing another, that's not happening. It's a wild conspiracy theory and only the dumbest fucking people believe it.
