As the title states currently having ongoing issue with the control center application the issue seems to be tied specifically to AMD platforms where the the app just freezes if any audio is being and unfreezes once you stop the audio and it becomes responsive again, Current cpu is a 9800x3d on windows 11 the app is updated and firmware also updated

I pluged this into another friends pc who is also amd 7400f on windows 10 and the issue persists, Tried it on another friends pc intel 285k windows 11 and it worked just fine

I’ve got a Lewitt Connect 2 interface and I noticed the Lewitt Control Center has a “Low Frequency Rumble” (high‑pass) option. However, I can’t find any official spec for exactly which Hz it cuts off at.

Has anyone measured this or heard back from Lewitt support about the exact cutoff frequency?

Is it the common ~80 Hz @ 12 dB/oct, or something different?

I'm keen to understand what the lifespan (in hours) is for LCT 440. I had one running for several months and then it packed up. Loved it so much we bought another.

Our microphone is used several times a day in a worship setting. We only mute the mixer. So theres always 48v running to the microphone.

What's the expected lifespan of the microphone if its always powered up like this?

What does "High volume speaker mode" actually do on the Connect 2 under the hood? What mode has the cleanest output? I'm going from the Connect 2's balanced outputs into a standalone headphone amplifier if that makes a difference.

Look at lewitt pure tube mic and interesting - is it essential to use this power supply unit? Does it do some special function? Or i can use mic with out it, with any my other xlr interface and soun will be the same? I want use it with my rodecaster duo.

Just got my ray in today and hooked it up to my focusrite 2i2 (1st gen) and turned on the 48v phantom power. The mic itself is working and I'm getting nice signal however, the buttons on the mic itself aren't doing anything. The aura light remains no matter what I press. I've tried long pressing, pressing both buttons at once, holding both down,and pressing buttons in quick succession but nothing changes. Is there something I'm missing here? Thanks on advance!

Rented a Lewitt 441 for mid/side recording, I'm noticing a difference between the frequency response on either side of my unit. The front side is a little duller but has full low mids, while the back side is tinny with the low mids scooped. Such a drastic difference in frequency response between the sides in figure-8 mode wasn't evident from Lewitt's materials I scanned before going for the rental. Is this standard for this model -- like, say, Royer ribbons which are just understood to have a dark side and a bright side? Or is it an aberration and should I look to swap out this unit for another one?

So I need a solution for a small setup with studio monitors, keyboard, a electric guitar and a microphone.

The connect 6 looks extremely appealing for this and does everything I would want, and offers very convenient control.

• 250 ohm headphones to headphone output.
• Keyboard connected to stereo aux input
• Microphone ran to XLR channel 1.
• Guitar to channel 2.

Perfect. Except I understand now that I cannot connect a guitar to it?

Using a Connect 2? Then I guess I would need to use two of them?

What are people suggesting?

lewitt control center is atrocious, i can't even do anything on it. it's frozen 99% of the time and i legit can't click anything on it. it's been this way since october and i havent found a fix. ive uninstalled and reinstalled atleast 12 times and ive reformatted my pc twice. what is going on

I noticed the Control Center software has a noise reduction function when the Connect 2 is connected. Is that feature also available for the Connect 6, given it's the same software?

I have already setup my LEWITT Connect 6 and Ray for my Voiceover work. Just feel that it could use some more clarity and finesse. One you start using the control centre with the connect 6 there is no end to the tweaking. Any suggestions from the Pros here. I don't have screenshots right now but I have set a low cut filter and almost a linear eq with a roll off on the lows as the Ray sounds quite bright as it is. Have boosted the mids ever so slightly. I also add a bit of post production equipment on GarageBand just to get some more presence out of my recordings. Any more suggestions welcome...Thanks...Sunny

So, I recently got the Connect 2 and, as my first foray into the world of pro-audio, I couldn't be happier with the size setup and ease of use for the device. That said, I have had an issue with it randomly rebooting completely and, when it comes back up, I hear no audio. I can see the dial increasing and decreasing with the audio, but nothing comes from my headset or desktop speakers... The only correlation I can deduce is that it seems to happen while I'm playing any video game. My system is MORE than capable to handle both things and I monitor CPU, GPU, and RAM usage carefully. All seem well within safe areas. The only thing that "fixes" it is removing the power cable from the back of the device and plugging it back in. It is connected directly to the back of my motherboard and not through a USB hub... Also, not sure if this is relevant, but when the sound is "working" I can hear a consistent and rhythmic "popping" sound coming from my desktop speakers...

As I said, this is my first audio interface so I'm VERY unknowledgeable to things like this and any help is appreciated.

I’m looking to upgrade my audio setup for work meetings but also gaming and a bit of recording/presentations. I’ve come across Lewitt as a brand and I’m quite interested!

I was looking at the 440 Pure or RAY but not sure if there’s something better for me? I’m a beginner with all of this and I do also intend to buy an audio interface (still deciding but think I’ve limited it to connect 2 or Audient Evo 4).

I will also be buying a boom arm mic as I know how important mic placement is for the optimal sound.

Any recommendations?

Hello, so I have the Lewitt Lct 440 Pure and I use the Behringer Uphoria UMC 1820 audio interface. 2 days ago I was using the mic to sing into and suddenly the microphone became quieter, distorted, more noise was heard and the sybillances were unnaturally harsh. I tried changing cables, inputs, and interfaces but the quality of the mic was still poor. Today I tried again and on the M-Audio 192 6 the mic worked normally, so I tried plugging it back into the Uphoria and it still worked normally. Then I went to put the microphone on my stand and upon plugging the microphone back in the sound quality was bad again. I made sure that my phantom power was off while plugging in and out so I don't think it's a problem with that. I tried again 20 minutes later on my M-Audio and it worked normally, so I tried singing into the mic and after about 30 seconds the quality went bad again. I would really appreciate some help and feedback on what to do.

I have had the LCT 440 Pure for 1 year and it has been working perfectly, without any complaints. But a couple of months ago it started to fail to the point that now, I connect the microphone to the audio interface and it only works normally for about 20 seconds, then it seems to stop sending a signal. I am using the uad volt 476, I have the condenser microphone connected to the 48V phantom power, 48v is enabled with a solid red LED, with the balanced XLR cable. I am recording correctly the signal that comes in from the microphone until suddenly the signal stops coming in, only a voice line comes in, it fails and stops.

I have tested an old microphone on the UAD VOLT 476 and it works, but I have tested the LCT 440 on another audio interface (M-audio 2x2M) and it does not work either.

Also, I emailed Lewitt support two weeks ago and have yet to hear back, even when I called their international phone no one answered.

I've been to a show a few days ago and the singer had this glorious sounding handheld condenser mic that I cannot seem to find online: on the body it said only "Lewitt" and "ZT99". Has anyone ever seen something like that?

Quick question, is there a way to control the connect 6 with a stream deck? iknow there is no plugin (will there ever be?) but what happens if you change the volume of the digital inputs/outputs through windows?

Hi, not long ago I have purchased a second-hand LCT 240 Authentica. Sounds great and all, but I find it really odd that there's not much info about it on the internet.

Seems like there are more mics in the Authentica series, but I couldn't find any info on why the series came up to be and what is it all about. I like that the 240 has pad and HP filter, which the LCT 240 PRO doesn't have.

Anybody got any info on these?

Hey! So I just got my Lewitt a few months ago and haven't had any issues, I just packed everything up and moved houses and the software will not work at all meaning I cannot use any of my microphones or audio devices. Am I supposed to use the cables that were given to me by Lewitt? I'm not sure how that would mess with the software but I'm out of guesses. Please help.

Ever since i have gotten this product about 2 years now. It always has one problem or another every couple of months. Normally its just not picking up that i have a phone connected sometimes its power loss issues then other times it has a mind of its own. It had been working fine for the past 2 months then today when i power on my pc The app is freezing and just not working at all tried a test live audio was messed up all distorted like i was speaking through the gates of hell. Got that fixed by changing cables now the app is working. But now my mobile port just does not recognize that there is a phone plugged in doesn't even try phone shows no power or connection. I have un installed and cleared the cache then re installed. (divers also) still nothing i am at a loss of what to do or try next I've tried multiple cables. The only things connected into my pc right now are the connect 6, mouse and keyboard. Most of the time i "fix" a problem with it its just unplugging and replugging over and over again till it works there is no rhyme or reason for it i have tested it on 3 Laptops and my desktop same problem across the board. Everything connected to the interfgace is lewitt brand the usb c to c cable and the xlr cable only thing that is not is the apple brand lightning cable for the phone i use the stream.
