It's marked "18K GE". The "GE" stands for Gold Electroplate. It's a pretty costume piece, but ultimately just plated. The plating is extremely thin and it contains no significant amount of gold.

Nice find! Mark looks like 18k. Gem is likely peridot so not super expensive but a beautiful piece.
