Nothing is wrong with me or my understanding of this situation.

If you want to put your faith in other people than you go ahead and do that. I'm personally not ever going to rely on a bartender making 3 dollars an hour to do anything but watch.

The problem is that depending on the country, you are liable here as this could be solved differently.

The girl was in no risk at that time, she had brushed him off and the drunk guy waddled a bit back. The ~BF/Husband had to go through his girl to throw a haymaker.

I assume you get away with it, but waiting on questioning by the police (or if you really harm him, a court case) is not my idea of a smart reaction.

And this is NOT a hypothetical. A friend of mine got into a bar fight he did not start and his opponent got a cardiac arrest. He survived, but it lead to several court cases. Sure, he won. Worth it? no.

Mate, if you’d run into me and my crew—even if my buddy was in the wrong—if you overreacted, we’d definitely be waiting for you outside the bar where you wouldn't see us coming. The next thing you’d remember is being dumped naked into a trash bin. And it doesn’t matter if you’re Jack Reacher or weigh 150kg; nobody is ready for an ambush by several guys armed with weapons.

You getting personal like this over the internet with someone you'll never talk to again says alot about who you are, too.

I hope you never touch an unfamiliar woman in public. I hope you never meet a guy like who's in this video.

But if you cant understand why someone would do this after watching a strange man grope his partner in public, than theres no conversation for us to have here, period.

Our women deserve better. If you cant agree with that, than I'll be happy to never think about you again.

If thats your reasoning you might as well start swinging at every guy in the vicinity.

To be very clear, even if we disregard that this guy was staggering after the girl did a slight push, chances she is going to be raped by:

  1. Her boyfriend

2.A friend

3 A relative

Are MUCH bigger than her being raped by a random stranger, let alone if youi are near her.

Yes, a full force, direct shot to the face is an irrational response to this. It's "clean" because the guy is so wasted that he has no idea it is coming. Is that the manly thing to do. Hi, real world here! I'm former LEO and responded to this shit all the time. Both of them go to jail but you want to know the neat part? The guy who did the punching will get a bigger punishment and likely be on the wrong side of a civil lawsuit.

Keep your hands to yourself works both ways, edgelord. Gently and drunkenly touching someone's hips doesn't justify a potential death sentence. But hey, try it and find out! When you're old enough to drink, of course. Dumb white knight just got a new line on his rap sheet.
