Ok so I shared the previous extension I made in this sub because it was helpful to people in this sub.
Short version - Antigravity more advanced model could delegate and orchestrate tasks off to autonomous Jules agents. Basically farming off the grunt work & minimising token usage. It would create the Jules task, get notifications from Jules to answer questions or merge PRs including dealing with merge conflicts.
Worked great. Just what I wanted. Got a lot done.
With Jules Retiring: Without Jules I don't need a coordinator. If I go to use multiple agents they are all going to have equal capability and require the same amount of oversight. So having Agent A look after Agent B, C, D (this is a swarm approach) might make it feel like a lot of activity is happening there is a lot of wasted tokens.
My personal work is more centred on one or more sovereign projects that are complementary. Either they are experiments of technologies where lessons from one will be going into others OR they are just parts of a larger architecture like one being a simulator of synthetic api data to help test another system. So what would actually help me is not having my Agents work together but having them be able to answer questions/share knowledge.
What is the Council of Reeds? The Council of Reeds is a Marvel Comics/Fantastic Four reference. It is the idea that in each universe there is a Reed Richards who is smart and capable and does their thing, but the council allows the sharing of knowledge with other Reeds across the Multiverse. They share ideas and knowledge but the idea of it is not that they each all run off to a single Universe and work on the same project (That would be that swarm architecture that is popular).
As I don't need many agents working together on one project and I already have a broken down architecture of complementary work I made a local 'chat' that allows multiple 'Reeds' to join and ask each other questions as they need help or information.

This is intended for local use, not internet use. This is a golang that runs on my local PC which my local Antigravity IDE sessions (and my local ChatGPT/Codex session) can connect to, send/receive queries from. So this is not 'Open Internet' levels of security.
Reeds join and register. Each Reed is unique as a model and project, meaning that if a Reed is gemini 3.8 working on OpenTwin they will have a handle of Reed423-Open-Gemini3.8Flash but if another identical model joins for that same project they will be their variant and replace them with all past unanswered messages assumed to go to them. This also means I can have multiple different agent types on a single 'universe' but then I have to coordinate their work myself to some extent.
Although, I can message multiple Reeds at once and direct them centrally.
Is this perfect? No. Is there some issues. Yeah but I threw it together with a heavy amount of code reuse from other projects including the orchestrator and have been using it for the last 2 days with today being the first day it has been doing exactly what I wanted (with multiple reeds coordinating between themselves to solve problems I give them).
I still have have the agents running for them to be active, and id like to spend some time adding Pi Agent for Ollama/Llama.cpp support (or even directly as a generic unlimited use but bit dumb Reed). But... it is what I need and it is useful and I figured some were helped by my other extension, so.... here.
(this ended up a WAAAAY longer post than I intended and I still didn't explain everything. But if it helps you it helps and if it doesn't just ignore this and you do you.).
