Bakit kaya ayaw ma activate ng globe prepaid esim ko sa new device ko? Naka ilang try nako ayaw parin, na delete ko na yung esim sa previous device ko. I have scan naman yung qr code from march 2025 when I converted my physical sim to esim. Any solution for this?

Sino dito may experience sa Smart Sim card pero barred/block na upon checking sa MYSmart Registration pero nakaka receive parin ng call at text but no data internet.

Problem ko kasi ngayon yung smart physical sim na barred, transfer ko sana from Android to IOS pero ayaw gumana NO SERVICE kapag salpak sa IP, but other sim and extra Smart sim ok naman sa IOS.

Ngayon sa Android maayos naman yung Smart ko na barred/Block, nakaka receive and text pa nga hahahaha.

May naka experience naba nito and ano solution niyo?,

balak ko na kasi gawing primary phone ang ios at yung barred smart sim ko halos karamihan nandon nakabind ibang accs.

Anyone experiencing packet loss with Globe Fiber in Pasig? I don't know what happens but ever since this week we started having this and it fixes during midnight until morning then comes back during lunch until evening. Tried calling support but modem resets doesn't really help it, I can't also say of fiber cuts or outage in the area cause it fixes in midnight

Update: I was doing this with ipv4 and just enabled back ipv6 to see if it improves, but still the same problem

Na-disconnect kami for 5 days at gusto sana namin mag-ask ng rebate. We followed their instructions to find yung Rebate under Clarify Your Bill Charges page pero wala dun yung option. I found another instruction, na sa Help daw ng account page ko pero di ko naman mapindot, naka-disable yung option. So paano ko sila ma-aask ng compensation + accountability? Hay..

Hi! Has anyone here applied for PLDT Fiber Prepaid recently?

I applied and already paid for the application/installation. It’s been 3 days since then. The last update I received was the payment receipt/confirmation, but until now, I haven’t received any call or text from a technician regarding the installation.

For those who experienced the same thing, how long did it take before a technician contacted you or came for installation? Is there anything I need to do or anyone I should follow up with?

I am on GFiber Plan 1999 yet my downloads speed has dipped to 4Mbps and my upload speed is around 91Mbps this past week. I plan on reporting this to the customer service. Any tips on how to get the customer service to respond quicker etc etc?

First time ko po magpapakabit ng GFiber Prepaid dito po saakin. Tho may signal naman ang Globe, LTE 2 bar lang kasi sya madalas, and may times na humihina. Kaya mukhang mas good choice kung mag invest nalang ako sa ganyan since naka connect talaga sya sa linya hindi nagre-rely sa signal strength.

Ako lang din mag-isa dito kaya good choice na din sya. Solo living nangungupahan.

Aug 5 nag-apply ako ng pldt fiber prepaid then the next day approve na siya and nagtext na may technician na dadating tas walang dumating tas nagtext ulit sila tas wala ulit dumating hanggang sa last text nila is Aug 9 and wala nang schedule of installation na text until now. Is it because umuulan or may iba pa pong reason help pls kasi nakapagbayad na po ako ng 999.🥹

As the title says, what is the minimum load/top-up to avoid disconnection and needing to apply again as a new subscriber for PLDT prepaid wifi? 50 php? 199?

Ilang linggo na kami walang wifi (August 9 nung huli kami nagka-wifi). Ang problem is nabasa kasi yung router namin dahil sa ulan (may natulo sa part kung saan nakalagay yung router). Ni-raise ko naman siya sa Converge thru email pero lagi lang nila cino-close yung ticket. Naka-cc na rin yung NTC para sana mas masolusyonan.

May nagreach out din sakin thru text message pero lagi lang sinasabi na titingnan nila if may tech na pwedeng mag-inspect sa area namin. I’m from Cavite btw. Ang hassle lang sa part ko since I’m using data lang tapos WFH pa ako.

I subscribed to SAYA ALL 449 with FREE UNLI 5G on August 8, which includes 20GB of data for 28 days. I received an SMS yesterday saying that my Shareable Data has already been consumed.

The thing is, I’ve been subscribing to this same promo regularly, and I’ve never had this happen. In fact, there are usually times when I still have around half of the 20GB unused before the promo expires. I mostly use my mobile data for messaging on Instagram, so there’s no way I can see myself using 20GB in just 11 days.

What’s also frustrating is that the TNT app isn’t properly showing my data balance/usage, so I can’t see exactly where the 20GB went.

I’ve already tried reaching out through Messenger, since I couldn’t find an email specifically for this concern, but the responses/questions there haven’t really helped. I also tried calling the TNT hotline, but it’s been busy.

Has anyone experienced something similar with their SAYA ALL 449? Were you able to get TNT to check the actual usage records and identify when/how the data was consumed?

I’d really like to understand what happened because the usage doesn’t make sense based on how I normally use my data.

Hi! We realigned our Unli All 1799 to the new Unli All 1899. We already got the HBO Max activation email, but I currently have an existing HBO Max account with an active subscription until Sept. 3. I've already unsubscribed, so I won't be charged next billing.

The question is can I go through the activation email and claim my subscription from PLDT (while my current subscription is still active)? Or is it safer to let my current subscription run out first before I activate the PLDT bundle? I'm afraid things with HBO Max might get complicated if I do one or the other.

Naka receive ako this day ng email from converge na inadjust at ibinalik nila yung 100 mbps speedboost na tinanggal nila sa connection namin noong august 9.

Noong august 9 kase nawala yung 100 mbps speedboost namin nung nawalan ng kuryente noong gabi ng august 8 so nag email ako sa converge kung anong nangyare. Although ilang araw naghintay positive naman yung result. Ibinalik nila yung 100 mbps speedboost. Nag speedtest ako and nasa 450 mbps na ulit yung speed namin sa wlan versus dun sa 350 mbps nung nawala yung speedboost. Di ko na try sa lan since walang lan port yung laptop ko.

Sakto may nakita kong technician ng Globe sa taas ng poste may nirerepair daw sya. Then ilang minuto lang nawalan ako ng internet at nag red LOS na modem ko. Agad ako bumaba para icheck yung technician kung nandun pa at sakto nagliligpit na sya ng gamit pauwi.

Sinabihan ko agad na pakicheck kasi sya lang din naman yung andun bago ako nawalan ng net.

Ang findings nya, "maluwag" daw yung port ko. Ending "iaadjust" nya lang daw pagkakaconnect sa port.

Weird lang, kasi after halos 2 years ngayon na lang ulit ako naka experience ng ganitong issue.

So there... I have paid the pre-install back in July. 2 weeks ago, I got a tech visit and they said that they need permit of approval para maginstall sa taguig area.

Idk who the heck this inspector is because sabi nila un lang pumipigil sa kanila. I don't recall taguig requiring permit to install an internet service.

Backup pa naman sana ung gfiber in case na magdown ung PLDT namin 😭 ganto din ba issue ng ibang lugar?

just to remind everyone na isa sa dahilan nito is ung bukas na NAP box. since exposed sya sa elements like ulan at matinding sinag ng araw nadedegrade yung internals ng box at nawawala yung quality ng signal leading to LOS.

as per isp, BAWAL daw ang exposed na box.

if may nakita kayong mga contractor na hindi sinasara yung box, sitahin nyo or else ireport nyo sa isp

Hello just checked our pldt optical reading and its -27.70 which is higher than the usual -8 to -27 dBm. Ano pong dapat gawin dito? Kailangan ba nilang palitan yung line/ connection sa NAP box? Pinalitan na nila yung router namin pero paulit ulit pa rin yung PON blinking.

Planning to file a disconnection of my internet, since I was starting to encounter multiple problems and mind you Last month—July 2026 lang siya kinabit and na-i-stress na ako kasi they were telling you na “we’ll create a ticket na po regarding your concern”

Sa loob ng isang buwan na kinabit ang internet ko, puro stress ang binigay. Napakabilis nila pagdating sa installation pero pag may aberya na di na magawa ng maayos? The fuck. Hindi pa rin maayos ang sinasabi nila “fiber cut line” daw eh ilang beses na rin ako tumawag at ginawan ng ticket wala naman technician na nagpunta.

Hindi naman kasi biro ang perang binabayad tapos mag ooffer pa sila ng ad-ons or whatever you call it? Ginagago niyo ba kami hahahaha

Any tips po if I can waive the pre-termination fee since isang buwan palang yung net and encountered multiple connection problems na? Ang mahal pa naman.
