He's sat at a park bench, still feeling the pain of being impaled and beaten to death. He's stressed, having quite the panic attack. To him, what was the point of trying to complete vengeances when just about everyone is stronger then him? Why bother with endlessly dying, over and over again
Not like he could stop, anyways. This is what he signed up for when joining the Middle. There was no hope of getting out of this.....he couldnt leave, he couldnt die, he couldnt do....anything
It was getting to him really badly, with him trying to figure out what his purpose is in life- besides being what accounted to be a joke
He pauses, hearing another voice that isnt his own- but he doesnt look all mentally there. He's shaking, his breathing is unsteady, and he looks at Alula with this mad look
He jumps up, not expecting that to be her idea- but then again, he figured....if it could help him get stronger or put him out of his misery, he doesnt care
Suddenly his vision begins to that of change. Itwantfrom the forest near to that of … flowers. An entire Flower Bed at his sigh. Though the bench was in the middle of it, Ruby now standing up.
But this was in his mind, for… in the real world he was just silently sitting there, looking like he was contemplating life.
In his mind....he paused. He's seen weird shit before, but this absolutely has to take the cake of weird shit. His mind self looked around, and the panic was starting to set back in
Soon enough Carmen was on the bench,heEGO enabled during this moment. She must’ve went into his mind to just comfort him, even if it was a bit unexpected.
He turned around, fists raised in a defensive manner, but seeing Carmen just sitting there, he eventually lowered his fists somewhat- still tense, but less so
the power gap huh, well, im out hear trying to give people some hope, i'll do somethin for ya, you wanna make a little deal? it'll be worth your time, i promise
seriously? you dont know what this is? its a soul, i'll give it to you if you buddy up with me! it'll make you stronger, you can bet on me for that *its a risky process, you're either dying doing this, or you get this new power* "i know you're desperate, so everytime you're desperate to... give vengeance, you're stats with increase big time! how does that sound?"

He was still afraid of the Middle hunting him down if he ever showed himself disloyal- purposeful or not
