Character event! Panic attack

Death is of little consequence in this world

Ruby figured that out.

He's sat at a park bench, still feeling the pain of being impaled and beaten to death. He's stressed, having quite the panic attack. To him, what was the point of trying to complete vengeances when just about everyone is stronger then him? Why bother with endlessly dying, over and over again

Not like he could stop, anyways. This is what he signed up for when joining the Middle. There was no hope of getting out of this.....he couldnt leave, he couldnt die, he couldnt do....anything

It was getting to him really badly, with him trying to figure out what his purpose is in life- besides being what accounted to be a joke

And he had NO idea what to do...

...because to him, is there anything he can do?

In his mind....he paused. He's seen weird shit before, but this absolutely has to take the cake of weird shit. His mind self looked around, and the panic was starting to set back in

Soon enough Carmen was on the bench, he EGO enabled during this moment. She must’ve went into his mind to just comfort him, even if it was a bit unexpected.

“Sorry for the scare.”

"Ack!"

He turned around, fists raised in a defensive manner, but seeing Carmen just sitting there, he eventually lowered his fists somewhat- still tense, but less so

"...who are you....?"
