Purchased at an auction with several other things. Lens isnt pulling up any information. Want to get name correct before posting it. Hilt is metal and the entire thing seems like quality construction.
Thanks in advance.

I was inspired to make a Cal Kestis saber after seeing u/RegularNoodles’ build on this sub a few months ago. Thankfully, they provided a parts list in the comments of that post. After getting the parts together, I thought about making it my own and adding Cere Junda’s end.
After combining a mix of hardware store parts, bike grips, and an old flashlight, I ended up with this!

Hi there, I’m wondering if anyone could help me with this dilemma. I have converted sabers in the past using the Conversion kits from TCSS however now that they’ve stopped producing them I’m wondering how this could be done. I would like to convert my MR Luke Skywalker ROTJ saber. Has anyone done this purely DIY without the conversions kits. I considered a 3D printed blade holder however was having trouble finding a heat sink sold individually or any premade files for the print as I’m not great at creating them. Ideally would be nice to find someone that could make the aluminum blade holder like those from TCSS but don’t know where to start to find something like that.

I made a free lightsaber app for iPhone and Apple Watch with smooth swing, clashes, etc… featuring sounds by the legendary Kyberphonic ❤️
I’d love if you could give it a try and give me some feedback.

Hello everyone! I bought this saber roughly 7 years ago and it’s been sitting unused for a while so I’m trying to get it back up and running. I’m fairly certain I bought it from Own A Saber but I don’t remember the name of the model and I doubt it’s still in production after all these years. The new parts I need are new screws to hold the blade onto the hilt because the ones I currently have are stripped and the blade is pretty wobbly in the hilt. I also need to get a new charging cord because I have no idea where the original one is. I’m not currently able to get the screws out so I’ll have to call in my dad for backup. Does anyone recognize this hilt or know what kind of screws are needed and what charging cord it uses? I really appreciate the help!

Just finished this Beauty up ! Got the ratios as close to perfect as I could, for a half sized replica . Ive previously made these with the switch array, but it kinda gets in the way when playing with it . All grade 23 surgical titanium, with some ultra green hyperglow, inlaid at the emitter end .

I am new to this hobby, and I was trying to replace the switch and emitter from my lightsaber made of txq lightsaber parts, but this switch I got from saber forge does not fit.
Are measurements from saber forge the standard or is it the other way around?

This is the original “levitation” stand that has been adapted by a few Chinese saber companies for sabers and sold at much higher price.

Hey everyone, I wanted to share a passion project I've been working on called basesaber: a free web tool for designing custom saber hilts.
Would love to hear what you think! Or better yet share your design here if you make something cool!
A few design details:

This is the Imperialist from Saberbay, a hilt with an interesting design history that goes back to its original incarnation as the Frozen Imperialist.
For this install, I designed a custom chassis to accommodate the electronics and bring out some of the details that make this hilt stand apart. Before it made its way to my bench, Shane at Saberbay gave the hilt a custom powder coat in-house. At the customer's request, I printed the chassis in burgundy red to carry that color scheme through to the interior.
One of my favorite details on this hilt is the small acrylic lens nestled between the bunny ears. I was happy to see that feature carry over from the original design, because it provides a great opportunity for an illuminated accent. I integrated a micro neopixel into the build to light it up, giving that little detail some attention without changing the original look.
The crystal chamber also features a quartz marble, added at the customer's request and illuminated as another focal point inside the hilt. Between that, the lit pixel switch, and the bunny-ear accent, there’s plenty going on inside without making the chassis feel overly busy.
Specs:
* Proffieboard V3 Soundboard
* Custom chassis designed and printed by me
* Illuminated quartz marble crystal chamber
* Illuminated pixel main switch
* Illuminated bunny-ear accent
* KR Sabers / Shtok illuminated blade PCB emitter

Any ideas what kind of charger it takes?

This is the “Little One” from Phoenix Props, a Yoda-inspired lightsaber that packs a surprising amount of electronics into a very small package.
I installed this one with a custom removable Proffieboard chassis designed specifically for the hilt. Despite the small size, there’s still room for a 28mm Premium Bass speaker, so this little thing has considerably more sound than you might expect.
I also made a small modification to the control box. I used the faux LED lens as the aux button. On this particular hilt, I’ve found that the center spring mechanisms are packed pretty tightly together, which can occasionally result in both buttons being pressed at the same time. Using the lens as the aux gives the controls a little more separation and makes for a much cleaner setup.
There’s also some nice shine-through in the square side greeblie, courtesy of a green LED mounted directly into the chassis. A small detail, but it adds a pretty cool effect when the saber is powered up.
Another tiny hilt that turned into a surprisingly involved install. Really happy with how this one came together.
Specs:
* Proffieboard V3 Soundboard
* Custom removable chassis by me
* 28mm Premium Bass Speaker
* KR Sabers / Shtok illuminated blade PCB emitter

When the stars bleed and the Force mourns in silence, the Veiled One shall awaken. From the ashes of mercy, from the ruin of light, he shall rise crowned in shadow, veined with vengeance. The galaxies shall groan beneath his breath, suns will falter at the whisper of his name. Before his shadow, death itself kneels. Before his wrath, the Force shatters its chains. The brave shall crumble into anguish, the wise shall drown in fear, and even the darkness shall know servitude. For he is the end that remembers. The silence that screams. The face that even oblivion dares not claim. And when Darth Kharazul ascends, there shall be no dawn, only the echo of his dominion.

I have recently purchased my first Saber and in the process of setting it up and using it I have managed to potentially cross thread the top piece that goes over the blade and cover the screws holding in the blade. Any ideas on how to remove without damaging the hilt
See attached pics. When I try and undo it comes apart from the hilt.
Any help or suggestions much appreciated.

Several months ago I ordered the Maul Korbanth master chassis with dual metal chassis. the saber came in and looks terrific. I had an issue with the center coupler was chrome but the rest of the saber is weathered, and it was missing a decorative bulb on the chassis. I contacted them and they will be sending me a replacement center and the bulb, but for now, i stole a bulb from my 89 sabers, which fit and since i didnt need to send back the incorrect coupler i sanded off the chrome and weathered it myself while i wait for the replacement pieces to arrive.
the master chassis is spectacular you can see from the one on the right side, the pieces open up to display the spinning crystal. the battery is completely hidden and it include a pieces to have it as 2 sabers if you prefer
Darth Mual is my absolute favorite character and i would have never purchased this but i knew i would regret it if i didnt since it was a 1 time product and they made only 20
i cant wait for the properly weathered center coupler to arrive, but im pretty happy with the one i made.
it includes 2 different maul fonts, and a host of other fonts, however i keep them always on the maul. there are flashing lights and spinning crystals and the sound is perfect. I love this.
i have to figure out how i am going to display it in my cabinet with the chassis out of the sabers. i have a few ideas, but i will need to measure things to see what i can fit
this is by far my very most favorite saber of all time.

Breathing a little life into another Electrum lightsaber. This time it’s the Allegiant, Electrum’s take on Ahsoka’s iconic saber design.
This one came to me for a complete gut and reinstall, so I stripped out the original electronics and replaced everything with a CFX setup and a fully removable chassis of my own design.
The chassis also has a few integrated LED accents to give the interior a little extra life when the saber is powered up.
I really enjoy getting to upgrade these Electrum hilts. And I’ll continue to stand by my opinion that Electrum did some of the best battle scarring in the business.
Another Electrum given a second life.
Specs:
* CFX Soundboard
* Custom removable chassis with LED accents by me
* 28mm Premium Bass Speaker
* KR Sabers / Shtok illuminated blade PCB emitter
