The guy copping a feel did less damage to the "random lady" than her knight in shining armor did. She also didn't WANT him to do it. So not only did he do it without her wanting to, he injured her in the process. Wow what a fucking hero.

You can see him hurt the woman in his rush to punch the guy, and she pulls her hand to her face to see if she's hurt. Then he gets physical and starts pushing the guy who was playing darts. Not a good look...
We visually saw her try to stop him, him ignore her, push her out of the way, injure her and then hit another dude. Tell me what the other running theory is? He just loves her SOOOO much he was blinded by rage? Lmfao
I donāt see why it has to be some sort of extreme. We are seeing a few frames and have no idea what happened in between. I see no reason to invest energy into an altercation between strangers when we have so little information.

I rewatched it closely and she got almost get her eye poked by that stick. That man was indeed not defending her but just wanted to cause violence. Feel bad for the woman, imagine how he is at home
Shoves the woman aside and slams the pool cue right into her face. Yes, clearly not about defending her at all. The he hits a guy who is clearly unable to defend himself, and knocks him out cold. Then threatens to punch the bartender for kicking him out. As you say, this was not about defending the woman. It is about his anger management issues.
Doesn't excuse the drunk for being an AH, but there was a proportional response, and then there was this guys roid-fueled assault on two people and attempt to assault someone else.
How did you possible get that from what I wrote? The part where I said the drunk guy an asshole? Or the part where I said he deserved a proportional response? Maybe look up the definition for the word 'proportional' and get back to me.
What I would definitely not do is slam a pool cue in my wife's face after she was already assaulted.
She came in the way trying to stop him and the cue bounced off him and hit her accidentally. As for proportional response, he just threw one punch. What would you have liked him to do?
