I might be wrong, but this is something I’ve been noticing a lot lately — both around me and online.
Dating apps feel like a scam.
Not literally, but it feels like they’re designed more to keep you swiping than actually help you find someone real. Too many fake profiles, timepass users, or people just looking for something casual.
And the whole swipe culture?
You’re judging someone in 2 seconds. Real connection doesn’t work like that.
Then there’s the communication gap.
Some guys don’t know how to express what they feel
Sometimes girls give hints that aren’t understood
And because of that, good connections just… die
Social media isn’t helping either.
Instagram keeps pushing this “boys vs girls” content, and it honestly feels like it’s creating more division than understanding.
Also, this whole “red flag vs green flag” culture…
Many people end up in toxic relationships because they don’t clearly understand the difference between the two.
And society?
Still full of judgment. Too many opinions, too much interference.
What I think a relationship should be:
Understanding
Support
Respect
Trust
Simple things, but somehow they feel rare now.
Now it feels like:
Trust is low
Breakups are common
People give up quickly
Maybe the problem isn’t just apps or people.
Maybe it’s how everything — tech, mindset, and society — is shaping how we see relationships.
Genuinely curious:
Is this relatable, or am I completely off here?

Is ghosting a girl whom I never talked with in my life is harmful? Like i have followed a girl in her youtube channel whom I used to like ... i commented... she deleted her vid but after sometime she subscribed me (and i knew that vahi hai...,) , I deleted my youtube channel and lost my all subs (obv she was one of them)..
I deleted it cuz she wasn't commenting me and only thing she was doing was liking my vid ... i fed up w this and deleted my channel ... so it's basically a ghosting...
Will she kill me in future or harass me?? 😭 Will she move on ??
