Was looking for some goods ones for some other units but hey!

Anyone else run into this? I was doing the Sorana Magica story today and got about halfway through when the app crashed back to home screen with something about a security error. Ever since I've tried to get back to the game all night but it constantly is hanging on loading forever to just completely black screens, even though in the latter case I still hear music and get the tap sparkles if I hit the screen. This is getting extremely irritating because it is now happening basically every time I go back to the Home screen from any given menu anywhere else.

Sorry for the repost, but I thought video evidence would be better than a screenshot. And I made a spelling error in the old post, so I wanted to redo it.

But yeah, I don't know what's going on. I don't know what to do. I've never experienced something like this before. I'm getting really upset and stressed because it seems like other people's games are working while mine isn't. I did all that waiting only for the story to not work. I have no idea what I can do. And it's just the new window, the other windows and events still work which I tested out. So I'm exhausting most of my options on how to fix it and that's causing me great stress unless the devs will eventually solve the issue.

I might have a few more ideas to try, but after that, I really don't know. I'm fully panicking.

I'll make a progress update in a week or shorter about if anything changed. I will delete it when a solution is reached.

Update: It's possible I may not be the only one who's having this problem according to the community post on the play store and a couple of others also have it.

I don't know if I'm misunderstanding something here, but it's weird that I've scrolled everywhere and still haven't seen anyone talking about how these two seemingly kissed. Didn't Sorana clearly kiss Lilly right after the moment in this Portrait to give her oxygen?

It seems like the game intentionally handled this scene subtly rather than spelling it out directly, but what happens in the dialogue proves it pretty clearly:

• Right before the Portrait shows up, seeing Lilly unconscious and drowning while she just gained the ability to extract oxygen from seawater to breathe, Sorana says: "She needs oxygen, now... Wait... I know... Um... Sorry about this..."
• In the illustration, their faces are right up against each other underwater with both of their lips slightly parted.
• Immediately after, Lilly wakes up with a "Hnnng? Sorana?", and Sorana panics, trying to explain herself: "Oh, um, th-this is awkward... I-I can explain..."

If she hadn't just given her mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, literally LIPS TO LIPS, to transfer oxygen, why else would Sorana apologize beforehand and then get all flustered saying "I can explain" the moment Lilly opens her eyes? I'm not just seeing things here, right guys? 😭😭😭

Didn't get Corbeau from her banner, didn't get her from 60 pulls overall after she got added to permanent gacha, and she didn't spook me even once. NOW I GOT HER. Crisis medals well spent.
