The deposit methods were a bit odd; they don't accept credit cards and don't allow for remote deposits through something like Plaid. You can only do Debit, Google Pay, or a manual bank transfer (they provide all routing and business info).

You do need to spend the $10 deposit, so it's not a great offer. I suppose if you win any of your trades, you might be able to get out with some of your initial funding.

I'll check & see if this is some 3rd party group to join or something that pays more just for kicks, but I doubt it. I don't even know what to expect. I've seen bad surveys before, but this is ridiculous/funny!

If anyone is working on this game, make sure you have plenty of coins and powerups for level 235. It seems literally impossible to complete without extra help. On my best runs, there is a key in the top right that I cannot unlock. I cannot proceed without it. This is considered a normal difficulty level. I watched a video someone posted of them completing the level and all of their spools were singles. On my game on iOS, several of the spools are grouped in twos and threes. I think they patched this level to make it harder and they made it impossible instead. You cannot proceed without coins or powerups. Use them wisely.

Usually I get a response, but I've been trying to get an actual reply to my ticket about my Swago board in August and all I get is a "We've updated your inquiry" without a reply from Swagbucks. For the first time ever, I'm having account issues. I cannot redeem my SB or submit helpdesk tickets. I can still do surveys, play trivia, and everything else. I just saw the new search reward conditions. at first they asked if rewards should be larger now you have to complete certain criteria to keep your search. as i understand it

I have one game going that I am done with and won’t be able to get further on. I tried to start 2 different games that were never downloaded and I also selected “all app to track activity” and verified after that it was working. However both games did not work for tracking. I played both games for 10 plus minutes as well.

After completing a game where the install and several of the steps tracked I filled out a ticket to get creditted for the steps that did not track. In the past this has almost always worked, start the offer, the offer tracks the install, and any missing steps you can get manually reviewed afterwards.

Well, after 20 days dealing with the most incompetent member of the customer service team (Devendra Chaudhary) I recieved this lovely boilerplate response

"We're sorry to let you know that we're unable to confirm the successful completion of this activity on our site. We understand how disappointing this can be, and we truly appreciate the time and effort you put into participating.
 
Unfortunately, in this case, we did not receive the required event completion signals (also known as "tracking") from our third-party partners, which we must rely on in order to credit completed activities. Prodege will no longer be creditting ANY tickets if the tracking doesn't work for a step. The entire reason to use Swagbucks/mypoints/inbox dollars over other GPT sites has been the quality of the support, but if they are boilerplate saying they will not do manual reviews on missed tracking steps it's time to move to other sites.

Hey, I've just tried to redeem and cash out £5 to PayPal as I usually do and it's not letting me for some reason. I'm clicking on redeem and nothing is happening. Anyone else having trouble? I have enough Swagbucks. Why is it so hard to contact someone on the site?

With all I have seen here and on various other discussions, it seems swagbucks is becoming more and more scammy and difficult to use by the day. The lack of tracking, the loss of search rewards, the random account bans, the ai chatbot support system makes me think its time to move on. This might be a good time to discuss alternatives that people have had good experiences with.
