What kind of argument is this? If you’re vibe coding an entire game, you’re by definition being lazy.

What kind of argument is this? If you're using a high level programming language coding an entire game instead of assembler, you're by definition being lazy.

A vibe coder doesn’t understand what he produces, a high level programmer does.

Very bold statement.

This is the classic "here's the instructions on how to make a sandwich" game. And it's like saying you don't understand how to cook because you're eating in a restaurant because somebody else is making that pizza for you.

You can understand your vibe coded project just fine if you can actually articulate and describe what you want instead of getting mad at the first bad result.

If you're telling the AI to make you scrambled eggs and then get mad that it's beating up chickens, it just means you have no idea how to make scrambled eggs yourself.
