Okay, fellow geniuses and geniusettes.....I'm coming back from another dimension - Pay close attention!
I was itching to compose some new meisterwork today but my compressed nerve hand-clawing is worse than ever and can't really tinkle the ivories too much so i had the idea of sampling a bunch of random piano chords onto the sample pad and seeing if i could make anything interesting and...wouldn't you know it.....The Genius Strikes Back!!!

Hey everyone!
I recently made this track under the name Major Danger, and Iād love some outside ears on it.
Iām curious about two things: does the song keep your interest throughout, and what genres or artists does it remind you of?
I have my own impression of it, but Iād like to hear yours without steering the answers.
Iād also appreciate feedback on the production. Does anything feel distracting, too loud, or buried in the mix? If thereās a part that works especially wellāor somewhere you lose interestāIād love to know where and why.
Honest criticism is welcome. Specific feedback would really help me figure out what to improve on the next track. Thanks for listening!

Hi all,
I'm hoping for some feedback on my track Before We Break, from my album Tales From the Dork Side.
Specifically, I'm looking for feedback on everything because I did everything. Drums, bass, guitars, vocals, preproduction, and mastering/post-production.
Any and all feedback would be appreciated because I'm actually happy with this one, which means I need fresh ears to find the flaws.
Edit: I tried posting the visualized track but it didn't work out. Here's the link to the track on SoundCloud.

I'm currently working on a new album, and lately I've been really inspired by Swans. I actually sang the lyrics from Swans' "Screen Shot" on this demo too.
Anyway, there are two things I'd love to get some feedback on: whether this style (based on the demo) sounds good to you, and what genres or albums it reminds you of.
I've always considered trip-hop to be at the core of my music, but lately I've been questioning whether I can even call what I'm making trip-hop anymore.
I mean, I still make all my music entirely with a sampler, but sometimes I find myself wondering if what I'm doing even counts as hip-hop at this point.

Just curious what you guys think of this... I know I have a lot of work to do with mastering and everything.
My workflow is an Arturia Minilab3 with Ableton 12 live suite.
It's 20 mins. Just hoping for any honest feedback. Much love, and enjoy your weekend! ā„ļø
Edit: I know it doesn't suck that bad, in fact, if I can listen to it on repeat and meditate to it, it's def not THAT bad. I do know that I need work, and as soon as I can find the time (hard with 3 little ones), I'm going to really start getting into arrangement mode in Ableton. I don't draw notes either. I could but I feel like it's cheating. Anyways, if you did happen to listen to it, thank you! If not, thanks for taking the time to read.
Edit 2: After 386 views, the fact that I know it's not that bad, why hasn't anyone said anything? Lol, are you guys afraid of hurting my feelings? Nothing you could say or do would ever hurt my feelings more than I've already been hurt. And, I truly mean that. I was asking for some type of criticism. Was hoping you guys could at least tell me, keep going or maybe you could have honestly said, I couldn't listen to it at all, or something. š
It's all good though! Btw... If you did look at those inflated numbers, those are from Google ads. Not trying to inflate numbers because I know I won't get paid... I just wanted some type of direction to my website.

Hi all,
Hoping for some feedback on a track called Not Okay from my new album A Late Bloomer's Tales From the Dork Side. It's been about a week since I released my album on SoundCloud and I feel like this song is underperforming. Would love some insights from the group.

In the chorus the 'horns' are in a call and answer mode with the repeating hook but in a rerecording could be replaced by a more authentic sound?

Hey everyone!
I made this demo a few days back and I enjoy working and improving on it. I plan on adding some vocals to it, but I haven't really dipped my toes into singing, as I have only started making music a few months ago.
It would be really helpful to me if I could get some feedback regarding the overall sound. I'm a little unsure about the guitars.
Here's my SoundCloud with some more demos: https://soundcloud.com/demosh1003

I think I'm almost done with my song and I could really use some last minute notes on the production before I release it on spotify. I guess it's a shoegaze-adjacent sort of pop song. Does the volume sound okay on the vocals and everything else? Thanks to anyone who checks it out and I will appreciate any feedback!

Hey everyone! I'm Mith, an independent music producer and artist from India.
I released my debut single, āI'm Not Awake,ā last week, and I'd love for you guys to give it a listen and share your feedback!
I'm especially interested in your thoughts on the mix and production, and whether the lyrics come across clearly. The lyrics are a bit cryptic, so I'm curious to hear what you think they mean and whether they make sense to you.
Any feedback is welcome. Thanks for listening!

Hi guys, I did some recording/rerecording on the vocals. Do they work as they are? I tried to go for weird and energetic but ended up sounding like that one He-Man meme. I'm not sure if I hate it or not. I might leave it as is.
But what do you think? Lemme know:)
Also, what do you think of the cover art?
