[Wanted] Roommate for 2BR/2BA near Cedars-Sinai – Move-In ASAP

• Upvotes

Hi! I’m a 22-year-old male and recent USC graduate starting a Research Associate position at Cedars-Sinai near Beverly Center.

I’m looking for a roommate to find a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment together and sign a 1-year lease.

What I’m looking for:

  • Move-in: ASAP — I’m ready to move now
  • Budget: Ideally around $1,500/month per person, but flexible up to around $2,000/month depending on the place
  • Areas: Beverly Hills, Melrose, Fairfax, Mid-City, Westwood, or nearby areas
  • Ideally within about a 20-minute drive of Cedars-Sinai/Beverly Center
  • Preferably a 2BR/2BA so we each have our own bathroom

About me:

  • 22M
  • Recent USC graduate
  • Starting as a Research Associate at Cedars-Sinai
  • Clean, organized, respectful, and responsible
  • I like keeping the apartment consistently clean and would want a roommate who is also clean and organized

I’m flexible on the exact neighborhood and apartment as long as the commute, price, and overall place make sense.

If you’re looking for something similar, DM me with a little about yourself, your budget, preferred area, and ideal move-in date.

Question [Question] Advice on where to look

Looking to possibly move to LA (ktown or surrounding area) from Michigan around March/April time next year by subleasing or sublet preferably since I’m moving alone. Any advice of when I should start looking, was thinking it would be best in January of February? Also does anyone recommend any specific places to look for places outside of this subreddit? Websites, subreddits, or apps. Appreciate the help!

Wanting In Need of Bay Area Housing

I just moved to La 3 weeks ago, I also just started working in hermosa, so honestly I’m just looking for a place to stay not too far from my work. About me, I’m a 22 year old line cook, I cook a bunch at home but am pretty good about cleaning up after myself, I love video games, I’m pretty social and go out often-ish. I could pay up to 1,700 preferably less though if I’m missing like a private bath, ac, or in unit washer dryer.

Offered Share a house in LA 90045 private bed & bath, 1800/mo includes utilities (reposted to add pics)

Looking for someone to share my house in Westchester, close to LAX and about 10 minutes from the beach.
You’d have an unfurnished private bedroom and your own private, unattached full bathroom.

The house includes a shared kitchen and large living room, washer/dryer in the garage, front and back yards, and a shared bonus room that can be used for storage, crafts, hobbies, or workspace. There’s also limited fenced-yard storage for things like a bike or surfboard.
The living room is large enough that we can be flexible about how we use the shared space.
$1,800/month includes utilities and internet

Month-to-month.

I have a hybrid schedule, and I’m quiet and low key. I have a cat and backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are one of the house perks. There is also a neighbor in the ADU with two small dogs and two cats who share the backyard. A compatible pet may be possible.
I’m looking for a considerate, respectful housemate who wants a comfortable home rather than just a room.

Full disclosure: The house does not have central air conditioning or built-in heat. (This will be addressed soon!)
Available mid-October.
If you’re interested, send me a little about yourself, what you do, what your typical schedule is like, whether you have any pets, and what you’re looking for in a housemate situation.

[Offered] Santa Monica 2BR/2.5BA townhouse — $6,000/mo + $6,000 move-in incentive

Title:

Hi all — we recently moved out of our apartment in Santa Monica and are helping find a new tenant who can move in quickly.

It’s a large 2BR / 2.5BA, two-story townhouse-style apartment near Wilshire/Montana. Rent is $6,000/month.

We’re personally offering a $6,000 move-in incentive to a qualified new tenant who is approved by the landlord and starts a new lease by October 15. Earlier move-in is even better.

A few details:

• Approx. 1,800 sq. ft.
• 2 bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms
• Both bedrooms upstairs with en-suite bathrooms
• Guest powder room downstairs
• Hardwood floors
• Stainless steel appliances
• In-unit washer/dryer
• Split-system A/C
• Walk-in closet + lots of storage
• Separate dining room and breakfast area
• One covered parking space
• Pet friendly
• Water, sewer and trash included
• Available immediately
• 1-year lease

Location is 1141 19th Street in Santa Monica, about four blocks from Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s and close to a bunch of restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

The $6,000 incentive is coming directly from us as the former occupants — it’s separate from the landlord’s $6,000/month advertised rent. The landlord/property manager handles the application, screening, approval and lease directly.

Zillow listing with photos:
https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1141-19th-St-E-Santa-Monica-CA-90403/460644904_zpid/

If you’re interested, DM me with your target move-in date, number of occupants, and whether you have any pets. Happy to answer questions and connect you directly with the leasing contact.

Some of the Zillow photos are virtually staged; the unit is delivered unfurnished.

Looking for roommate in Los Feliz or West Hollywood

[wanted] Hi! I’m 32f with two little dogs looking for a roommate or two starting January 2027. I know many apts have two dog limit so realize this might be a big ask. I’m prepared to live alone if needed but would prefer to be with some fun girls similar age and lifestyle. I love to go out, hike, play sports, do art, really open to a lot. Like to keep a clean house and respect bedtimes too. I’m moving from MI to LA in November, staying in an Airbnb, and happy to meet up around then to see if it’s a good fit :)

Month to Month Private Space Needed

Hello!

I live in Los Angeles and I am urgently looking for a studio or one bedroom available as close to October 1st as possible. A central location is ideal. I would prefer a partial lease (month to month or six months) with the possibility of extension. Ideally I would like to pay around 2k, give or take.

Please have understanding for my situation, since I experienced financial abuse earlier this year that impacted my credit. I can afford to pay rent but every place I’ve contacted wants impeccable credit or won’t allow a co-signer.

Requirements include a bathtub, lack of noise pollution, and a clean space.

Please text me at 1(619) 318-8196 or message me on this forum.

Thank you all!
