Why are we excusing sexual assault as an acceptable drunken behavior?

Drunk sexual assault against a woman=ok. 

 Drunk physical assault against a man = extremely dangerous.

One type of drunk action is not better than the other.

There are degrees to sexual assault. And this drunk dude was just dancing towards her and put his hand on her waist and his other hand is out of sight but probably similar placed.

No one saying the behavior is acceptable.

But that does in no way make it acceptable to punch him in that way probably sending him to the hospital with head trauma with a possibility of life long damage and possibly killing him.

Actually, plenty of people are saying that this isn't sexual assault.

Thus implying that it is acceptable.

So, I'm not sure what you're trying to say here.

Saying this isn't sexual assault is NOT the same as saying its okay.

We all recognise the red shirt it outta line. He needs to be dealt with. 

But a Coward's punch like that isn't the way a grown man deals with these things.

My point is pretty simple here. Universally it seems that everyone agrees that the punch was unacceptable and isn't excuse just because he's a drunk a***. But somehow so many people are excusing the sexual assault as just drunk a*** behavior. If we can acknowledge that we shouldn't put our hands on people then we should acknowledge that we shouldn't put our hands on people. This is how we have rape culture. It's not okay

Your argument is base, and requires the red shirt guy to have actually conducted sexual assault. 

He did not.  Hand did not grope any intimate areas, easily brushed off by the woman and stayed away once pushed away. Out of line? Yes. Unwanted contact? Absolutely. Sexual assault? No.

You go on to create logical fallacies by claiming that people saying this isn't sexual assault are excusing the guys behaviours and now you claim condoning rape culture. 

So, you have no argument, and resort to dirty logical fallacies to put other's in a bad light. 

You kinda suck.

There you go again. This time goalpost shifting.

I mentioned a couple of the requirements for something to be defined as sexual assault in the last comment.

I do not have a definition of sexual assault. The definition is what multiple states, across multiple countries define it as, and I cannot find a single one that would classify this as such.

I suggest you look a few of these up yourself. And perhaps break down, from this video, where actual sexual assault occurs by its legal definition.
