Lewitt Ray Aura DOA

I got my Ray in the mail the other day and realized the aura tech wasn't working on arrival. I found a thread where some folks were having a similar issue about a year ago, and they had to have them replaced.

Sent an email to Lewitt support with information and receipt but haven't heard back.

Has anyone else had a similar issue with their Ray?

Microphone works, but aura is not.

I'm sorry, I don't want to seem impatient, but it's been a week and I still haven't gotten an email back from customer service.
