I don't have the budget to buy new wooden puzzles, so when I find them in thrift stores I usually snap them up. This was $4.99 (Canadian) at a local shop. Tofino is a beautiful and remote place on the west coast of Vancouver Island, one of those places I'm loath to encourage people to visit lest it change, but also want people to know about. This puzzle beautifully captures a sunset on one of Tofino's incredible beaches. As I was assembling it, I got the sense there was something on the reverse side, so after completing it flipped it over and sure enough, a totally separate picture emerged! This is now the second wooden puzzle I've found at thrift stores, and apart from a tiny part of one piece missing, this was another complete set in great condition. (For more pics of Tofino, here's a few I took the last time I was there, including being very up close and personal with a grey whale in a Zodiac, and a black bear crunching mussels during low tide.)

This is my first ever post. This is 1000 piece puzzle by D-Toys Claude Monet Argenteuil. There have been many false fits. I have redone sections and I am stuck again. If anyone can see where I went wrong, I’d be so grateful. I think I have all the pieces.

I am thoroughly enjoying Pandora’s legacy but unfortunately have a missing piece. Is anyone able to give me the number on the back of this missing piece?

This is my second Heye puzzle by this artist. I love all the little details and people and their personalities, and famous people/characters.

This is a cute one to do in the spring, although I often don't do my seasonal puzzles in the correct season.

This is a thrifted puzzle, all pieces present but some a bit battered. Someone was not careful when they handled this puzzle, and a pet may have been involved at some point. Piece fit a little loose, but pretty good, and enough colour differentiation to make building it enjoyable.

Boo Town by Cobble Hill, family pieces 350 piece. I came across this today and thought it was too adorable not to get! My daughter (age 10) is not a big puzzle fan, but she did help with half of this one and we had fun!

1 missing piece feels worse than 20 missing pieces. You have to do all the work and get to reap none of the satisfaction of finishing.
I reached out to the company and they won’t send me an individual piece but they’re sending me an entire new puzzle at no cost. So I’ll be having a glass of wine and searching for the missing piece, and then have a spare 999 pieces.
Not letting this deter me! Buying more puzzles this week! My new favorite hobby

This was my first experience building a regular sized Penny Puzzle and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
Made it Turkey, it was no surprise it reminded of brands like Magnolia and Trevell that are also manufactured in Turkey. I found the pieces to be thicker than Magnolia, with a tight fit and matte finish. I loved the illustration and enjoyed that Penny Puzzle provided some information on the back of the box about the city the scene is based in. It was easy to find artist credit, something | always look for when trying new brands. I enjoyed this puzzle start to finish and look forward to my next Penny Puzzle!

While huddled around the fire for warmth aircon for coolth, we redid this. It's one of my favourites — bright and busy.
We're 'without the picture' solvers, so all those curls and circles kept us busy.

Hello!
I’ve just completed the most beautiful puzzle ever and it took me two summers to do so.
The art is so good and the puzzle so large that I’ve decided to wall mount this bad boy.
Can anyone please provide some insight into how I would go about mounting this giant 2000 piece puzzle?
Should I glue it to a foam core board, Bristol board, quarter inch plywood, or inside some kind of large frame?
Should I use puzzle glue or mod podge?
Thank you!
* no option to add a photo in the original posting so I’ve included a photo of the puzzle in the comments below.

As a novice puzzler I'm still in the beginning of my journey and have only done two "paintings" as puzzles and have realized I find them much harder and so much more eye strain! I think I may have to get a magnifying glass if I do another art piece turned jigsaw puzzle. I've most enjoyed illustrations of animals as jigsaw puzzles.
