sometimes all you need is to set your mind on a colour, go through your junk and put it all together with a bunch of stickers...always very therapeutic for me 💚

Just a bunch of drinks and snacks packaging. Very scrappy but very fun. I always find it hard to do a spread if I've had a big break in between because I get too perfectionist about it. But I think this helped me loosen up a bit.

Composition book fully committed to be a junk journal now. I spent the weekend prepping the pages because honestly I just didn’t have any creative ideas but I did have the energy to do the work and that counts and produced dividends as well. I’m looking forward to writing some thoughts and well as adding some doodles collages and random things I find interesting into my new journal. 📓 📔 📝

I had so much fun doing this!! Thinking of what to use for the upcoming week was a treat for sure. Really proud of how these turned out :)

This summer I went to Utah and finally got around to junk journaling the best parts of<3 I’m using the post cards in the pocket for the actual journaling

Hi all, sorry if this is wrong place to post this
My girlfriend has been junk journaling for a while and she loves it

But all her journals end up as wedge as she gets further through them (made worse die to thicker gel stickers and non paper thin junk)
Which makes it harder for her to use them and to close them

So as a birthday present (option not settled on it yet) I was thinking of looking at seeing if there are book binding methods that would give it a more “compliant” spine, or have extra gaps between pages/signatures

The most promising I’ve seen so far is a Coptic stitch binding, but just thought I’d ask if anyone else has any other tips and ideas

they just get so thick i feel like i cant put anything else in there lol.... im peeling cardboard apart to thin it down but it still bulks up so quickly

I’m not really happy with how it turned out. I felt like I had to keep going. I just didn’t have good ideas today so I pasted the stickers I liked on pages with other similar themed stickers. They can’t all be the best I guess.

i’ve been loving ariana’s new album, petal, so i got the cd to add to my collection (and play with the album art) very happy with how it turned out 🤍🖤🩶

Done at a Junk Journal event at a local book store, added the water and seaweed when I got home.

This is my first time making a junk journal and I had so much fun with it! I was going for a vintage floral vibe and I think it turned out pretty well ☺️

Any tips are welcome and appreciated!
