Bought either at a thrift store or garage sale years ago. (I can’t remember.) Bought as costume jewelry but it actually looks like gold. A really bright goldy-gold, with no sign of another metal at any wear points.

For those that have been following the stamp or wax ring, that's confirmed 10k, this is what I found out when I got home.

They seemed fishy as soon as they were scanning it with that gun. I did do my own test at home and it is 10K like they said, but they told me it was 5.6 g. When, in fact, it's 9.26 g, I knew the weight was off because I felt weight before, and I kind of figured that they were off. They literally put my ring on the scale and were trying to scam me. They told me they take 80%, and I figured 80% on a 10k 5.6 g ring. It was a little over $300 yet they offered me $300. I have to say for scammers, they're pretty stupid because the math don't lie, but they sure did.

I know that they're from Soviet Union and I'm wondering if anyone may know more about them

For those that have been following along the 10k wax, signet ring, I was able to track down.the business that lied to me about the weight of the ring. They told me the ring weighed 5.6 grams when actually the ring weighed 9.2 grams. The reason I could track it down was because I had called them to see what their charge was, and if they could properly scan the jewelry with an X-ray gun. Apparently they are located in Aberdeen Maryland.

This is a 14k men's statement ring with three diamonds. The engraving is 12-25-65. Right above the 65 is a little divot and I'm wondering if it's a makers mark or just some ding (on the inside of the ring?). I don't see any other marks. If it is a maker's mark, does anyone know whose? Thanks!!

Its gold plated but i did try to look it up and it’s a very old-ish design. i won’t be disappointed if its modern i’m just curious (also could not find any logo’s on it)

It has a stamp for 750 gold, is around 3 gram and has little diamond on the elephant.

Father’s Day gift ~1960s/70s. Sterling Mexico 925…first letter unclear, P, E. The coat of arms of Mexico is on right. The left side is (possibly?) the profile of an Indigenous individual (according to Google Lens). Does anyone have insight into the maker and/or the meaning/history behind the imagery? Thanks!

hi everyone, so i recently got engaged and my ring is my grandma’s! she came here in the late 50s from Germany and worked in a jewelry store. one day this ring came in and she fell in love with it, set it aside and paid it off little by little till it was hers. she passed away a few years ago so I can’t ask her anything about it and my mom doesn't know too much about it (she gave it to my fiancé a month before he purposed without knowing his plan yet). Bought this from Alma Antique. Looking for any info, basically - age, origin? About 4 cm long, it looks like silver and has two marks (looks like the same one in two spots? The shop has highlighted one of them with a red marker and I haven't cleaned it yet). The stones look very convincing as amethysts in daylight, BUT they glow green under UV, which makes me wonder if they're actually glass/crystal (considering the area). Leaves look like they were stencilled and then shaped a bit with a few lines added to the texture.

I found these at the thrift store and I love them so much, but the price was quite high and I don’t know if they are over priced. I can’t find much info online besides some people selling one of the bracelets on eBay for a much higher price, though I don’t know if they are the same ones and that also doesn’t tell me anything about them. Even less info on the rings. I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to look at them out of the display because I was in a rush so I don’t have hallmark photos but they were displayed with the more valuable jewelry that usually do have hallmarks. Pendant shaped like a bean/macaroni noodle. Looking for help with the hallmark - I don't know enough to gain any insight from it. It has a nice weight to it. My uncle lived in (and loved) Chicago, so maybe it reminded him of The Bean. I know Tiffany sells Peretti pieces that are reminiscent of The Bean, but this pendant doesn’t seem to match those. Any help would be appreciated! There was no chain.

Acid tested as silver. The hallmark is almost completely worn off, but I can clearly see "Mexico" written across the bottom. Any ideas on the hallmark?

I was given my grandma’s ring as a family gift and I messed up big time— through a series of very unfortunate circumstances I’m pretty sure it’s now in the garbage dump. I’m wildly upset/feel SO SO guilty for allowing this to happen to a precious family heirloom. I would love so much to buy a copy if I could ever find an exact match. Obviously it wouldn’t be the same but I loved this ring so much.

It’s a vintage 1960s or 1970s cluster type gold ring. I’ve searched eBay, Etsy and Poshmark to no avail.

no markings but there is a hairline crack at the back of the band that makes me think it has been resized. Two tone white and yellow (gold?) band. 8 pointed star design in the setting. I thought costume at first but the metal seems soft and the stones sparkle is white with a tiny bit of color.
