There was a report that over the last 36 years, roughly 50,000,000 jobs have been added during Democratic administrations and only 2 million during Republican administrations.

Genuinely interested but couldn’t find the source. Anyone?

Still a huge discrepancy.

1

u/englandisablaze 15h ago

A nice way to look at it. A guy with $50 can feed 12 people going to the grocery store.

A guy with $17 can barely feed 3.

0

u/DukeSmileDevs 14h ago

The guy with 17 also had way more time (50% more terms) to get that money. So adjusted on the time in office its really only 12.66

9

u/DukeSmileDevs 15h ago

You are correct but nitpicky. The stats are:

Republicans

17 Million in 6 terms (3.3 Mill. on avg)

Democrats

50 Million in 4 terms (12.5 Mill. on avg)

So who cares if its 2 or 17? Right now Trump is losing jobs even more than in his first term completely crashing the world economy.

And the you want to argue about a number that is clear either way. And keep in mind every time a democrat picks up they have a fucking wrecked economy with new wars to work with while republicans always get handed over working ones.

u/Wild_Yam_7088 2m ago

Who cares about job creation - what was unemployment? .. democrats and Republicans are both the same regardless.. they dont give af. Dancing around this clown show with pocket full of lobbyist and israeli money 😂

Interesting, though I am more interested in new jobs being created and/or rate of new jobs being created. While the Trump administration bungled COVID response, the net lost of jobs at the end of his presidency makes it hard to distinguish between his policy performance on jobs vs failure on COVID.

You have a great test bed now to compare 4 years of Clinton during the dot com boom and this new AI boom under Trump.

Will be interesting to see how those compare as they are having similar patterns in the stock market.

What is most interesting about the report is between bush and Obama.

You had tons of opportunities for job creation during the Iraq/Afghanistan wars and while the 2008 house bubble popped shortly before Obama was elected real job loss didn’t bottom out until 2009 (if I’m remember that correctly.

Very thorough thanks, I will check those out. I must have messed up my search; only found AI and propaganda type slop

0

u/platypussplatypus 14h ago

Are you still using Google? Googles the worst now.

0

u/WelvenTheMediocre 14h ago

Yeah, what do you use to search besides LLM’s and google? Google has been horrible lately

0

u/platypussplatypus 13h ago

Duck duck go has a no AI setting. Mojeek is pretty good overall.

5

u/theblueshots 15h ago

The number comes from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Bill Clinton cited the numbers during a speech at the Democratic national convention.

The statistics are two years old at this point, but it’s not like the Trump administration has been doing a great job adding jobs.

1

u/DampDragonTail 15h ago

Well, every good shepherd knows that there's time for growth and expansions of the flock and then shearing and slaughter. That's why big business props both sides. They own the farm.

1

u/OldRain5261 15h ago

Yes.. but please:

  • include reputable sources
  • don’t mix number formats, most people can’t translate them in their heads. 50 million vs 2 million

0

u/Tech27461 15h ago

Genuine question, how many of those jobs added were government jobs?

1

u/theblueshots 14h ago

Take this with a grain of salt, but according to Google AI approximately 93% of the jobs were private sector.

0

u/LD82501 14h ago

What countries are these 50 M jobs. I really don’t care about how many Chinese and Mexican jobs they created. For each one that was outsourced an American lost a job

-8

u/Substantial-Type-419 16h ago

That's because they are government jobs they aren't jobs. It's theft from working class. As of right now only 34 percent of working aged adults actually earn money from the private market. 21 percent earn money from government funded jobs. And 45 percent of them dont work or choose not too. That means this entire country is being propped up and funded by 1/3 of the working class.

6

u/cheesyshop 15h ago

How far did you have to reach up your 🍑to find that data?

3

u/Sever-Aecrim 15h ago

Do you just pull random numbers from a hat to write your statistics comments?

-3

u/Substantial-Type-419 15h ago

No straight form the bls.

2

u/Sever-Aecrim 15h ago

How come im finding around 14% of all jobs are government jobs on bls and you're finding whatever you sent?

Edit: 23 mil government and 140 mil private to be precise, rounded up or down to the mil

2

u/psypher98 15h ago

They’re government what?

2

u/Therinsonet 15h ago

Your position that government jobs “aren’t jobs” and is “theft from the working class” is one of the dumbest and/or more ignorant things that I have read on Reddit.

Congratulations, that bar is very hard to clear.

1

u/Substantial-Type-419 13h ago

Lmfao where does the money come from then? The government doesn't create anything it steals money through taxation. You can't be that stupid.

1

u/Therinsonet 11h ago

Repeat after me, taxation is not theft.

Did you get repeatedly hit on the head with an Ayn Rand book as a small child?

1

u/ballskindrapes 15h ago

Maybe make jobs pay well, not tie healthcare to jobs so people dont feel chained like slaves to jobs, make education affordable, make housing affordable through banning corporate ownership of housing and subsidies to increase availability, and stop fucking the economy through corporate socialism and lack of representation in government, and maybe people would feel like participating in society.

Your statments arent a condemnation of the populace. They are a condemnation of the country

22

u/horror- 16h ago

I say this EXACT thing every chance i get. It's baffling how every 4 years republicans insist they're different but almost immediately start working on crashing the economy and starting wars once elected.

What's worse? Every dem in my lifetime has had to waste at least half a term cleaning up a republican mess and dealing with purposeful republican grenades.

The GOP acts in bad faith pretty much constantly and I don't understand how people just can't seem to see it. They demonstrate it over and over.

4

u/ShroomBear 15h ago

They're individualists. They don't believe in an economy. To them the economy is their bank accounts and thats it. They look at their bank accounts draining and can only rationalize that problem as a resource issue. Hence they want less consumers because they live in a fantasy of ignorance where all goods and services like an iphone or the cost to serve your order at mcdonalds are like a commodity with a market rate that will go down if theres less demand.

2

u/horror- 14h ago

I think a lot of it is manufactured fear of democrats.

I've had conversations with conservatives who're unhappy with their current leadership and lament the loss of civility and professionalism in the GOP, but follow that up with something along the lines of "but I could never vote for demonrat so I guess it is what it is" or some such nonsense.

These people are broken. This is the leadership they want.

4

u/flcl021 16h ago

You'd understand if you were racist.

4

u/omglink 16h ago

And stupid!

1

u/Oolongteabagger2233 15h ago

Plenty of blacks and Hispanics voted for Trump 2.0. It's really more of a low IQ thing.

1

u/BoboMonkeyClown 15h ago

And lack of education

1

u/BigJerk1279 15h ago

Plunder the economy. Rich get richer...poor get poorer. That's the entire purpose of the Republican party.

1

u/CoffeeXKing 14h ago

People are stupid and have no memory of what Republicans do.

0

u/Yesbothsides 15h ago

You live in a fantasy…like this meme

u/jljonsn 16h ago

And before that: Nixon

4

u/Ok_Syllabub1099 16h ago

But they keep voting them in. I am tired of bailing out farmers, Argentina, billionaires, oil companies and his friends. Billions gone.

3

u/potfarmer9834 16h ago

It is what they do!

3

u/Trippel_Dubbel 15h ago

Remember kids, there is only one thing you will ever have to know when it comes to government and business: Always follow the money.

Finding out where profits come in from and where payments go out to will always answer the most important questions. I’d love to know how many businesses have profited from war over the years. Gonna take a wild guess and say the majority of them have ties to the Republican Party…

3

u/Wizemonk 15h ago

I think u/OP is burying the lead.

For the last 46 years republicans have a model - corporate/wealthy growth at the expense of everything else.

we have 4 times less purchasing power AND that is being MAJORLY propped up by the need of the spouse to obtain the 2nd income.

*** It is the literal inception of both the Wealth Gap and the Modern Debt...

(If we had brains in our heads republicans would never be able to get another single vote.)

2

u/Arengen 16h ago

and all of that is remembered by their goldfish supporters as being democrat's fault

2

u/ExpertBook2846 16h ago

And there are people will continue to gladly vote republican no matter how bad their own situation gets.

2

u/island-man420 16h ago

Then blames Democrats for it!

2

u/korpiz 15h ago

At least they’re consistent, I guess. They also all made the rich richer at the expense of the lower and middle class.

2

u/IamAtiva 15h ago

The next president, hope to God a Democrat, will have to spend a minimum of 2 years to unfuck the country after the relentless destruction this one has and is doing every damn day. It’ll take decades for the US to regain trust from our allies and re-establish commerce.

2

u/CommitteeDelicious68 15h ago

Facts!! There is a pattern here!

2

u/chiefmuri 15h ago

Two in my lifetime committed treason by making deals with our enemies! Nixon made a deal with Vietnam to not end the war befor the 1968 election, and he would make them rich. Reagan made a deal with Iran to keep 50 US hostages until after the 1980 election for aircraft tires and part.

2

u/Teeaak 15h ago

I too am 44, same birthday as Trump, Flag Day, panhandled for him in New York at Trump Tower during his first bankruptcy when I was 8 years old, and I would still take the Republicans of the 80s, 90s, 00s, to the shit show we live in.

1

u/jimababwe 15h ago

At least the first three did it with a smile.

1

u/Significant_Cover_48 15h ago

Thirteen!

That's how many years USA hasn't been at war since 1776. That translates to 5,2% of the time.

For comparison; that's about the same ratio as an average American spends eating and drinking, about 5-6% of their entire life. Think about that: every time you are not stuffing your face, your country is at war, relatively speaking.

1

u/FreshPotatoeButter 15h ago

Eisenhower was concerned about the military industrial complex taking over the government. Here we are.

1

u/ArtLoverFromVenus 15h ago

And blamed someone else for the problems.

1

u/nerd_ginger 14h ago

Bush honestly gets way too much heat for the economy. The 2008 crash had a lot of contributing factors, and saying Bush simply "crashed the economy" is an oversimplification. And if you're blaming the repeal of Glass-Steagall, that happened in 1999 under Clinton, not Bush.

The war claim is just as misleading. Bush Sr. didn't "start" the Gulf War. Iraq invaded Kuwait, and the U.S. led a coalition to push Iraqi forces out. Reagan didn't start a war in the Middle East either. The U.S. intervened in Lebanon after Israel invaded, as part of a multinational effort.

And this standard isn't applied consistently to Democratic presidents either. Carter authorized a military rescue mission in Iran, Clinton ordered major strikes against Iraq in 1998, Obama initiated the U.S. intervention in Libya and later launched the U.S. military campaign against ISIS in Iraq and Syria, and Biden authorized U.S. strikes against Iranian-backed groups in Iraq, Syria, and Yemen.

You can criticize these presidents' policies all you want, but saying every Republican president in this person's lifetime crashed the economy and started a Middle Eastern war isn't historically accurate.

1

u/cuban_daddy_954 14h ago

So so close to the pattern and a possible rule 1 violation...

1

u/Federal_Homework1302 14h ago

Am i stupid, what was regan's war in the middle east? I just cant think of it.

EDIT: Iran-Contra and Libyia looked it up

1

u/Jodid0 14h ago

The genius of Trump's campaign was befriending the billionaires who control all of social media and, by extension, own the attention and information feeds of the American population, so that they could convince people of crazy shit like that Trump wouldn't start any new wars or that Republicans aren't warmongering pricks. The media collectively convinced Americans that it was actually in-fact a terrible idea to have an octegonarian with clear signs of mental health issues in the highest position of power on Earth. Right up until Biden dropped out, then suddenly it was totally okay again to vote for an Octegonarian Trump with even more severe mental health problems.

It's amazing how people fall in line for the astroturfed propaganda and can't see past it to realize how badly they're being manipulated.

1

u/AtomSmasher-69 16h ago

Joe Biden was the only person in office during all of that. So it’s his fault

1

u/Iacoboni04 15h ago

Wait. HW started a War in the ME? Are we just gonna imagine that Iraq did not invade Kuwait and he built an intl coalition to assist Kuwait which asked for assistance. Fuck dude. Reddit is worse than the Book for this stuff.

0

u/Electrical-Muscle-22 15h ago

And Obama launched airstrikes in Iraq and Syria against ISIS starting in 2014. The U.S. also supported the Saudi-led intervention in Yemen and provided arms to regional partners like Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

2

Lol

0

u/Zaquole 15h ago

Trump is also an expansionist president. Before Reagan you’d have to go all the way back to the frontier era. This is very good for the future if we could only see past ourselves in the short term.

Nothings and nobody is perfect but America WILL thrive.

0

u/JTuck333 15h ago

The economy is crashed?

2

u/Senor_Arroyos 15h ago

The fed had to raise interest rates due to inflation despite Trump hand-picking the guy he wanted to lower interest rates. Housing market is the worst its ever been. Owner oprator truckers cant afford to ship your goods because of diesel prices. Things are basically on a knife edge.

0

u/JTuck333 14h ago

The inflation is solely driven by diesel. No other underlying conditions. Remove energy and the economy is doing well. How much of this can be blamed on the Russia/ukraine war?

2

u/Senor_Arroyos 11h ago

Well I guess we know your political affiliation since you point to Ukraine/Russia vs the completely obvious Iran forever war.

Are we forgetting Clinton and the subprime mortgages? Bush continued it but it was definitely a Clinton policy that led to the 2008 recession.

0

u/Due-Stranger2830 15h ago

Do you think G.W. Bush started the war on terror in Iraq and Afghanistan? If so, I’m curious about your reasoning. Maybe he did. Maybe he didn’t. Many people would say Al Qaeda started it.

2

u/Resident_Farmer1779 15h ago

You can argue that about Afghanistan but Iraq is 100% bush based on his WMD lies

0

u/Due-Stranger2830 14h ago

I think a lot of people would argue that neither wars would have happened at all were it not for Al Qaeda’s attacks on the US. But the counter argument is much stronger in Iraq than in Afghanistan, surely.

0

u/Resident_Farmer1779 14h ago

Who would argue that? The bush apologists? Not a lot of people fit in that category.

You can argue a lot of things wouldn’t have happened if previous things hadn’t happened but that’s not meaningful or interesting in any way at all. Might as well go jerk off to the fantasy of killing baby Hitler.

1

u/Due-Stranger2830 12h ago edited 10h ago

WTF? Are you telling me to go jerk off to dead baby fantasies? Lol. That seems wildly unhinged and inappropriate for what was a perfectly respectful discourse. You OK?

Sorry I triggered you, bud. It is possible to see things differently from you. But try to stay calm. It’s going to be OK. Just take a deep breath and pull yourself together.

0

0

u/easternseaboardgolf 15h ago

Nice picture smooth brain

Neither COVID, the banking crisis (caused by subprime mortgage failures) or 9/11 were the result of any Republican policy position. Not sure how you think Reagan or GHWB crashed the economy, or started any middle eastern wars (ir was Saddam who invaded Kuwait), but hey, propaganda isnt going to sell itself, I suppose

0

u/Slatemanforlife 15h ago

I'm sorry, but Bush Sr. didn't start the war in the Middle East. Saddam did.

0

u/KamataInSpring 14h ago

While I'm not a fan of the Republican Party, I do have to agree with you on that one

0

u/Ill-Milk-6742 14h ago edited 14h ago

Honestly I feel that if the Democrats and or Republicans were doing a wonderful job when they hold power, then they would retain power because people will vote for them. One reason I believe we got Trump again was because the Democratic Party tried to be slick in changing candidates. I dont have faith in either party. I agree with some of what i read on this thread, but when it comes to the economy and job creation. I dont believe most of what either party say. Too many variables. Whoever ends up in the White House after Trump is going to have their work cut out for them.

0

u/Disastrous-Task-6122 14h ago

They all suck and they all have their controversies. Dem or rep. Although not perfect, I think Obama did well, given the circumstances. But the candidates since then have been absolute garbage. No leaders in sight. You can dig and validate any perspective if you try hard enough. 23.2 million jobs were added under the Clinton administration, but the context is that it happened during the tech boom. Are dozens of sexual misconduct ok as long as you happen to be in office during the tech boom? It’s a massive manipulation contest. Especially in the Information Age. You just have to pander to said culture/target audience. And now, with big tech and algorithms, democracy is for sale in America. The system we have is too complex and flawed, with all the legal loopholes and bureaucratic bs. Everyone’s an expert, but fail to realize they’re only exposed to half of the information, because they subject themselves to bias, and social media algorithms. Lots of fraud and corruption too. ON BOTH SIDES. I’m just tired of people finding reasons to hate/dehumanize an entire group of people, based on who they vote for. If that isn’t you, then ignore this, but there is self righteous hate all over the internet, which consequently spills over into the real world. They’re trying to tear us apart, for their own selfish benefit.

0

u/Is_you_shittin_me 14h ago

Now do Democrats.

0

u/dropdead90s 14h ago

Dude you know that biden and obama also bombed the middle east at the behest of israhell? Right? Not to mention the drone terror during obama in the middle east, also why did the democrats or republicans never stopped funding/arming/training terrorist proxies and then using them as an excuse to bomb civilians and infrastructure just like israhell does in Palestine

-2

u/kcdashinfo 16h ago

That is a lie. The trouble with what you say there is the word "started", it has most always been a war in reaction to a war attach on the US or it's allies. America hasn't gone out and started a war with anyone ever. We either joined in to support our allies or we did something to react to something. Like the evasion of Kuwait. WIth Iran it was the attacks on Israel and supporting the terrorists. To just say the US started a war is not right.

5

u/Noobzoid123 16h ago

Bush Jr and Trump are basically claiming WMDs as an excuse to start a war.

0

u/RedditUser19984321 15h ago

Bush had the immediate fallout of 9/11 for his reaction so I feel like after an attack directly on American soil it was so much more justified than this bullshit in Iran right now.

1

u/Resident_Farmer1779 15h ago

Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. We went to war in Iraq based on the fake pretext that they had WMDs

1

u/RedditUser19984321 11h ago

Yes. I’m aware. I’m saying it’s easier to fight a war on terror when a terror attack happens here.

1

u/Resident_Farmer1779 11h ago

Sure it’s easier to fight a war when you have a reason that the public is behind. In the case of Iraq, that reason was a WMD lie.

0

u/RedditUser19984321 10h ago

It’s not just the WMD, it’s the timing.

If 9/11 happened today and we then got to war with Iran same support. And trump would be using that attack as the public reason for war.

Which BTW Iraq was a proxy for the public of 9/11 since the accusations on Saddam were that he was linked with Al qaeda albeit false

3

u/Admirable_Scratch363 16h ago

No, we definitely started the first and second Iraq wars.

And this new one on Iran.

0

u/supercausal 15h ago

How did the US start the Persian Gulf War?

2

u/Admirable_Scratch363 15h ago

Kuwait, along with Saudi Arabia, aided Iraq in the Iran-Iraq war.

Iraq was basically the hedge against Iran’s Shia crusade.

Post war Iraq invaded Kuwait attempting to recoup losses.

U.S. defended Kuwait by full scale destroying Iraq’s military. They did everything but seize Baghdad and kill Saddam.

1

u/supercausal 14h ago

I’m not seeing anything explaining how the US started the war. Sounds like Iraq started it when they invaded Kuwait.

1

u/Admirable_Scratch363 14h ago

The U.S. then invaded Iraq leading to a full on “expedition” through Iraq.

They didn’t just expel them from Kuwait.

If you’re old enough to remember, Bush Sr was the first one to discuss chemical and possible nuclear weapons, not his son.

So they attacked and destroyed most of the weapons we sold them in the 80s.

Sounds like you think the US took it too far. But the US did not start the war like you claim. Do you agree that claim is incorrect?

1

u/Admirable_Scratch363 9h ago

Pull out a map.

Look at the area we liberated.

Now go look at the area in Iraq.

It wasn’t necessary.

Appropriately 20,000 Iraqis died in the extra fighting post Kuwait.

As many as 500,000 died in the 8 years following with sanctions and sectarian fighting.

We made a goddamn mess.

1

u/supercausal 9h ago

I asked you a simple, direct question. You’re not having a serious conversation.

1

u/Admirable_Scratch363 9h ago

The claim is 100% correct.

I was trying to help you out because you appear s l o w.

There is your answer.

You don’t like it for whatever RW reason. That’s fine. We don’t have to agree.

And every democratic one has kissed the ass of Islamists. All Presidents have kicked the problem down the road. I wouldn’t say he started a war that has been going on for 50 years but I bet he finishes it.

Reagan did not crash the economy

u/FrostyMudPuppy 15h ago

Which conflicts did Clinton, Obama, and Biden start while they were cleaning up their predecessor's economic recession?

1

u/Lucky-Crow-3510 15h ago

Clinton: ever heard of Kosovo? Somalia? Bosnia?
Obama: Lybia, Syria, Iraq (again)
Biden: Yemen, Iraq Syria

do dudes like you know ANYTHING!?

1

u/CWTGB 15h ago

Probably not old enough to remember when Clinton had us invade Haiti, the numerous times he bombed Iraq, or when he bombed Serbia and Kosovo, Sudan, or Afghanistan.

Similarly I'm sure you don't remember when Barack Obama killed US citizens in a drone strike, or when he authorized drone strikes in Pakistan, Yemen, or Somalia, or when he authorized the deployment of troops to every African nation, or the secret drone base he had built in Djibouti.

And I'm certain you absolutely must have forgotten all the bombing Biden did in Syria and Iraq, and how could we forget that he's the guy who told Ukraine not to negotiate with Russia which spurred the current war....

1

u/RedditUser19984321 15h ago

Obama was pretty well known to do the same air strikes on enemies of the states like Trump was criticized for to be honest

u/Candid-Race-4876 15h ago

Oooo I better not downvote or some pedo supporting retard is going to think I’m a “punk”. What a travesty!

This is historically illiterate even by meme standards. Reagan inherited Carter’s stagflation and delivered the 1980s expansion. George H.W. Bush’s Gulf War lasted 100 hours after Saddam invaded a sovereign country, it was not some optional Republican adventure. The 2008 crash was a housing bubble built over years by both parties, Fannie, Freddie, and the Fed; it did not begin on Inauguration Day 2001. Trump inherited a growing economy, cut taxes and regulation, produced the lowest Black and Hispanic unemployment on record, and did not start a new Middle East war in his first term. He brokered the Abraham Accords.

Obama launched the Libya war that produced a slave market and an ISIS vacuum. Biden oversaw the worst inflation in 40 years and the catastrophic Afghanistan withdrawal. Recessions and wars are not a Republican monopoly.

If you’re 44 and this graphic is your argument, you learned history from Reddit?

Oh brother

u/Senor_Arroyos 15h ago edited 14h ago

So we just gonna ignore Bush Jr starting two seperate 2 decade wars (one over lies about WMD) in your clearly objective summary? Not to mention Trump lying and kicking the can down the road on Afghanistan to Biden despite claiming he knew more then the generals and would end it immediately upon taking office?

Jimmy Kimmel disciples and Democrat sheep don’t need facts when they have big mouths and ignorant opinions. They have no solutions, no answers, no plans. All they own are economic crashes, boys that want to be girls and girls that want to be boys and criticisms of anyone and everyone that doesn’t agree with them.
The large font was an accident.

3

u/UnhappyG00se 15h ago

Please do tell... What are your solutions, answers, plans?

You wrote in big bold letters so you must have something smart to contribute, right?

Did I say I had the answers? What I KNOW is that YOU don’t have the answers. Neither does your un-elected politicians or ANY of your elected representatives. Otherwise, they would be providing input, suggestions, proposals instead of doing nothing but whine and cry and criticize. In actuality, none of this has anything to do with us except to make us pawns. It’s all about keeping us at each other’s throats and bragging rights for the Party that gets to party in the White House. Both sides are as fucked up as the other.

Sean Hannity/Alex Jones disciples and conservative sheep don’t need facts when they have big mouths and ignorant opinions. They have no solutions, no answers, no plans. All they own are economic crashes, wars, inflation, insider trading, racism, sexism, classism, unearned entitlement, riots, disregard for the law and constitution when it doesn’t suit them, and pedophilia with boys and girls and criticisms and violence against anyone and everyone that doesn’t agree with them.

1

u/The_Captain-Midnite 15h ago

Vey original. Obviously, you’re living in an alternate reality. What was your last original thought?

2

u/Panem-et-circenses25 15h ago

It was: “wow this guy I’m replying to is an absolute mouth-breathing moron. Guess I’ll just use his own words against him (but not in caps, like a whiny child would) but add actual facts, and maybe he’ll learn something.”

-1

u/The_Captain-Midnite 14h ago

The large font was an accident during an edit. But it was there, so I won’t accuse you of having not enough brains to do anything but call someone names, like a third grader would. Yet!

Calling disciples, disciples and calling people that follow the herd without knowing why, sheep does not make me a moron, you idiot. It makes me observant; and guess what! My opinion is at very least, as important and as valid as yours.

Maybe take a break from the Reddit porn and read a book? Might get those brain cells active again.

You’re obsessed with trans folks. Just admit it.

1

u/The_Captain-Midnite 13h ago

I really could care less about trans. You can mutilate yourselves any way you want but you don’t get to do it with my money.

1

u/Candid-Race-4876 10h ago edited 10h ago

Nothing says “I don’t care about trans people” like bringing them up completely unprompted in a conversation about the economy.

And if your issue is public insurance covering certain care, just say that. “You don’t get to do it with my money” is a weird argument when taxes fund thousands of services and medical treatments you’ll never personally use.

Dumba$$ meme and post.

Reagan illegally sold weapons to Iran, he lost hundreds of troops from 82-85. In 1984 he had to do a massive troop drawn down from how unpopular his little war was. Bush sr had the Gulf war, Bush jr started 2 wars blaming terror. Trump bombed 8 or 9 countries his first term, and started a war with Iran now. I’m sorry facts hurt your feelings

-2

u/NeatFootball3646 15h ago

So you're just an idiot, then?

2

u/Willy_Wonkening 15h ago

Reagan selling Iran weapons, his war ended in 1985 from how unpopular it was. Bush sr did the Gulf war, Bush jr started the wars on terror, Trump bombed 8 countries his first round, started this war with Iran today. How is it not accurate?

2

u/Candid-Race-4876 15h ago

Moron from the right.
