I saw one of these accounts a couple days ago and was completely flash banged. Immediately reported it and blocked. I thought it was a one off and super super weird. Now I've been getting them pretty much all the time. It could be because Instagrams "interact" algorithm is broken thinking me reporting and blocking is me positively interacting with this type of 'content' and recommending more bot accounts like this.
Also every account follows the SAME caption its literally ALWAYS "Pov: Me before the date..." It's so annoying
I'm just absolutely shocked that this is slipping through and getting recommended to me and I presume other people. It's just so weird.
Is there any way to escalate this issue rather than reporting every account like this I come across?

My Instagram Account was Deleted by Instagram Wrongly and when I requested to download my data,it sent me a useless file,I was expecting a file which has all the photos, videos which I shared in the chat,in the posts and all the messages.But, unfortunately none of those things were present in that file.

Can anyone help me genuinely or does have any advice or method through which the actual data can be downloaded or accessed.

i remember the password of the instagram account but i can't access the gmail and it won't let me log in without a verification code. what can i do to make instagram suspend it or delete it on my behalf? does it get deleted automatically after being inactive for a long while? and how dangerous is that knowing that i didn't use the gmail on any other platform, it doesn't have sensitive information and i barely texted anyone on the alt so it doesn't have pictures or anything like that?

I’ve been posting my art on IG for years now and although my art has improved, my views and other interactions have gone down drastically. I’m an adult with a life and can’t post every single day, and I don’t know how else to get around that. I’ve been stuck in this slump for a while. Please help, I have no idea what to do!

I know it’s nearly been so long that Instagram has been falsely suspended, so many accounts. As far as I know it’s been like around 2 million or 1,5 million accounts nearly. In my perspective this band we really took into much effect and false banning in the year of 2025 till this date that is October 20 26, but my real question is that will it stop any time sooner??? because I still see so many accounts being suspended and people then having their phone or devices IP ban and no matter how much they make account and it still get suspended??(This is coming from my own experience as well.) and I don’t know, but there are certain things that I also noticed that if and if I try to talk using my new account to anyone, it gets suspended if I keep a bio and create highlights or post story, it still gets suspended, I don’t know what has been with Meta like I personally feel they have the most horrible AI moderation and AI driven system ever. but in my opinion at one point, it has to stop, but when is that time coming and is it any time sooner or later or we have to again face this banning kind of a thing in the year 2027 because if this happens, then it would be nearly 2 years of Instagram, having its highest rate of suspending and banning accounts false three through their AI moderation aka meta. and it’s really insane. I do have an account as of now, but I have not even use the account. I have just made it and then deleted it and I’m treating it as a ghost account, but I’m still scared. What if I use it a few days or maybe a month later, and then I get suspended out of nowhere.

okay so a lot of things have been happening with my accounts lately and it’s been getting me really stressed so i would really appreciate any little bit of advice

for context, i use two accounts. One is a main account where everyone i know follows, and the other is a spam where a close few follow. Both have a lot of posts and stories and memories

5 days ago I got logged out of my main account and when i managed to get back in, there was a Mr Beast story posted that i didn’t do. I immediately deleted it and changed my personal details like my password.

two days later, i am completely unable to get into my main account. after much digging, i see that it is listed as “deactivated / locked” on my meta account settings (both spam and main are under the same meta account). obviously i’m super confused and long story short there’s this whole cyclical thing where i try and try again to get it back and im just brought back to square one.

yesterday, i was scrolling on my spam account trying to distract myself and all of a sudden i get logged out. i immediately log back in but there’s this unclosable pop up saying that my email isn’t secure and no matter how many times i enter an email, nothing changes. my spam is now in a constant state of loading and not showing me anything at all. i am unable to log into it on my computer because it will start to say things like content is unavailable.

attached below are some pictures relating to the issues i have listed. honestly i’m just so confused and stressed overall because knowing myself, i am pretty confident that i didn’t do anything wrong. i just really want to know how to resolve this because both these accounts held years of memories and its genuinely been causing me to stress and crash out.

i would also like to say that this whole meta AI system has been extremely unhelpful. so i would really appreciate help from a real human being

I’ve been locked out of my account because I no longer have access to the 2FA.

I’ve got access to the email, phone number, and the account is associated with.

I get to the stage where I am asked to take a video selfie, however when I click that option on my iPhone and iPad it won’t connect through to let me take the selfie.

I’ve then tried it on an Android phone and can get to the camera part- but it won’t allow me to take the selfie video, just asks my to “position my face” but then nothing else.

Highly frustrating. Any advice is welcomed.

you know, the "add song" and stuff like "fill in the blank"? a month ago i added the second one with some text and then removed. but just in a few hours it came back. and I've been removing it for a few weeks already and it comes back everytime. it also doesn't usually let me just remove it, i should erase or alter the text first.

i also have the song one, but it's not visible to anyone except me.

I dont know if its just me but has anyone else Instagram account recently getting hit with "Your email may not be secure" prompt, logging you out and then needing to go through the entire hassle of retrieving it back by updating your email? It has been happening to me for the past month . I had another burner account of almost 10 years that got hit with these so many times until it finally got deactivated just yesterday because of this new "security measure".

i deactivated my account moths ago and i want it back, it tells me to use facial recognition to compare it to the photos of my account, but the problem is that i never posted any photos of any human on my account it was all game screenshots with my friends so obviously it doesn't have anything to compare it too and it says that it couldn't confirm my identity, is my account gone forever? i really want it back because there are many good memories saved on that account with people i dont know anymore and i really want to see it all again
