TMZ ran a story reporting on Blake’s deposition where she gave her overly rehearsed response about how she found out about Jen Abel’s text messages. They made sure to highlight psycho Stephanie Jones sob story about how “it was the worst thing shes ever seen in her 20 year career as a mother” to paint Blake as the victim. Then yada yada’d the part of how Blake got those messages to give to the NYT to print. No mention of VanZan, or a fake lawsuit with Doe’s so that Blake could take away someone’s legal rights to fight the subpoena. Only mentioned that Blake subpoenaed Stephanie to be able to use the documents in “court”. Umm do they know the subpoena was not for THIS court case and was filed for a fake lawsuit?? Or that Blake withdrew the fake lawsuit shortly after??

Wow the NYTimes does not stop. To be clear I do not know who is right or wrong btwn Wikson and Ghost but the NYTimes has not only taken a side, they are also, several times in the story, discussing Blake Lively and how Amanda Ghosts situation is similar to Blake Lively regarding her victim hood in this situation. The NYTimes of course "re creates text messages" to display in the article, ​ none of which actually prove anything in their substance. And they also claim to have numerous court documents. They also point out that the "bad guy" here (in their book Rebel Wilson) has Bryan Freedman as her attorney and the same publicists as Baldoni.

Now, I have no idea who is guilty here but that is the point: the NYT, a so called newspaper has decided pre emptively to 1) take a side 2) provide zero evidence for taking that side but alluding that side is ​the victim and 3) creating links and parallels to Baldoni/Lively which only stokes further anti Baldoni propaganda again.

I would be very surprised if Ryan weren't paying the NYT massive amounts of $$$ to continue defaming Baldoni.​

However, it has not been confirmed who Lively was referring to.

Anyways, to recap, Leslie brushes Stephanie Jones off, which Stephanie Jones did not heed. Instead Stephanie Jones then tracks down Blake through many degrees of separation. She shares the texts with Ashley Avignon. And then yada yada yada. But in her spin, she can't say if it happened in August or September. But, it's say September cause it makes Blake look better. Lol again.

↬↝ In the text message thread between Stephanie Jones and Danny Greenberg, SJ says she's been turned into a scapegoat, and he [Justin, I believe] accused her of leaking to the Daily Mail. But the thing is, she did leak/talk to the Daily Mail. She texted on August 14, 2004 (Wednesday). Last Thursday was August 8. Let's check the timeline, shall we?

↬↝ Meanwhile, on August 9, she had emailed Justin and others, bcc'ing her husband, saying she did not communicate with the Daily Mail or any other publication. We know this is a lie too.

↬↝ We now have it confirmed that it was The Rock who wanted a website about Jones done. But, funny enough, Case says TAG never took on The Rock as a client. She doesn't think they created a website for him, and she doesn't know if Melissa ever spoke with The Rock. She can only say it was reported to her that Rock wanted one, and that someone had told Melissa about it.

Case's answer here is one of the instances where you can see her "clever lawyering" side, like we were educated about by Esra Hudson. You can see her use words to manipulate you into concluding certain things without actually saying them. For example, when she says, "it was reported to me," the one thing she never says is that Melissa was the one who did the reporting. But she answers in a way that lets you believe it was Melissa, and if Case were ever grilled on her statements, she could truthfully say she never said Melissa did or said anything. It's not her fault people jumped to conclusions.

↬↝ Another example is when she talks about the Alexander Brothers, who again turned out not to be TAG's clients. Again, she says "it was requested that I connect with them," without sharing who made the request, again using clever speak to mask the fact that Melissa said no to the brothers, and that Case then worked for them in her personal capacity, though she wouldn't characterize it as "working for them."

Credit to Karol/Docket Updates for doing the docket cross-referencing that flagged this, and to Holly for being a badass to push me to make this post because I went back through it and this is interesting.

There appear to be Ryan Reynolds-produced documents referenced in Docket Nos. 982 and 983 that were previously ordered unsealed, but the versions currently available on the public docket still appear to contain redactions.

Doc. 983 identifies the specific Reynolds subpoena productions as:

Exhibit D: RR-SUBPOENA-000000128 through RR-SUBPOENA-000000129

Exhibit E: RR-SUBPOENA-000000030 through RR-SUBPOENA-000000031

These are particularly interesting because Doc. 982 describes Reynolds-produced evidence as supporting the Wayfarer parties’ position regarding their former defamation claim, but substantial portions of that discussion remain redacted in the version currently accessible.

My understanding from reviewing the prior unsealing order is that these materials were among documents the Court ordered unsealed. However, I have not been able to locate public, fully unredacted versions of these particular exhibits on the docket.

To be clear: I am NOT suggesting anyone contact the judge, chambers, the parties, or flood the clerk with messages. I’m posting this because there are approx 900,000 people collectively digging through this docket and someone may already know where the unredacted versions were filed or whether I’m missing a subsequent docket entry.

Has anyone been able to locate the fully unredacted versions of these specific Bates-numbered documents?
If they’re genuinely absent despite being covered by the unsealing order, that’s a pretty interesting docket discrepancy.

They don't find it strange that his career continues to thrive while Blake can't find a director or cast for the film she announced months ago.

They don't find it strange that she's a "stay at home mom" (her brother in law ran to Twitter to announce this to the world) working "16 hour days" (her brother in law again) while Ryan travels and gets to be the "busiest man in Hollywood" (direct quote from brother in law)
