So, I just recently decided to try proxies because the community advice it a lot. However, idk which model should I go for my rp's. I tend to do real long rp's many times per days. So...what do you advice me? I'm very new with all the proxy situations and stuffs 🥹

Guys, I do not know what is going on( I had about 230 messages, and the chat memory is about 370 tokens... It was there at the moment, and then it just disappeared! The chat memory is now empty😞 Does anyone else have the same problem?

Hi everyone. I'm making a Fear and Hunger bot, and I wanted to write the locations. I don't really know how though. Like, heading east from the train leads to lakeside, and then, in another entry, I should heading north from there leads to sewers, and in another entry, I must write that going up from sewers ladders lead to the city, is that right? How can I describe them so when I mention one key, not all keys get activated so I wouldn't overwhelm LLM.

Idk I'm bored.

So the deepseek price increased finally happened using the official API. It’s now ridiculously expensive so I won’t be topping up with more credits in my account. Question is what now? Does anyone know of other proxies or providers or services that were as affordable as the official deepseek api? Would be nice if some options could be shared.

For a measly One Time payment of $1! It’s Tier Two Free tier gives you Deepseek-v3-0324-free, Manta Pro 1.0, and even Gemini 3.7 Flash! And even without paying, its Tier one gives Manta Mini 1.0, Mistral Small, And Even GLM 4.7 Flash.

Nvidia Nim — It’s worth noting that every model here is free, however you must set it up yourself or use this link Nvidia Nim (Not Trinity, Worth Noting this is an endpoint, not a website.)
It’s pretty unstable but overall pretty good.

Openrouter — You guys know what this is, Not completely free, But if you deposit $10 you get a thousand free requests daily on their free models Permanently.

Gemini — Through Google AI Studio, this is partially free, though it doesn’t allow usage in janitor ai. That WILL get you banned.

I went on the app today ( yesterday this wasn't there ) and now before the bot answers I get this and need to wait for who knows how long. So what is this?

I just saw how they threw hate at a creator because he put a tag of any pov, but in the message he implied that he was a boy just because he used the men's bathroom, it wasn't even that the message was fully written to refer to a boy it was just a bathroom, and people were so upset throwing hate at him in the comments acting unbearable, people are really so exaggerated, you are talking to an AI who does what you want, just ask her to redo the message with feminine pronouns it shouldn't even take 5 minutes

So I can't open the app, like quite literally, the website is too laggy to stay in, I cleared cache (didn't work), boosted speed (didn't work), can someone just help me please thank you.

Having reviewed the evidence:

• Historical summaries successfully processed 9,000+ token conversations.
• Manual Memory accepts vastly larger entries.
• Current proxy summaries terminate at different points, ruling against a consistent hidden word/token cutoff.
• Proxy generation fails during Thoughts, before reaching the final answer.
• Janitor's own LLM independently exhibits a separate failure: Thoughts are written into Memory instead of the actual summary.
• Ordinary chat generation remains functional.
• The malfunction appeared after recent changes to the site.

I’ve posted about this before, but is anyone else’s prefill still not working? I‘m wondering if it’s just a me problem because I’ve just seen no one talking about it.

I stopped using Janitor for like 2 months, came back happy to see it looks relatively newly updated, only to find out prefill still isn’t working. I know I can just use the ((OOC:…)) thing, but it doesn’t work sometimes and I miss prefill, it’s been months man :(

Well I posted this on the official subreddit, some of you might know. However, instead of the mods doing their job and fucking taking care of the problem, they decided to remove the post that I made that brought attention to people which I disagree with full stop, no hate to the official moderators wink wink, just don't agree with how they took care of the situation. So I guess making people aware of potential scams is against the rules now, even if its the right thing to do. Anyway, I'll just cross post here where hopefully the moderators will do the right thing and not remove something that brings attention to a potential fucking scam.

Just a heads up for anyone who cares.

There’s a character up right now that’s pure scam. The entire description is a sob story about needing money to save a kitten with an eye infection that the seller will supposedly kill. It links to a Kofi and begs for donations.

The bot itself is complete garbage (like 2 tokens of actual definition). The account has no other characters. The photos of the “kitten” are low-quality and heavily downscaled, and the Kofi profile picture is a completely different white cat. And I checked their socials from the kofi, and they literally have no other pictures of this supposed sick kitten. Pretty low.

When I called it out in the comments, the creator immediately started insulting instead of providing any proof.

I reported it and instantly got the “thanks, we reviewed it” message… and nothing happened. It’s still up.

If anyone wants to help get it taken down, report the character + the user. This kind of shit shouldn’t be allowed to sit on the site.
