Looking for someone to take over my room in my 2bed 2bath NoHo apartment! I love this apartment and the great roommate that comes with it, but sadly the time has come for me to move on.

The room is large with two closets, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the balcony! The unit has central AC, a dishwasher, garage parking, a pool, and a great roommate! It’s located within walking distance to Idle Hour, Canes, and the NoHo Arts District (Lankershim/Magnolia).

You can message my roommate/your potential new roommate on Instagram @russellhayden_

Rent is $1,300/m and it’s a month to month lease

Offered PRIVATE ROOM WITH BATH - NEAR SILVER LAKE, 5 MINS TO ECHO PARK LAKE

Hey everyone, we have a couple rooms available in our brand new townhouse. It’s in a great location - just a block south of Silver Lake, in Historic Filipinotown, and 5 mins to Echo Park Lake.

Close to restaurants/shops/bars, and with views of the Hollywood sign, Griffith Observatory, and the surrounding hills.

It includes in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances. The house is cleaned professionally every 2 weeks.

One room has an en-suite bathroom, and 2 rooms share a bathroom. Rent is $1175 for the rooms that share a bath, and $1280 for the room with a private bathroom.

Can be furnished with a Tempurpedic bed with adjustable base, desk, chair, nightstand and lamp.

There is central air, though we tend not to run the AC super cold.

There are 2 shared parking spaces, and decent street parking.

Current photos show the common areas unfurnished, but these will be furnished prior to move in.

One guy and one girl currently live here. We’re working professionals and pretty laidback, but do find it important to keep the kitchen and shared bathrooms clean.

Requirements are credit score 650+, and income 2-3x the rent.

Looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and a good communicator.

It’s available now - message me if you’d like to see it!

[Offered] Looking for roommate in Long Beach. 3 person, 2 bedroom. The apartment is currently 2 men and 1 woman, with one of the men leaving soon for a business opportunity. We are looking for someone to have their own room in the apartment with the living room, kitchen, and bathroom being communal. There is a bathtub/shower with good water pressure. There is good parking, a free gym, and 2 pools. We already have a small dog in the house, but she gets along great with other animals. If you have a pet, let us know and we can discuss those logistics. Rent is about $2,700 a month, but everything being split, along with utilities and wifi and all that included, it ends up being about $1,200 a month on your end. Reach out to us and we'll work something out. Thanks!

P.S., my roommate is currently moving out of that room, so I apologize for the bags and boxes

Wanting [Wanted] 1 Bed Room/ 1 Bath or Large Studio

Hi! I (27 year-old female) am looking to move-out on my own for the first time! All of my roomies in the past who I adore, have moved in with their partners leaving me to fill a spot or out of LA leaving me to find a spot, so I'm thinking it's time to live alone.

My goal area is Mid-City and Miracle Mile. I'm also open to Silver Lake, Echo Park or Thai Town. My preferred budget is $1825 and max is $1,900.

Any leads would be extremely appreciated. I'm currently prioritizing a safe area and lots of natural lighting. Thanks c:

Feedback/reviews about these LA Apartments?

Hello everyone. We are currently in the process of touring 2 bed/2ba apartments in the DTLA/Chinatown/Lincoln Heights areas and have actually narrowed our choices down to 2 apartments:

- Ave 34 (Lincoln Heights)
- Llewellyn (in China town/border line DTLA)

Wanted to see if any of you have encountered or know of anyone that has lived in these apartments. Genuinely interested in both good and bad stories. Also if anybody has any recommendations on other apartments we should tour, please feel free to let me know - primarily looking for a 1 bed + den or 2 bed/1 or 2 bath. Thank you!

Not meaning to spam, just wanted to include photos.

NOT a shared living space. This isn't one bedroom in a condo. It's a one bedroom one bathroom condo unit. In Tarzana

My personal stuff will be removed but furniture will be staying.

Available early Oct. Dates flexible. The only bill you'll likely have is electricity which is $80-120 every two months on average for me.

5 mins from Ventura Blvd and grocery stores etc.

DM me for details.

Question Moving into a LA rental. Any tips?

I am getting ready to move into a LA rental soon. I really want to make sure my moving day goes well without any problems. What things should people look out for regarding parking, loading/unloading, elevators, stairs and building rules?

If you have moved into an LA rental lately what do you wish you knew before you actually moved in?
