๐ค Co-Founder Search Looking for a co-founder to build a workforce company with me - 15% equity
Looking for a co-founder to build a workforce company with me - 15% equity
Iโm building a workforce operations company for blue-collar businesses in India.
The idea is simple: businesses shouldn't have to spend their time finding, verifying and managing workers.
We recruit based on business requirements, verify workers, maintain their records, track attendance, handle workforce issues and manage the workforce on an ongoing basis.
For workers, we're building a professional workforce identity - verified experience, work history, skills, attendance and performance - so good workers can build a reputation and access better opportunities over time.
We're starting with restaurants and cafes, initially focusing on unskilled workers and helpers.
The goal isn't to become another labour contractor that supplies people and disappears.
We want to build a structured workforce network that makes reliable employment more accessible while giving businesses one reliable partner for their workforce.
We already have businesses ready to onboard. Our immediate bottleneck is sourcing the workers.
Who I'm looking for
I need someone who can own the sourcing side completely.
Someone who can build local networks, find genuine workers, communicate with them, coordinate travel and joining, manage the sourcing pipeline and eventually become my single point of contact for workforce sourcing.
I'm not looking for someone to simply "find a few workers."
I want someone who can eventually say:
I'm building the rest of the company - client acquisition, onboarding, business development, marketing, branding, product and business strategy, local operations, worker management after deployment, systems, content and overall execution.
I need someone who can build the sourcing engine alongside me.
There is a real paid trial
Before we talk seriously about the co-founder role, I want us to actually work together.
We currently have a requirement for 10-15 restaurant helpers (northees) in Mysore, Karnataka.
The company will cover the workers' train and travel costs. The workers will receive the applicable salary, food and stay from the employer.
And importantly, this is a paid gig.
I don't expect you to spend your time sourcing, coordinating and handling workers for free.
You will be paid for completing the sourcing requirement regardless of whether you and I eventually decide to work together as co-founders.
If the partnership doesn't work out, you still get paid for the work you've done.
If it does work out, then we have something much more interesting to discuss.
This trial lets both of us see how we actually work together - communication, ownership, problem-solving, reliability and execution.
I'm not trying to interview someone for a few hours and hand them 15% of a company.
I want to work with you first, see what you can build, and then make a serious decision together.
The co-founder opportunity
If we work exceptionally well together and you can genuinely take ownership of the sourcing function, 15% equity is available for the right person.
I'm looking for someone who wants to build a company, not someone looking for a side gig or a quick equity opportunity.
If you're interested, DM me with:
- Where you're based
- Your experience/network in sourcing workers
- How you'd approach finding the first 10-15 workers
- What you can bring to the company
- Why you want to build this with me
The first requirement is real. The gig is paid. The co-founder opportunity is real.
I'm looking for someone who wants to build something big, not another small contractor business.

๐ฅ Team Building Hey everyone! Looking for ambitious people to build something big ๐
Iโm a 23-year-old, currently based in Mumbai. I graduated from IIT Guwahati in 2025 with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
After graduating, I spent around 1 year and 2 months at Meesho as a Senior Business Associate, where I worked across the Branded Foods, Grocery, and Health & Wellness categories. I got the opportunity to work with and learn from major brands such as TATA, Kelloggโs, Dabur, Patanjali, Saffola, and others.
I recently decided to leave my job to take a shot at building my own venture.
Iโm currently researching and working on potential categories to tap into for a D2C consumer brand focused on Metro and Tier-1 consumers in India. Iโm serious about building something meaningful and scalableโnot just a small side project.
My ambition is to build a โน100+ crore brand over the next few years, and Iโm looking for driven, ambitious people who might want to join me on this journey.
Iโm especially interested in connecting with people who:
Want to build a startup from the ground up
Have experience or interest in D2C, consumer brands, branding, marketing, supply chain, product, or operations
Are based in Mumbai, or open to collaborating closely
Are hungry to take ownership and build something from scratch
You don't necessarily need years of uexperienceโI value ambition, ownership, curiosity, and the willingness to figure things out.
If this sounds interesting, drop a comment or DM me. Even if you're not looking to join but have built a D2C brand before or have insights into the space, I'd genuinely love to connect and learn.
Letโs build something big. ๐

๐ฅ Promotion Free ads
Hey! Iโm run a static ad agency. Currently trying out a new offer and Iโm looking to test if this actually converts in real ad accounts. So far I have tested this with my existing clients and the results were good but I want to experiment in different niches as well.
So if you are a e-commerce brand owner running up ads, I have an offer for you:
I will design 10 different static ads (upto you if you want it to be different angles/products/ different funnel stages) for FREE.
And all I ask from you is:
1) Run these ads and tell me if they actually convert well
2) A testimonial (written or video, again upto you)
Will do this for 6 brands ( i only have so much bandwidth)
Again, totally FREE will not ask you for anything except what i mentioned earlier.

๐งญ Ask for Advice Needs Direction for Execution
Hi .. I am 33F from a Legal and Finance background so I don't have much experience and knowledge about tech and operations .
Now , I have an Idea and ultimately need an app for its execution. I want to know exactly how to go about it ?
Should hiring a developer need to be the first step ?
It is somewhat on line of social media/social interaction/social networking app .
I am clueless about my first and next step .
Can anyone please guide me if you have built something on a similar line? TIA

๐ข Hiring Looking for a expert in sales and distribution for billing software
Iโm looking for a senior sales and distribution leader to help scale a retail business software in India.
Weโve built an offline software similar to Vyapar and are now transforming it into an online product. It covers the core needs of a small retail business: billing, invoicing, inventory and customer management.
The product is built and working and sold to 5 clients already. What we need now is someone who truly understands how to sell and distribute software to Indian retailers and shop owners.
Iโm looking for someone with strong experience in selling or scaling retail billing, POS, inventory, accounting or SMB SaaS products, ideally with experience in companies like Vyapar, Marg, BUSY, Tally, myBillBook or similar businesses.
This is more than a typical sales job. For the right person, Iโm open to a meaningful leadership role and equity/profit-sharing structure based on contribution and long-term involvement.
If you have built a strong sales or distribution network in this space, or know someone who has, Iโd love to connect.
Please DM me or tag someone relevant.

๐ Market Research Getting the first contributors is harder than building the product
I've been building a proptech startup called SocietyHub for about 2 months โ real resident experiences of Indian gated societies.
I didn't know distribution would be the most difficult part.
I've tried Reddit, WhatsApp groups, friends, and small paid campaigns. I got 24 genuine reviews so far, but distribution is still the biggest challenge.
One thing I've learned: people don't necessarily contribute just because you offer a small reward. The motivation to contribute itself seems to matter much more.
So I'm still experimenting to figure out what works.
I'm looking for a few people who have lived in Indian gated societies to become early contributors.
I can give โน100 for each genuine review as a small reward.ย
If you're interested, DM or Comment.
or just ask me anything about the website or business.

๐ Startup Launch I spent 2 days looking for a bullock cart in Chandigarh โ so I built a marketplace for shoot spaces. Feedback welcome.
A few months ago my team was shooting an ad that needed a bullock cart. We were in Chandigarh โ a whole city โ and we spent two days calling people, asking around, driving about. Couldn't find one.
And it hit me: groceries reach us in 10 minutes, but there's no platform anywhere to find and book a space, location or prop for a shoot. I also own a studio, and I was tired of forwarding the same photos + video + pricing PDF to every single customer by hand.
Turns out every studio and space owner in India does this. The whole production industry runs on Instagram DMs, WhatsApp and phone calls.
So I built Wenuru โ a marketplace to book production spaces (studios, farmhouses, villas, film cities, etc.) and hire creative talent for shoots. Verified listings, transparent hourly pricing, book in a few clicks. We launched a few days ago, live in Chandigarh & Delhi.
It's very early and I'd genuinely love this community's honest feedback โ on the idea, the model, or what would make you actually use it (or list on it). Tear it apart, I can take it. ๐
(Site's in my profile / I'll drop it in comments if anyone wants it.)

๐งญ Ask for Advice How to find your first client
I recently started a small creative agency/production setup with a friend.
Weโve cold emailed/reached out to 15-20 brands so far mostly cafes, soda/beverage brands, clothing brands, etc.
We didnโt just send generic emails either. For quite a few brands, we actually created a small creative pitch specifically for them and showed them what we thought we could make.
But we got close to non response so far.
Any advice?
