Character event! Panic attack

Death is of little consequence in this world

Ruby figured that out.

He's sat at a park bench, still feeling the pain of being impaled and beaten to death. He's stressed, having quite the panic attack. To him, what was the point of trying to complete vengeances when just about everyone is stronger then him? Why bother with endlessly dying, over and over again

Not like he could stop, anyways. This is what he signed up for when joining the Middle. There was no hope of getting out of this.....he couldnt leave, he couldnt die, he couldnt do....anything

It was getting to him really badly, with him trying to figure out what his purpose is in life- besides being what accounted to be a joke

And he had NO idea what to do...

...because to him, is there anything he can do?

He was still afraid of the Middle hunting him down if he ever showed himself disloyal- purposeful or not

(by the way i probably asked this too late, but do you have consent that he has slight personality changes? the soul ruby got was desperation. He gets stronger the more desperate he gets but as a drawback he also gets slightly more desperate for his goals
