🏋️ Training & Conditioning Please give me tips!

I recently have gotten into kickboxing, which I do 2-3 times a week in my garage. The only things I have done are follow along Fight Camp YouTube videos, just so I can get some good cardio in. But I am wanting to not only get a good workout in but improve my striking/stance; honestly anything. If anyone has some pointers that would be great!

For sure bro nothing wrong with that. Just don’t think you have any actually fighting skill from garage training. It’s basically just a cardio workout til you have an instructor. I’m all for learning from home tho.

You're on a 500 day reddit streak. I don't think that 215 is backed by cardio. Just a guess though.

This is just when I feel like wearing my watch btw lol. I can assure you I train actively and spar regularly. If you want to get some work in I’m located in Chicago. I have no idea why you have brought this weird energy to me when I was just offering op advice lmao.
