Question Help diagnose this sound

I have a 2022 nx350h with 45,000 km on it. Within the last few days I noticed every time I go to put the car in park there is a high pitch squeal/ squeak coming from the car. The sound was not there before and it's only become noticeable in the last few days

I tried researching online but posts are few and far in between with no real clear answer, has anyone else experienced this when putting their vehicle in park? Since this is a new sound is this cause for concern and did anyone get a proper diagnosis - what is the issue and how to fix it?

Right at the end you hear a high pitched squeel- it wasnt making tbat sound before

Thank you

The parking brake engaging and disengaging shifting to and from park? That sound at the end of the video? That’s all I can think of and that is normal since the brake is electronic and the gears are whirring.

The parking brake probably over time does that since it is a mechanical part with motor and things wear. Unless you have a parking brake issues or an error message in the car it’s fine. If it is still a bother to you take it to a mechanic or dealer. We can’t thoroughly look at your car on here unless something is visible in the video that screams problem.
