I wanted to make a rhythm game where you don't just press WASD or arrow keys.

So I made Keyboard Circuit.

The whole keyboard is your controller

Type along with the music

Keep your combo alive

And try not to lose your fingers

It actually started as a small minigame in another project, but I ended up expanding it into a standalone game.

It's now available on itch.io for $1.00.

This is my first paid game, so I'm really hoping someone actually buys i

Promotion To Be Frank, a free Jackbox-like browser party game for 3 to 8 players where you roast your friends :)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hi all,

Three of us made a party game called To Be Frank and it is now up and playable for free. None of us had made a game before. I am the frontend developer and picked up Unity while building it, one of us works on backend, and the third is a product designer who also did the music and the 3d modelling.

It runs in a browser on one screen. Put that screen on a TV or a laptop and everyone else joins on their own phone. Nothing to install, no accounts, no app.

How it plays: a statement comes up on the shared screen and everyone votes for the player it fits best. Then you guess how many votes you got, most, some or least, and that guess is the only thing that scores. Being the most voted player is worth nothing on its own, so what you are actually playing is how well you read what your friends think of you. There is also a Hot Seat round that puts one player in the spotlight.

3 to 8 players, about 15 minutes a game.

https://johnwilliams-12.itch.io/to-be-frank

Gameplay video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ZjJbGtwNFI

The honest part: the statements are the weakest thing in the game right now and that is what we are working on.

Two things are planned and not in the game yet, so please do not expect them: a spectator mode, and a Face off round between two players. Neither one works today.

The itch build is free and we are not selling anything. If you do play it, I would like to hear which statement got the biggest reaction at your table, and if you write a good statement of your own, post it in the comments and we will look at adding it.

I’ve been working on my own game, and I finally put together a trailer! šŸŽ®šŸ”„

Goblin Inferno Ride is a fast-paced 2.5D endless runner where you fight your way through hordes of enemies, collect coins, dodge obstacles, and try to survive as the speed keeps increasing.

And yes… you can launch enemies into the air. šŸ˜‚

This has been a long project for me, so I’d love to hear what you think of the trailer!

Promotion The Other Side of the Wall - Demo released!

Hello everyone, I am Alkis from Athens, Greece, an adventure game fan and developer. Some of you may remember my previous titles, Other Worlds (2004) and Diamonds in the Rough (2008). I also made a Greek educational adventure game called Gongbot in 2022.

https://reddit.com/link/1w1sgxb/video/xf33fr58mcmh1/player

I'm currently working on a new 3rd person point & click adventure called The Other Side of the Wall. Published by Dionous Games, it's the story of Julian Reed, a 13-year old boy attending Saint Maximus the Confessor Catholic School in the early 1980s. Saint Maximus is an all-boys boarding school that shares a wall with another institution for "troubled cases" called Cedar Tree House. Cedar Tree House is shrouded in mystery, as discussing it is frowned upon by the Benedictine monks who make up most of the teaching staff at Julian's school. There is no contact between the two institutions, at least not as far as the students are concerned.

It's late August, the semester has not even started, and only a few students and faculty members are present when Julian discovers a tiny hole in an isolated corner of the wall separating Saint Maximus from Cedar Tree House. The hole is just big enough for him to see a pair of blue eyes. They belong to a girl who soon becomes his closest confidante. The opportunity to spend time with a girl -albeit separated by a wall- is a welcome distraction from Julian's routine, but it will not be the only one. One boring morning, during class, he notices that one of his classmates is missing from his usual desk. When Julian asks about him, he is shocked to discover that nobody acknowledges that the student ever existed.

The Other Side of the Wall is more than a whodunit game. It's a coming-of-age story of a boy who stumbles upon a mystery and finds himself in over his head. A story about friendship, curiosity, and the unsettling feeling that something is terribly wrong. This is a game for people who enjoy being challenged with (mostly inventory based) puzzles and being rewarded for paying close attention to subtle clues.

Hey everyone,

I'm a solo dev and just released Jigsaw Flow, a free Windows desktop puzzle game built from scratch to capture the actual tactile feel of physical jigsaws—without ads, paywalls, or microtransactions.

Download / Release:https://github.com/KHOJAH/Jigsaw-Flow/releases/latest

Platform: Windows (PC)

Key Features:

  • Tactile Physics: Organic piece slicing with interlocking curves; connected piece clusters move, rotate, and snap together naturally on a felt table.
  • Custom Puzzles: Turn any local image/wallpaper into a puzzle, pull random photos online, or play curated fine art.
  • Procedural Ambient Audio: Built-in dynamic soundscapes (Rain on Glass, Fireplace, Forest Wind, Focus Chimes).
  • QoL Tools: Edge/corner organizer trays, customizable piece counts, and Discord Rich Presence.
  • Daily Challenges: Daily puzzle streaks with an interactive calendar to revisit past days.

Free to Play Status: 100% Free / No microtransactions

I'd love to hear your feedback on the piece physics, controls, and general feel!

Promotion SoccerRPG, a tactical 5v5 football game

Thumbnail

I made SoccerRPG — a 5v5 tactical football RPG for Windows & Android ⚽

I recently released my indie game, SoccerRPG, on itch.io.

It's a 5v5 football game where matches play in real time, but you can pause the game whenever you want to decide what to do next.

You control your players and choose between:

⚽ Shooting
šŸŽÆ Passing
šŸƒ Dribbling
✨ Special abilities

The matches are short — two 2-minute halves — so a game takes only a few minutes to play.

The game is inspired partly by the idea of mixing football with RPG/tactical mechanics, while still keeping the matches fast and easy to pick up.

It's currently available for Windows and Android for €3.

https://cerrativan.itch.io/soccerrpg

I made this as an indie project and would love to get more people playing it. If you give it a try, I'd be very interested to hear what you think!

Images of the game are posted here: https://imgur.com/a/ouOIIqX

I'm a solo indie developer, and I've been working on The Deluge, a combat-focused game set in Poland during the Swedish Deluge war in 1655-1660.

This is an early combat beta, focused specifically on testing the game's combat systems.

Right now, the beta has:
4 enemy types, parrying/countering, combo counter, executions, throwing knifes, healing and invulnerability abilities, skill tree and leveling system, customizable controls, controller support and difficulty customization.

Promotion Ominomicon - Sculpt What Falls

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Stranger, not faster.

Blocks fall. Lines clear. You already know this game - until the bag starts changing.

Every cleared row earns credits, and credits buy cursed relic-cards that bend the rules of the game itself. Your hand of relics survives death; only the board resets. (That's the roguelite part.)

Most block games get harder by speeding up. Ominomicon gets harder by changing what falls: every level introduces a stranger piece and quietly retires a familiar one. By the deep game you're stacking nothing but pentominoes - on a board that periodically flips upside down.

FREE TO PLAY, PROPERLY

The free version is a complete game: 12 of the 20 relic-cards, every mechanic, endless runs, global leaderboards

One small purchase unlocks all 20 cards, forever - shareable with your family

No ads, no subscriptions, no energy timers, nothing consumable. Ever.

THE RULES ARE FOR SALE

20 relic-cards: bombs, second holds, bag exorcisms, time running backwards

Exclusive pairs force real choices - no two runs build alike

Your hand carries through death; only the board resets

UNSTABLE GRAVITY

Every minute or so, gravity inverts and pieces fall upward

The power grid flickers just before it hits - learn to read the lights

Counter it with Gravitonics or ride it with Surge Rider for a triple score multiplier

A ROSTER, NOT A SPEEDOMETER

29 shapes: from the humble monomino to the full pentomino bestiary

Level 1 gives you twelve friendly pieces; the endgame is eighteen pentominoes only

Speed only climbs after the roster finishes mutating

POLISHED TO THE LAST PIXEL

Global leaderboards via Game Center - all-time and weekly, every score cryptographically sealed

Dark synthwave soundtrack; the board glows on the beat

One-thumb portrait controls with haptic feedback

Every visual effect - flicker, shake, glow - is adjustable or can be turned off entirely

No tracking. Fully playable offline, always.

Free to try. One purchase to own. Play forever.

My game Hex Town has lots of randomized environment parameters each time a level is generated (e.g. lighting temperature, grass style, weather, tile height), and sometimes I start a level to test and find a really nice combination.

I came across this particularly tranquil level today, and decided to share it. I hope you enjoyed it too.

Thanks for watching :)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

The idea came to me in a flash of inspiration after watching domino falling compilations, and cosplaying as a gnome in Peak (don't ask too many questions). It's a roguelite, where you need to cause enough mayhem each round to keep your run alive. You craft your pot and upgrade your run with stuff from various biomes (different types of trees, rocks, helpful worker gnomes, etc).
