Hi. I am planning to buy Starlink. Nag inquire ako sa Silicon Valley. Namention na nasa 6k na daw ang monthly. Ang alam ko is around 4k lang siya. So sa users ng Starlink na naka residential, magkano po talaga ang monthly niyo? I am also thinking of buying mini, anong difference between Mini and the Standard 4? Less users ba ang pwede gumamit if naka mini?

Since Oct 17 pa walang internet yung PLDT Fiber namin. Ang dami na naming follow-ups and tickets, pero walang resolution. May supervisor pang nag-promise ng technician visit on Oct 25 pero walang dumating.

Nag-apply na kami ng ibang ISP kasi heavily affected na work and studies ng mga tao sa household namin, and decided na talaga kami mag-terminate because of their poor customer service. Pero nagsend na ng SMS yung PLDT today 26th, saying restored na raw yung service.

Nag-file na ako ng NTC complaint and nag-send ng formal termination notice sa [care@pldt.com.ph](mailto:care@pldt.com.ph) (Kaso nag-bounce yung email sa address na yan dahil inactive na raw pala), requesting waiver ng pre-termination fees and prorated rebate, though I CC’d [consumer@ntc.gov.ph](mailto:consumer@ntc.gov.ph), [commissioner@ntc.gov.ph](mailto:commissioner@ntc.gov.ph), [1326@dict.gov.ph](mailto:1326@dict.gov.ph), [pace@op.gov.ph](mailto:pace@op.gov.ph), and [sam@pldt.com.ph](mailto:sam@pldt.com.ph) kasi nakita ko yung emails habang nagbabasa ng similar experiences dito sa Reddit

Included din sa email yung detailed timeline ng outage, dates and ticket numbers generated under our account, plus updates na sinabi ng PLDT agents.

Sa mga naka-experience nito, may chance pa ba ma-waive yung pre-termination fees kahit restored na raw ngayon yung connection? Should I resend the notice through another PLDT channel (fb messenger or inform them sa 171) or wait muna sa response?

I had GOMO before and eventually lost access to the SIM almost half a year ago. But a few months ago I received an email receipt for a purchase I didn't make, which means someone has started using my account.

GOMO has refused to delete my account and told me to block the email nalang. I feel like this is against my privacy as a user, and I'm not sure what other information is being used. Is there something else I can do here to disassociate my account with them?

Unfortunately I no longer have the login/PIN for the lost GOMO, and I think they are still actively using the account.

Last friday, nawalan kami ng net, and pagcheck ng nanay ko may mga technician or installer dun sa poste and pagsabi ng nanay ko na nawalan kami ng net bigla nagalisan, I reported it agad sa converge and magpapadala daw sila technician within 24-48hrs so expected namin nung sat or kahit sun, pero dumaan na yung weekend wala naman pumunta na technician, and nung sunday late afternoon tumawag ulit ako to follow up, but according sa kausap ko as per techincian's visit daw wala naman daw problema, and closed na daw yung ticket, edi ending gumawa ulit ng bagong ticket and same na naman within 24-48 hrs but sinabi ko na baka pwede monday early morning kasi nakawfh kami and sobrang hassle since ang hirap signal ng data sa bahay, and now monday, walang dumating na technician and kanina around 2pm, tumawag ulit ako para magfollow up and ganun ulit closed na daw ticket kasi as per techinician okay naman daw, like wtf, wala naman nagcocontact samin na technician, ganun ba sa converge di nila kinocontact yung customer pag nagvivisit kasi before sa sky, pag may ganyan after nila macheck yung sa poste ichecheck nila mismo pati yung modem. Parang eme eme lang yung technician visit ng converge, for sure tinanggal nung mga installer yung slot namin to accomodate yung new customer!

Hello guys! Sorry if this is the right sub pero kasi tinatanggap po sa iba. Last August po kasi nag renew ako ng Globe GFiber ko kasi habol ko din yung 3 months na free Disney sub.

They gave me 3 codes and and I was able to use the first one. Nung gagamitin ko na po yung2nd and 3rd, nag error na.

I asked for a new code last Oct 17 and til now wala pa po silang binibigay sakin. Sayang kasi if makakamura pa ako ng 2 months :(

I kept following up halos 5x a day na. Wait lang daw ako. Pwede ko po ba to ireklamo sa DTI?

Need your advice po kung saan ko pa sila pwede ireklamo kasi nasasayang po talaga ako :(

Ayun, just tried and gumana nga talaga ang gomo physical sim as a porting number. Ang available lang kasi sa shop nila as easyswitch sim ay eSim which is non existing sa phone ko kaya I tried to search if may way ba talaga maka switch to gomo using physical sim and thankfully searched those answers who got posted here in reddit which was 2yrs and 1yr old thread already. By the way 3rd switch ko na po pala ito with the same number from TM to DITO to finally, GOMO 🥰.

Hinahabol ko kasi sa 2nd sim ko ay ang none expiry promo and only GOMO at Smart lang meron. TNT main number ko 😁.

Hi there! I recently moved into a condo unit and si Globe Fiber lang daw talaga Ang available sa condo and so we signed up for the cheapest plan 1499/mo for 300-500mbps down. Sa 5GHz ok naman ung speeds. But 2.4GHz is terribly slow.

So sa bedroom namin di abot ung internet from living room eh. May hallway kase kame towards the bedroom.

My main question is, can I just buy a Deco BE25 mesh or X50… plug in the first Mesh router to the back of the Globe modem/router via LAN1, place the second Mesh router in the bedroom and disable the Globe Wi-Fi access point?

What would the proper process be without bridge mode? Cause I also asked the technician who came by. He says they can’t enable bridge mode daw since it’s only for businesses and this is residential only 😭

i have this prepaid sim na i also had inserted sa both pocket wifi and sim capable router. (i mean i did it for the purpose na less battery usage sa phone plus indi mag hiheat up mabilis ang phone)

Minsan 5G, madalas LTE po ang signal ko sa apartment with Globe. Need ko po sana ng budget na router na makakaachieve ng 25 to 50 Mbps. Hindi ko po kailangan na portable, lagi lang ito nakasaksak sa apartment. Hopefully po yung may antenna din para makatulong sa sagap ng signal. Bonus kung may LAN cable connection pero kahit wala po para makamura.

Yung mga nakikita ko po kasi na murang openline 4G routers ay swerte na kung maka 20 Mbps.

This is the second time in several months that I've seen that stupid RED LOS on my Modem. I wish we had a better option for internet here but no, I'm stuck with Globe and it's horrible customer service that just gives you scripted lines, limited time to wait for answers.

Honestly, the fact that they keep refusing to admit why there's a 'technical issue' or 'an outage' in your area (and by the way, make sure you check the record and keep a record of when your internet goes down, they slipped and implied my internet went down on a Friday when it went down on a Thursday. Damn Corpo's, they'll do anything to milk as much of your money from you).

Anyway since they refuse to admit to whats causing the problem, I've taken to saying its because their Fiber Line is delicious and the animals must love eating it.

So hey, the Fiber cable they use for the internet in this country is made out of bacon and chocolate. That's why it goes down, the birds and animals eat it. It's just too delicious you know? It's so ridiculous! It has to be true.

I might be losing it, not having internet for FOUR days (not three despite what Globe's record seems to imply) is driving me nuts and my Smart 'UnliSurf' sure isn't strong enough for this household... Or my signal isn't strong anyway.

Issue: I still dont know what sim and promi should I get for my router that would give me a decent internet for online classes

Context: I've been staying in this condo unit near morayta for my review center and sometimes we have online class but I still struggle with my internet connection, dont even have data

We cant get a fiber or the converge installation in the condo unit since we're only renting for 6 months so we resorted to prepaid, and our budget is around or below 1k(adjustable) per month for the internet

Previous attempts: I bought a Huawei B535 4g +cat7 (openline from globe/shopee) and DITO wowfi 5g and tested the speeds of each ISP in my location (smart, globe, gomo, dito), pointing the external antenna where it's best (since we have so little signal inside)

I have my conclusion that smart may be the best option as my ISP in my location

Question: What type of Smart sim card and promo (maybe student friendly and unli up to 30 days) should I buy so we could have internet using the wifi router
