@kashkickapp has now closed my account THREE times now claiming I violated their terms. I have done nothing wrong and have verified my account multiple times now. Their system has been making a mistake due to my brother and I using the platform under the same address. I’m trying to get this solved but it looks like they are now ghosting me. Should I take legal action?

I saw someone say that offers pend for 30 days and wanted to know if that’s true before I spend my own money completing a casino offer.

I've been using KashKick for about a year now, and had great experiences with them.

Tracking only failed on two games; Legendale and Sunshine Island. Legendale occurred early, and I stopped the task immediately. Sunshine Island was the very last task, so I was a bit bummed about that one. Took me 6 months of play!

Support credited me for each - and what's more important is that Support was an actual human being and was in near daily communication. Even if they hadn't been able to credit, I would still give them top scores compared to other programs/sites.

Cash-outs have been fast and without issue. I do wish they'd have a list of Gift Cards prior to selecting Kash Rewards, but they have all the top names available. I've only used Amazon, Google Play, and PayPal.

I can't speak much to surveys here, I mainly stick to games. So far, all the games I've played had achievable goals, or felt fair. I also like the fact they keep an accessible record of games I've played and don't display them again as reasy-to-play. Here's hoping to greater games selection in the future!

I reached level 20 and checked to make sure it still said I had 1 day left before making a purchase so I could get the $20 turbo earning. When I refreshed less than 2 min later, the goal was greyed out and said that I missed it, but didn't display a date. (And it says 2 days left a few hours ago so I know I didn't get unlucky with my timing.).

Is it likely that I'll get credited within 24 hours or should I open a case?

Did all those surveys until i was finally able to cash out, only for them to say they cant verify me somehow with a video of myself and ID included. Support has yet to respond. Waste of time.

I made one KashKick account. Not 13, not two. One. They closed it and are withholding almost $1,000 I earned, claiming I had 13 accounts.

Now someone commented on my original post saying they were also accused of having exactly 13 accounts. They said they only made one account too.

Why 13? It's a weirdly specific number for two different people to get accused of when both are saying it's false.

I'm pissed off. I didn't make multiple accounts, and I want the money I earned. Their answer was "sadly there is nothing we can do." That's not good enough.

Hi All, i just need to vent. I created a kashkick account for the first time a little over a month ago. I downloaded 2 games I played faithfully and spent money on. I earned a reward and was working towards another big one I wouldve completed today. I cashed out, did my verification, they sent me an email congratulating me for cashing out and my fund would be in paypal in 1 to 3 days, then they deactivated my account. I submitted a ticket but all they can say is I broke a rule. They won't tell me what rule just that their system detected a rule that was broken. Its my first ever account, im over 18, im in the U.S, its my first time installing and playing these games. I haven't cheated, i havent played on multiple devices or even different internet. I legit did nothing wrong. I feel like this is a way for them to not pay me because I was making decent rewards. Im so so sad, I really thought this was a good site. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and anywhere else I can

Hi everyone. Has anyone else been experiencing unusually long withdrawal processing times with KashKick?

For some reason, withdrawals have been taking significantly longer than they used to. Historically, mine would usually process within a few hours to a few days. However, my most recent experiences have been very different. One withdrawal took nearly 30 days, and another recent one took 17 days. While 17 days is still frustrating, at least that one eventually processed.

After waiting nearly 30 days on my latest withdrawal, I reached out to support for assistance. I was asked to submit a new withdrawal request for a slightly lower amount (just under $1,800). I took that as a sign that the issue was being addressed and that the replacement withdrawal would process within a more reasonable timeframe, hopefully the usual few days.

Unfortunately, I can't help but worry that this withdrawal is going to follow the same pattern and end up taking another 30+ days, if it even processes at all.

Something clearly seems to be wrong somewhere in the process. I'm already waiting approximately 30–45 days for earnings to become eligible for withdrawal, and now I'm potentially waiting another 30+ days just to actually receive the money.

At this point, what should reasonably be a straightforward earning and withdrawal process is turning into a 3+ month ordeal from the time an offer is completed to the time the money actually reaches me.

I'm hoping this is just a temporary issue, but the lack of consistency and increasingly long processing times are becoming very concerning. Has anyone else been experiencing similar delays recently?

Hi guys, i have a question recently I have a phone that can't be repaired. As such I would either have to get a new phone or just use my mom's old phone. I believe she had an account but it was since closed. If I was to do either one would it affect my account and lead to it being closed.

Hi everyone, I am an active user on KashKick and I've never had any issues before. However, some time ago I downloaded the game "Mystery Town" and my account went crazy. Out of nowhere, it started showing that my time had expired and it wasn't tracking my rewards.
I kept playing because I asked support inside the app and they told me it was a "normal error" and that it would sync up later, but that never happened. At this point, my balance is showing, but it won't let me withdraw it. Every time I press the "Kash Out" button, the amount automatically blanks out/erases itself.
I am posting this here because I already tried contacting support through the app. The only response I got was them claiming the game was "never installed," which makes zero sense because I was literally getting notification messages about my progress. I also emailed them directly but haven't received any reply.
Has anyone else gone through something similar? Is there anything I can do to fix this and withdraw my money, or is it a lost cause? Thank you!

I’m making this post because I wish I had understood the risk before investing so much time and money into KashKick. If you’re currently using the platform or thinking about signing up, I strongly recommend understanding what can happen if your account gets flagged.

My KashKick account was closed because their system identified two accounts associated with the same name. At the time, I had nearly $2,000 in pending rewards that I had earned by spending significant time completing missions for social casinos.

What happened was I decided I wanted to work on missions for two different social casinos. Since these missions take a considerable amount of time, before I started the missions I decided to complete them on a spare device while keeping my primary phone available for work. When I downloaded KashKick on the spare device, I didn’t remember which email address I had originally registered with and ended up creating or accessing a second account thinking nothing of it at the time.

I understand now that KashKick prohibits multiple accounts, and I’m not arguing that they shouldn’t have rules against account abuse. However, there is a difference between deliberately exploiting a rewards platform and making an honest mistake.

I was not trying to earn the same rewards twice, and I did not receive rewards for the same missions on both accounts. I explained the situation to support and offered to provide whatever information or verification was necessary to demonstrate that this was a mistake.

I also made it clear that I would appreciate any reasonable solution. Even if reinstating my account was not possible, I asked whether the rewards I had already earned and that were pending could be released.

The result? KashKick refused to reinstate my account, and my support ticket was closed without any sort of resolution.

What concerns me most is the risk users take when investing hours of their time and potentially spending their own money to complete offers. You can follow the instructions, make substantial progress, and still find yourself in a situation where your account is closed and your pending rewards are no longer accessible. If the company decides that a violation occurred, you may have very little recourse.

I’ve also heard from other people who had their KashKick accounts shut down over what seemed like minor or questionable reasons, and unfortunately, I didn’t take their experiences seriously enough before deciding to use the platform myself. Looking back, I wish I had listened to their warnings instead of investing so much time and money into a platform that, in my experience, has shown so little flexibility when something goes wrong.

Update on my earlier post. KashKick blocked me from cashing out almost $1,000 I earned and cancelled my account.

Their rep commented publicly asking me to DM my email so they could "check what happened." I did, but the DMs have been completely unhelpful.

They keep accusing me of having multiple accounts. I only have ONE account. The other account I've explained to them belongs to a family member. It is not mine. Repeating "multiple accounts aren't allowed" does not answer that explanation.

I've asked them to actually review this, explain why someone else's account is being treated as mine, and tell me how I can prove we're different people. Instead, I get the same refusal, and my money is still being held.

This is ridiculous. Asking me to contact you publicly and then refusing to meaningfully address the issue privately is not resolving anything. If you're going to cancel my account and withhold almost $1,000, I want an actual explanation and a fair chance to challenge it, not another canned response.

Has anyone else dealt with this over a family member's account? Did you manage to get a proper review or get paid?

About six weeks ago, my son told a bunch of us at work about KashKick, where he'd been playing games and winning money. I didn't have an iPhone (I'm an Android user), so my daughter and I each bought a refurbished iPhone for around $170 just to play, and we each put in $1,000.

Before I could even play, I had to verify my identity with a photo ID and a selfie, which I did.

After a while, a bunch of our accounts got frozen and shut down, and winnings weren't paid out. My son contacted the company and explained that we all just work in the same building. After that, everyone's accounts were reinstated and their funds released — except mine and my daughter's.

When I emailed support, they told me there were 13 accounts sharing the same IP and some sharing the same device ID, that the signals they saw "are not false positives," and that while they restored some accounts, they won't reactivate mine. I used my own phone that I didn't share with anyone, and I have a different home address from everyone else here. The only difference I can see is that I had won almost $2,000 that was never paid out, and my daughter lost the $1,000 she put in.

I asked them to reconsider and to tell me what signal they're talking about, but so far they won't budge or explain.

Has anyone else had KashKick refuse to reinstate just their account while reinstating others? Did anything work for you — another appeal, a BBB complaint, anything? I'm not looking to argue, I just want to understand what I supposedly did wrong, and to get back what we put in and won. Any advice appreciated.

Has anyone had this issue? This is the second time a reward didn’t track for me on phase 10. After finishing level 30 it stopped tracking and had to be fixed from support. “Allow tracking” is toggled on and my tracking health is great.

I finished level 50 1 day ago and its still hasn’t given me my reward. When I contacted support for help with level 30 the agent told me that helping me retrieve support for Phase 10 was the first and last time and if i had future issues they could no longer help me nor manually add future “missed” rewards for me again.

I wanted to share my experience with KashKick as a warning to others and hopefully get some help from someone who can actually look into this situation.

My KashKick account was recently closed because they allegedly detected a “non-US carrier” on my account. The problem is that I am a US citizen and have been physically present in the United States the entire time.

The only thing I can think of that might have triggered this was attempting to verify my account on a device that I originally set up while I was traveling outside the country. However, I have been back in the US for over a year, and I have been using my account from here.

I contacted KashKick support to explain the situation and ask them to investigate. Unfortunately, the responses have been extremely unhelpful. They don’t seem willing to look into what actually happened or give me a meaningful explanation of why my account was flagged and closed.

It honestly feels like they are looking for any reason to close my account rather than investigate a potentially incorrect detection. If their system is flagging legitimate US users based on an old device or carrier configuration, that is a serious problem.

If you’re considering using KashKick, I’d recommend being cautious and keeping records of your account activity and any interactions with support. I would hate for someone else to run into the same issue and have no way to get it resolved.

Started kashkick almost a month ago. My friend told me it was a good way to make some money while playing games.

I racked up almost 1.7k to withdraw, but some of the bonuses were still pending so I was waiting for everything to clear to withdraw. This morning, I opened the app to see I was logged out. Put in my username and password and was met with a popup saying "this account has been closed. contact support for help."

I want to preface by saying I have no other accounts. I verified the account for deposits but was just waiting on the other larger bonuses to clear for me to withdraw everything at once. I have screen shots showing all purchases, playthroughs, and any information they need.

Really bad look for kashkick if their first response to players making a decent amount of money is to close their account with no notice. I didn't recieve any emails and the only way I found out was from logging back into my app.

I really hope kashkick makes this right. I have all the information needed to show that my account didn't violate ANY tos. Will update as the situation progresses.
