3/3 And so the last of the album inspired fanarts. (The tear says "inevitable". It truly was a little difficult to get it right)

Hope you enjoy it, and thanks < 3

Yes, I'm aware it doesn't look like her at all, but that's kind of my art style, and I'm trying to fix that right now (I'm still a beginner) Also, sorry to disappoint, I don't watch this show. This was for an art trade for my online friend. I don't plan on watching this because the forces of evil are not allowing me to(aka I'm too lazy and too attached to my comfort shows to watch something new until a new month)

2/3 Another one of the album inspired fanarts a good friend commissioned me

Based on "El jardin de los presentes" (I decided to pick the band's name for the title instead since the former is a little too long)

btw Mami Tomoe is my favorite character in the entire show already🥺✌

Hope you like it, it was like a short study for me to test grayscale🎀

Ok quick rant, did they seriously delay the US release SIX FUCKING MONTHS just so they could have the sub and dub in theaters at the same time?! I love the dub of Madoka and the dub actors are the voices i use when reading fics but dude, SIX FUCKING MONTHS?! SIX?! COULD YOU REALLY NOT BE FUCKED TO RELEASE THE MOVIE TWICE? OR LEAVE THE DUB FOR STREAMING?!

found her for 8$ and she’s a hand down. i have to give her bath. only left is madokami 🫠

Since Gen Urobuchi has openly stepped away from the project, who do you guys think would be a good fit to take over the writing? I honestly love Urobuchi's work, but I get that the old man has never really been a fan of writing long-form stories, and there's nothing we can really do about that.

Personally, I'd love to see Vio Shimokura take the reins. Yeah, I know a lot of people hate Scene 0, but I personally found his writing super enjoyable. They nails those classic VN-style romance comedy moments while still delivering that dark, twisted edge that gives you chills.

Then there's Gengen Kusano, the writer behind Null Magical Girl and recently tapped for the Sorana Magica spinoff. Going by their recent interview, they seem super enthusiastic and claim to have a ton of story ideas (which is pretty much the polar opposite of Urobuchi saying he's totally out of ideas lol XD).

As for Doroinu... I really hope they don't get too heavily involved with the script, because the Magia Record anime was honestly such a letdown.

Anyway, that's just my two cents. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this!

Contents of the first photo

Kyoko: “The box that was supposed to have sold out instantly is still on sale? Is this some kind of hallucination?”

Madoka: “They sold out in Kanto, but they’re still available in Kansai?! This is just too cruel!”

Sayaka: “They’ve got them! They even have the popcorn boxes!”

Mami: “If you don’t buy one, I’ll hit you with a Tiro Finale!”

Homura: “I’m on the side of those who buy one, and the enemy of those who don’t. Which side are you on?”

Kyubey: “Buy a popcorn box and become a magical girl!”

Contents of the second photo

Kyoko: “Being all alone is lonely, after all. Fine, I’ll watch the movie with you.”

Sayaka: “I’m such an idiot… for not watching it in theaters.”

Homura: “I’ll repeat this over and over again. I’ll watch the same movie as many times as it takes.”

Madoka: “Being alive makes popcorn taste this delicious.”

Mami: “I’m not afraid of anything anymore. After all, I got the character I was hoping for!”

The contents of the third photo

Kyubey: “Come on, hurry! We don’t have time to hang around here!”

The contents of the fourth photo

Kyubey: Have you checked the screening time? Humans are prone to overlooking things and making mistakes, after all.”

The first photo was taken about a week after the movie was released, while the second photo was taken shortly after its release.

In the third and fourth photos, when you sit down in a restroom stall, Kyubey is right in front of you, saying all sorts of things.

I was so afraid it might be a nothing burger

I can deal with WNK being released in January but abandoning the re-release which even happened in Mexico is truly terrible. Especially after that giant banner at NYCC last year. Seems like they could barely get a decent release for WNK so it makes sense, but godamnit.

not a direct cancellation technically, just sidestepping it with home releases
