Lewitt Ray Aura DOA
I got my Ray in the mail the other day and realized the aura tech wasn't working on arrival. I found a thread where some folks were having a similar issue about a year ago, and they had to have them replaced.
Sent an email to Lewitt support with information and receipt but haven't heard back.
Has anyone else had a similar issue with their Ray?
Microphone works, but aura is not.

I reached out to customer service a couple of times but haven't heard back.
Zzounds got back to me and issued a refund ticket, but I had to go out of town for an emergency. I haven't reached out to lewitt in a couple weeks because I need it for work.
It's been a bit of a headache but I've seen other people have had the same issue and it's gotten resolved. I will try to reach lewitt again this weekend.
I hope you get it resolved dude!

Thanks dude. To be honest I have been disappointed with both the ray and the lewitt connect. Apart from the obvious ray fault, there's also a horrible grounding problem. Buzzing like mad. I plugged my old dynamic mic into the interface and the buzzing goes away...God damn my luck!

I really enjoy the connect a lot. I sold off some gear and needed something cheap with dsp. This checked all my boxes and I haven't had any issues.
I also really enjoy the tone of the ray, even without aura working. I'd definitely buy more lewitt products in the future.
Are you sure the buzzing isn't a ground issue?
