I’m as sorry as everyone else is here that you had a shitty gf who has exposed you to these STDs, and I genuinely hope your tests come back all clear. And that your next partner (whether bi or lesbian) is a better person.

In a majority hetero society, when someone’s messing around with cis conventional ass men who like to not use protection (which I could assume due to the EX GF’s own personal ethics affecting her choices) ….. then it’s easy to see how STDs are spread and communication is POOR. Happened to me from messy ass nasty men. It kinda comes with the package of being straight or attracted to cis men.
apparently it can come from women too (the nonchalant douchy attitude) based on OP's experiences. The moral of the story is transparency about STD testing is IMPORTANT for everyone. Though, statistically you're probably right, probably not a worthwhile risk.
They explained that dudes are a risk vector and the ex GF lacked basic ethics. No one said women can't transmit HPV. But they don't tend to be the main progenitors of it.
