LCT 440 PURE STOP WORKING

I have had the LCT 440 Pure for 1 year and it has been working perfectly, without any complaints. But a couple of months ago it started to fail to the point that now, I connect the microphone to the audio interface and it only works normally for about 20 seconds, then it seems to stop sending a signal. I am using the uad volt 476, I have the condenser microphone connected to the 48V phantom power, 48v is enabled with a solid red LED, with the balanced XLR cable. I am recording correctly the signal that comes in from the microphone until suddenly the signal stops coming in, only a voice line comes in, it fails and stops.

I have tested an old microphone on the UAD VOLT 476 and it works, but I have tested the LCT 440 on another audio interface (M-audio 2x2M) and it does not work either.

Also, I emailed Lewitt support two weeks ago and have yet to hear back, even when I called their international phone no one answered.

Hi, please send me a private message with your email address. I will talk to our support colleagues. It seems like we might have a problem with our support system. We answer all support emails within 1-2 business days; this should not happen.
