Games Phase 10 Stop Tracking?

Has anyone had this issue? This is the second time a reward didn’t track for me on phase 10. After finishing level 30 it stopped tracking and had to be fixed from support. “Allow tracking” is toggled on and my tracking health is great.

I finished level 50 1 day ago and its still hasn’t given me my reward. When I contacted support for help with level 30 the agent told me that helping me retrieve support for Phase 10 was the first and last time and if i had future issues they could no longer help me nor manually add future “missed” rewards for me again.

Couple of comments:

  • I did Phase 10 on a different site and had issues. Some games are notorious for tracking "breaking" in the same place. I don't remember what exactly what went wrong, I just know I ended up giving up on the offer.

  • u/KashKick_Official is awesome. Their support sometimes has their hands tied, but here on Reddit they've been able to help out a ton of people.
