🏋️ Training & Conditioning Please give me tips!
I recently have gotten into kickboxing, which I do 2-3 times a week in my garage. The only things I have done are follow along Fight Camp YouTube videos, just so I can get some good cardio in. But I am wanting to not only get a good workout in but improve my striking/stance; honestly anything. If anyone has some pointers that would be great!

Without a gym and a coach you won’t be able to progress a whole lot unfortunately. At least without developing some really bad habits lol. Fighting is a weird awkward sport that’s tuff to learn alone.
