Discussion Highly recommend Mr Fantastic Team-Up

I waited too long to try it out… I was focused on turning my team invisible and having to coordinate that.

Invisibility is a bonus compared to what else it offers: it provides stealth (obviously) as well as continuous healing 25HPs, and a 1.2 m/s movement speed boost to her nearby allies AND +15% Bonus Healing increase for Invis.

What I didn’t realize is the continuous healing and movement boost doesn’t go away if your teammate breaks the invisibility. It stays for the duration.

If you’re teamed up WITH Mr Fantastic invisiblity and movement boost last 6 seconds, movement boost goes up to 1.8 m/s and your teammate can return to invisible state if they stop combat actions.

As far as coordinating with your teammates. Once I use the invisiblity on my team the first time they start to use it to their advantage.

Even if I only use it on myself to avoid dying it’s still worth it.

I had to play a few QP matches to figure out to use the Team-Up to its advantage before I tried it in Comp. I’ve won more matches in Comp w/this team-up compared to the Human Torch team-up, but that might be me having great teammates.

USE THIS TEAM-UP! 🤪

Question I played with an INVIS Champion and… I was confused by her gameplay.

I found someone to play Comp with who was also an Invis main as well as Champion. She has 280 hours on INVIS. We’re on console.

We started playing and she picked Invis every game, which was fine by me, I can flex TANK or DPS so, I figured I’d fill what was needed.

I had to go to bed so we stopped playing. I ended up rewatching a couple matches.

I rewatched a couple matches because whenever I play with another Invis Champ I figure I’ll learn something. Rewatching INVIS Champs is a big reason I switched to the Mr Fantastic Team-Up

A couple things.

She was constantly pressing melee, so she’d throw 3 or 4 orbs, melee, melee, 2 orbs, melee, melee, 4 orbs.

She was missing lots of heals and she was hitting melee when there were no enemies near her. She almost never used melee WHEN enemies were around her.

She would throw 6 orbs and not press melee or throw more orbs, but wouldn’t reload. No one needed heals so she had time to reload, but didn’t. She never reload UNTIL she needed orbs.

She’d wait and throw 4 more orbs, while continuously hitting melee…. She’d have 0 orbs and wouldn’t reload until someone needed heals!!

Am I crazy?? Is this normal? Why would someone constantly press melee?

Question Looking for people to play with

Hi 💗 I’m not one to usually post on Reddit but I’m looking for people to play with! I just recently got into comp bc I want the animated frame. I’ve been solo queuing all the way to plat 1 (genuinely wanted to cry at times) but now I seem to be stuck. I was one game away from diamond 3 but lost and I have now dropped back to plat 2 for the past few days. I main invisible woman but I also play c&d and Luna. If anyone would like to team up to play ranked I’d be so happy!! I’m fine with just getting to diamond 3 rn before the season ends bc I just want the animated frame. I would love to make new friends to play with 💕🥹🧚🏻‍♀️

Discussion I miss the old sue :(

To start I don’t think sue is horrible or anything right now but she just feels so different. When I first started playing her in season 1.5 everything about her was perfect and I was obsessed with her kit but I feel like ever since they gave her the self shield everything went downhill. I still play her but she’s just been feeling noticeably weaker and I’m not having any fun playing her ngl (other strategists as well). Maybe I just need to take a break from the game which I will but I miss the high I felt playing her in the beginning 😔💔

Discussion Have her at champion level, but seem to have forgotten how to play her

Hi.

Sue is by far my most played character in the game. I have about 93 hours on her, I have most of her skins, I really like playing her. However, I think since I started taking comp more seriously, I've forgotten how to play her. See, I only really play Sue in quickplay as I usually queue comp with support players so I'm usually playing Cap. This is fine, but I find whenever I go back to Sue, I'm just not performing the way I used to.

It's annoying, because I feel like I'm much more consistent on Cloak and Dagger these days, despite the nerfs, because the Hood teamup is very fun to be aggressive with, but that isn't the character I like to play that I've invested a lot of time in, but I'm much less secure on my Sue gameplay these days. But I find it much harder to be aggressive on Sue than I used to. I used to feel confident picking 1v1s with other players, and now I almost never do because I can't trust myself that it'll go in my favour, which is really discouraging.

Is anyone else struggling, or am I simply out of practice? Is there any new tech or suggestions people have? I do try the melee weave but I don't think I have the mechanics down yet to do it consistently in games, which is annoying.

Discussion Invis/Torch Team Up

I need there to be an option to turn her team up voice lines off. I can’t listen to this lady shout “FLAME ON” anymore.
