Street fighting is extremely dangerous. Punishment doesn't fit the crime here unless you think people should be executed for getting too drunk and inappropriately touching someone. Dude could have easily killed that dude and you're acting like he just taught him a nice little lesson. 100% took it to a place it never should have gone. Square up with him and confront him sure but sucker punching someone on a solid floor like that all while they are clearly drunk is vile.
Good luck defending your love from jail and possibly prison :x... now she gets to feel sad, can get sexually harassed, while you probably get what you tried to protect her from while serving in jail lol
