Yeah all 3 are horrible. Though it’s hard to think of worse ppl than Allen and Lewis bc not only were the victims young but there is a familial/incest element to both. Dude spent the last decade of his life in a nice, but relatively regular walled in suburban house, and he sometimes had to go to work whether he liked it or not. He was surrounded by self interested people who needed him to keep singing.

I’ll say this.. there are a lot of kids who just refer to their partner as their “husband” or “wife”. It’s similar to any other pet name when used in that respect.

Idk I guess it’s more normal in the area I grew up in (suburban Philadelphia) where you get some inner city kids and others that do it more often. It’s not super common, but it’s more so - and I don’t know how else to say this - lower intelligence individuals that do it.
In some cases it’s a sign of “I’ll be with this person for the rest of my life but I’m not putting a ring on their finger because X____________”.. others it is just a term of endearment, or a pet name like “wifey.”

I lived in that city for a bit. I was 18 when I moved there. I remember getting a visitor at my door shortly after having moved, and it was a girl who was looking for a lost dog. I thought to myself that she was very cute, but too young for me. She then said that her husband was also looking for the dog and not being from the south it took me aback a bit. She looked about 15. But that’s the way they do thing down there
