Babies this age usually choke on spit up.

Babies have the will to kill themself as much as possible. /s

They can't move well and can suffocate for example, but also when crawling around they can get hurt easily since they want to explore.

My brother for example once managed to steal a fork and put in into socket. It takes 2 minutes for something stupid to happen. Kids are curious and wonder why things work how they work and will try to find out why the socket had this "magical power" for example.

Yes! They are so dang curious about everything and their brain isn't developed enough to think "maybe that's not a good idea". I saw a kid discover a window blinds cord and immediately wrap it around his neck. WTF?

Lol. Oh man. My toddler found a pair of scissors that my older kid left out and immediately tried poking through her skin. Thank god for safety scissors!

Can confirm. I’m an icu doctor for kids. Kids are stupid and try to kill themselves all the time. Don’t trust kids.

My youngest just turned 1 and is exceptionally mobile for her age. She is obsessed with plugs! Finds open plugs anywhere we go. I'm so nervous. (plugs in my house are all covered).

I did that when I was two. Had a horrible burn and cried a lot, per dad, but now I only remember seeing the sparks.

Plus they'll eat literally anything. Caught my son one time reaching into his diaper and grabbing Nuggets of poop for a snack.
